A very good wash and high power vacuum cleaners make this a solid car wash option. The vacuum cleaners are loud, be warned, its headache inducing. Also, the vacuum lot is a bit dirty. However, the vacuum cleaners have a better attachment and cleaning capabilities than CarRite Car wash does. Cost can be low, if you go with the 6 dollar wash, or higher with the extras. The cheapest wash is still pretty great. Id like to try the most expensive one and see how much of a difference it is. In my experience its usually not much of a difference.

Went to purchase a membership. Told the worker what I wanted and was told cant do so at the time they have no stickers. I asked if I could pay now and come back and get the sticker, he told me no.. So I ended up paying $10 for a car wash and no membership.After the was car was still dirty..awesome..Guess Ill go look somewhere else.

Best car wash hands down, I literally drive out of my way to come here. My car comes out so nice and clean and you can use the vacuums for free afterwards, they also have a mat cleaner, which wont fit my big mats, but its a cool option.

No drive up and vacuum for free and drive away. Have to pay for wash which I am glad of. I seen this all the time at the car wash on Fort street thats now up for sale. So sad

Excellent service, cars come out clean

One of the best drive thru car washes around. They cut no corners. You can tell as your car is going through that they must inspect all the equipment washing your car on a daily basis. As you approach the finish, gallons of water pour over your car to rinse it before entering the blowers to dry it. And if thats not enough, as you exit, free self serve vacuums are available to all customers. Great price, great service, great staff. I highly recommend this car wash. If I could give it more the five stars, I would!

Best car was I have been to in a while.

Came a few days ago to sign up for a membership and was told they’re (again) out of stickers. (See comment 2 weeks before this.) Was told to come back in a couple of days. Went back and this time they said they’re not signing people up because their system is double billing people. Sounds more like excuses to lure you in to get a one off wash for more money.Ended up going to another car wash further down the street. Same prices and no fuss.

My issue is I normally use cash but today used my debit card. The blonde kid collecting money from the car window takes my card, puts it in his pocket and says I’ll meet you up there. I thought he meant like I’m going straight there. Instead he disappears down the line of cars for 5 minutes with my debit card in tow. Then I see him in my mirror on his phone. Then he goes up to the front a minute later and returns the card. Makes me slightly suspicious, not saying he did anything with my card number but that’s why you don’t do that. Who the heck takes your card and leave for 5 minutes with it. Owner of car wash: fix your employees dude.

The staff is nice and actually on site! The free vacuum after the carwash is an excellent bonus! I couldnt find a change machine which was the only downside.

Excellent and fast car wash for the price! I have been to this car wash at least 10 times and will continue go! There is a mirror that allows you to see how to position your tires as you enter the car wash, such that you dont damage your tires or rims on the pulley track on entry. Also, the blower dryers are very effective at this car wash and dry my car more thoroughly than most other car washes! A+

I used to love this place. I bought the ultra services monthly and didnt have to worry. Today I was told my membership ended in July which I was confused about. I paid the $15 to check into it later and went through the wash. When i got out to vacuum it didnt even look like the car had been cleaned. I noticed the washes seemed to be getting lighter but this was ridiculous. Im so glad I didnt renew my membership. Will be looking for another car wash.I will not be coming back

Needed complete service (wash, vacuum and deep mat cleaning.I pay the the premium service pass.$29.99. You get a sticker indicating what plan you choose. I cant remember the rate scale. But its like $15 to $30 q month.I will clean my car at least 4 times a month plus more. So, its a no brain r. Two vacuums (one on either side, if no one is one the other side) mat cleaning for both rubber and carpet all free since you use the service.They just scan your sticker and on you go. No need to roll down the window. They see it. Line it up and roll thru! Covid wont slow you down!!Awesome but on busy corner. Getting out can be tricky if its rush hour. So, go earlier!Love this place

Very good car wash for the money.

