This location is very conveniently placed near the DMV and to my advantage! I had been waiting for hours at the DMV for them to tell me my license was suspended. Not knowing I had to take another step into getting my license back I went to the Freeway Insurance in the small local shop near by and purchased an SR22. I was helped out by Mariana who explained what the heck the SR22 was and how much money I had just saved in the long run. She was quick so I was able to quick get back to the DMV before closing to get my license. What a hectic day but she helped me a lot. Grateful!

HELPED BY: Juan, I had just left the office after canceling a policy for my grandmother, called Juan back because progressive over the phone said they would still charge this month because I NEED car insurance for a car?.. Instead of helping, i got sent to a 21 caller waiting list. Freeway Insurance for ya. I never review things, but that was truley annoying .

Purchased insurance from Cost U Less in Temecula. Paulina Cruz helped me out and I was really impressed with the service she offered. She was able to compare prices for me on different policies and found one that covered me and my kids with the proper coverage but also something that was within our budget. I have to be honest I went into the office I didn’t read the contract, I took her word and that was a big mistake, I have an I have had nothing but problems with the billing always on hold 20-30 minutes at a time . At first from her words my payment would be 70 a month with roadside assistance then I went in it went up to 75 a month and I called up to make a payment and it’s 8450 a month to get it in writing please be careful her name was Ariel

I can agree with one of these guys, do not give them your business I was helped by Joanna burns and I concur with the right out of highschool thing, the whole time I was talking on the. Phone the attention was clearly somewhere else and not on the customer(me) I could just tell and like she wanted to get. Rid of me right away when I still had questions, after all is said and done I canceled with them and went elsewhere I will be contacting the better business bereau.

Ridiculous customer service. Tried to cancel my insurance policy. Called 3 weeks prior to my next payment and was told to send in a fax with my policy #, date of cancellation, reason and signature. I did and didnt receive anything stating they received it for a week. Btw, who still requires a fax cancellation? So after not hearing from anyone, I called stating my concern, and was told I was given the wrong fax number (awesome) and was advised to send a PDF of my request to an email that was given to me. I did, and was then asked by someone else a few days later that my request is not valid because I had an e-signature on my PDF and my reason wasnt sufficient enough so they requested I print out their form and hand write everything, take a picture of it and send it back. Ive never had to jump through so many hoops to cancel anything. I am so utterly annoyed by this process and the customer service I received.

This place is awful and totally rip me off..they kept drafting double payments and charged me 3 times my down payment...also I never authorized my monthly payment and it was drafted at different amount that was quoted.this place is not to be trusted at all..look at the address because they are listed under different names..when calling to complain I was told it wld be a couple of days for the original person to get back to me.i will be reporting this company to the better business bureau..this place is listed as freedway insurancealso come to find out I was over charged a ridiculous amount.i also got charged a NSF fee for not having the amount in my account to cover the un authorized fee..wth is this!!!!! Feels like a scam!!!
