Fadaie Insurance has Far exceeded any expectations I could ever have of an insurance company. My situation was a bit unique and I felt like they took the time to address every question and concern of mine. They made me feel like I was a very important customer. We purchased a Travelers Home Insurance policy with Sandra. She has exceeded my expectations in customer service through the escrow process, and continues to be very helpful. I was not expecting this level of personal engagement, and I really enjoy it. Working with this company is so much better than my previous experiences with insurance groups.

I worked with Sandra on March 6th and she found a policy for my home in San Francisco with Safeco insurance. I was comparison shopping and this was the best rate. Sandra was professional and worked swiftly and competently to find a policy to fit my needs. However, shortly after paying for this policy, I was contacted by Safeco with a demand that they had ordered an exterior appraisal of my property. I was never told to expect this by Sandra. The appraiser came on April 1st. On April 28th, Sandra informed me that Safeco was increasing my annual premium by 1,274 from 5,376 - an increase of 24%. She said that they did not realize that San Francisco had a higher rate per square footage. I expect people in the insurance business to know the rates - isnt that their business?? I have informed Fadaie that I am very unhappy about this and they have offered to work with me for a solution. I think this company works very hard to take care of their customers, but I think I should have been informed that 1) an appraisal would be demanded by the insurance company and 2) that the rate they quoted was an estimate subject to that appraisal. I will be switching insurances agencies and insurance providers.

Henry and team went out of their way for a pretty complex home insurance option we needed. They tried a couple different providers, got the quotes to us quickly, and adapted the policies as we went. Very creative short term rental, long term rental and homeowners combined policy that was not offered by many in the market. It doesn’t matter who answers the phone at this agency they are the most helpful, professional, and courteous agents you will find. Not only did they save us money (even with 2 teen male drivers in my home)…They helped us through an unfortunate accident. Even followed up with the insurance adjuster to make sure we were taken care of. Constantly surprising me with continued follow up and checking my policies saving me money whenever they can even if it means more work for them. I do not take the time to write testimonials for companies very often. But I truly feel that this business is one of the few left that is staffed with people who honestly care about their clients.