Openly criticized for the amount of times that I utilize my membership. From the Waterboys that wash my windshield for 5 seconds with a hand held power washer, to remove the number 4. This is after Ive had this membership for a few years during the course of three vehicles. no one complains, nor do they give me a refund during the days that theyre closed, or when their equipment is down . no one called and complained nor did they give me a refund for the years that I held the membership without utilizationfor months and weeks. Why hold a promotion, sell the promotion, and then complain about the utilization of the promotion? $30×12months=$360. If Dale has a issue with my contribution to his company please let me know as soon as possible. I will take my business elsewhere. If not please inform your employees that their behavior is rude and insulting to your devoted customers.

Busy as expected on a sunny winter day: plan to wait in a line on Telegraph before even getting in the parking lot.Wash was good as usual; the wait for a vacuum station was long though.

Great service, however my boyfriend lost a magnet there and I had called about it, I was told they saw it and would get it out of the magnet catcher but when I went back they said they were unsure if they had it but they would check and call me… still waiting for the call

Great wash and wax for a reasonable price. Free vacuums after wash worked very well and was way better than using the quarter fed vacuums found elsewhere. Car looked great, will definitely be back. Was very busy so be prepared to wait a few extra minutes but line moved fast enough.

Free high powered vacuums with wash! But better yet the basic wash is great at getting my car clean. I joined the Wash Club after a year and its totally worth it especially in the summer but a basic wash for $5-$6 thats as effective as Dales is HARD to find.

Im a regular customer here and I believe their prices are competitive for what they offer. The vehicle gets cleaned pretty good and you can park on the other side to vaccume and clean the inside of it if youd like.

Worst place Ever they literally took 43 dollars from me for two months on a car that I dont have anymore and ignore calls, Ive been getting told for two weeks that the boss was going to call to get our money back and still no call. They dont answer their phone at all. How do you not have someone working at all times of day to give people their refund? You have to specifically wait for the boss to be around ? Very unprofessional. I still need my money back to this day.

Very very good car wash. Beats the other ones that are very close and have free vacuums. Yes this place wont let you use their vacuums unless you get a wash, but these vacuums are 10 times better than those free ones. They are very high powered. Then lets talk about the wash, also does way better than the competition, Ive done the cheap wash to the high wash and all were better than the local washes

This is the first car wash where I felt I actually was given an underbody wash. It sat me without moving and just went to town under my car. They have free vacuums and free mat cleaners which were amazing.

Must have state of the art car wash equipment as this is the only car wash I have ever been to where I never find missed spots. Very reasonably priced with free vacuums!!! Bought my Mama $40.00 worth of car washes because they are that good!

I like this car wash. Usually very clean, not so today. Had 3+ vacuums out of order, and there was trash everywhere in the dry off/vacuum area. Out of the three mat cleaners, only 1 was working.Very dissatisfied with the image I saw today. But the guys are friendly, except one of them was on his phone while he was spraying off my car. I wonder if he knew I paid for my rims to be cleaned, the guy who took my money (I gave a tip too)sprayed my tires on the drivers side, but I dont think the guy(who was in his phone) sprayed the tires on the right side. And one of the vacuums was broke, it kept coming out of the tube, and was useless 😒😕😫

First time going to Dales Car Wash and I must say very impressed. The staff was really nice, the wash was amazing and the vacuums were really strong and I love when I can get my car cleaned quick in this cold. I usually go to Clear Wave on Eureka which is a nice wash as well but that car wash seems rough on the car, they do not spray your car down and I do not think it cleans so well. I definitely found my new wash. I recommend them for sure and they are open until 9 which also is a plus for me with work.

This has now become my favorite car wash. Wax and wheels is a great deal. Thorough wash and free super- powered vacuums. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice car wash. The price is reasonable and they get your car really clean. I was happy that there were no scratches like happens at a lot of other car washes. The only problem is on nice days you may need to wait on telegraph road to get in.

This was once my fav car wash. Unfortunately I wont be back. Theres an issue with the application of tire shine on larger vehicles. Employees and Owner are aware but only offer a basic rewash for complaints. So Id recommend not paying extra for wheels/rain x if you have a larger vehicle. Works fine for smaller cars.
