It is currently September 19, 2021. I terminated my insurance (well tried to), on July 23rd. Though, I was charged for August. When this happened, I immediately emailed, and called Pauline. However, when I called, I was put on hold then 15 minutes later they hung up. This happened a second time, when I tried calling again. She has yet to return a call or even acknowledge my emails. I have now been charged for September as well, and still have not heard from anyone when trying to reach out. This office of Allstate is a poor representation of professionalism and communication. I am greatly looking forward to my August and September refunds.

You dont realize how bad customer service is, until you receive the best. Kudos to Robert, who handled my policy questions and recommended the best for my needs. He is the most professional agent in this office, I hate that I almost went with another agency after dealing with Erica in this office, who misrespresented products, misquoted me services and used robo call tactics to get me to say yes. Thank you Robert for leading me in the right direction.

The owner Jeremy does not care about your business and neither does the horrible customer service agent Robert. Any other office will treat you better, these 2 guys do not represent a good office. Their other phone reps are nice but these 2 guys are the only licensed agents that CANT HELP!!Making complaints to ALLSTATE ..Do yourself a favor and choose a difference business to give your hard earned money to!!8.25.2020Just goes to tell, they have still not reached out, this place is a joke! Robert is the worst there, no customer service, does not return phone calls, makes excuses on why he cant get back to custoners, he is very unprofessional !!Jeremey the owner doesnt care either as hes too busy working his real estate office! The girls there are pleasant and they deserve the star not Robert or Jeremy!Pick a different office, YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE.

Weve been with Allstate for nearly 30 years now, but our experience with Jeremy Chavezs office and staff have been outstanding. They are always very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to answer our questions, and we believe that value for dollar spent on both our homeowners and auto insurance is the best! Even though no one ever wants to file a claim, we can say that our claims experiences have always been very satisfying!

Customer for Home and vehicle Insurance for the past 15 years or so...No claims, no accidents, no moving violations....Retired, limited driving..Vehicle rate increase 8/2017... 2nd vehicle rate increase 2/2018...Time to shop around!!!!!!

TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE insurance company! Just had or 25 year life insurance cancelled after 22 years because they say they didnt get our payment with no call or notice of non payment yet they sent us a refund for the payment!! I called Jeremys office and he was on vacation and there was no licensed person that could help and the lady I spoke to had no clue . I left a message for him asnd he never called back. TERRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID!! Go elsewhere!
