Ive had a membership here for years now, so I really like them. They do a good job at keeping the trash cans empty and are usually good about reconnecting the vacuum hoses when they fall off (happens often). They used to give away free towels, dash wipes, and an air freshener, but stopped since the pandemic. I had to use the vending machine yesterday and noticed they have them in there for sale now. I think that should still be a perk of having a membership tho

Would be better if the actually sprayed the cars down before entering the tunnel (like literally everywhere else). Sometimes my car is still dirty after rolling through. Especially in the rear license plate area. Free vacuuming is a nice thing.

I absolutely see no reason to give this car wash a five star. The workers there are nice the vacuums always work and they will even spray off your mats if you ask them to. Very affordable unlimited car wash a month price. I would recommend this car wash to anybody who lives within a 4 mile radius of this place. Only thing negative I would say is you would have to worry about a line or someone playing their music too loud vacuuming the car

I go here almost every Saturday to clean my car. The staff is extremely helpful and its always clean and well maintained.

I would have given them five stars but their hoses to suck the garbage out of the cars and trucks mostly very never work very well or come apart in your hand. The vacuum doesn’t grab up the garbage very well either. Light suction. They do have great prices

Its OK Im not a big fan of the tire dressing machine. It seems to make a bit of noise when it engaging and I can feel it in my steering wheel.

The only problem is there arent enough of them. I live in Detroit and travel to Romulus to get my car washed. I purchased the wash where I can come as many times as I want but its such a long drive. Even the new one they are building or considering building is still too far away.I hope they will build one in Detroit, Redford or Livonia. I really like the car wash and the workers are very polite.5 stars for the car wash. Its not their fault they are located so fast away.

They got rid of their change machine 1st off. Now the machines dont give change it just adds time. Whats it times is very exhausting.

Canceled my membership and they are still charging me. For some reason they dont answer phone calls

This is a good car wash, its decent for the price what I really like about this car wash who is that you are able to to fill your tires air pressure for free, it is way better than the other ones around I can feel my PSI to 80 no problem, the only catch is the air is turned on only while the car wash is open, so if you catch it open you can use the air compressor hose for free

The automatic wash is decent just like any other mid grade wash. The self serves are the same only thing I like is the assortment or items available in their vending machines and the free vacuums.

Always fast and friendly service. Definitely pays to be a premium member. Does get busy during the busy hours but they keep up pretty well

Did a good job on my car. I sighned up for membership to try it out when the wash I usually use was to busy to get in.

I come here often with no issues. I always use the self serve wash using quarters. On Friday I ended up using my card. Just checked my account and they charged me $15 for a 5 minute wash!!! This day, I only did a rinse, didn’t even use the brush for a good scrub. I have never used more than $6... ever, for a complete wash. I feel ripped off. $15 for just a rinse. Check your accounts people and don’t ever use your card at this place!

They damaged my new car and wrote an incident report and said they would get a hold of me the next day to take care of it . They never did !! I called twice and left a message and they never returned my call .

I always use this carwash, it gives such a good clean and if you have some stubborn stuff that didnt come off on the first was they garentee your satisfaction and will give you another was. On your second was they will use a brush and clean your car, use bug cleaner and send you through. I also love that they have free vacuums.Their monthy subscription is relatively affordable as well probably worth it for the winter months to get all the salt off of your vehicle.

Dont come clean even one 2 washes. Same spot not cleaning. I have a 4x4 truck they use to spray it off before entering now they do not.

Enjoy my membership and trip here, wish they offered towel drying service.

Nice attendants, but the car wash isnt very thorough. I need to take my Jeep through at least 3 times. COVID-19 has also prevented them from handing out the dash wipes and air fresheners, but my monthly charge has not decreased. Will be ending subscriprion soon.

They are doing to much at that car wash, the sign out front says 5$ till you pull around back then they hit you with 7$ an up. But I see why, the wash is the worst so they got to fool you to get you in. The vacuum is free and pretty good so Ill give them one star. Find another wash.

Even though I moved from the area a year ago, I have still kept my membership active as I hust have not found anywhere else to offer all that Clearwave does, especially for the price. The towels, dash wipes, and car scents are great bonuses in addition to their low membership plan. The only reason this got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the vacuums. Every other one hardly has any suction and/or it constantly detaches itself from the cord.

Yes they offer free re-washes but if the equipment would do the job right the first time there would not be a need to go through again, at first they got my truck clean and I was very pleased but last 6 months the wash wouldn’t even get the dirt off my door handles and because of this I have cancelled my monthly subscription. Didn’t pay 60k for this place to leave my investment just as dirty as it was when I went through the wash or have to pay to repaint my truck cause the clear coat is being brushed off due to over washing just to get simple sand off door handles.. this place has lost all of my business, won’t even be back to use the free vacuums

After I got my car washed and I turned down eureka my traction control light turned on and my dash said power steering now I went to auto zone to grab power steering and tried to back up my wheel was locked. The water messed up the bottom of my car and messed up my rack and pinion now I got to pay 1,200 for parts and labor 💔

There is a sticker put in the window that allows you to go through the gates automatically and you have your own members lane. The car wash has neon lights and it washes really well. They give you FREE car deodorizers, dash wipes, and towels for your car. The vacuums are state of the art and have strong suction. I can actually clean between my seats. They have a machine that washes the car mats too! I see other places popping up like this around, but Im loyal to this car wash. They were the first to gain my business! 👍👍👍👍

Service is fast and friendly.I live up north but frequent the Metro area often. I always stop on my way back north to clean my car and vacuum it out. Road trips with a car full of kids can leave it rather dirty. I always stop, clear out any garbage, vacuum the snacks and dirt off the floor and car seats. clean the floor mats and then go through the car wash.My road trip is a lot less stressful with a cleaned vehicle and I can thank Clear Wave for that. No films or streaks are ever present after going through. Im in and out with a quality and service and then I can go about my drive.My favorite thing is getting the sent patch. Nothing beats the lemon-vanilla!

Supposed to have unlimited Works wash, be attentive and watch what light lights up when after you put it in neutral, sometimes I got the works wash and other times I got the next 2 lower tier washes. I will not come here anymore, Matick is a little more expensive but gives you what you pay for and does a better job, will join their unlimited club.

Not the cleanest car wash I’ve been to. The vacuums were all used by people randomly driving their cars up and not going through car wash before or after.

I’ve had a membership since their opening date.Back in the good old days they gave a stellar clean but these days the equipment never touches the back and in prefer to get them to clean the back you HAVE to give at least a 5 dollar tip, it’s like an unspoken rule.

I bought a monthly unlimited car wash package and I am so happy I did. I have been to the car wash before work, after work and on the weekend. At all times the staff has been friendly and helpful. When you have the unlimited pass, you dont have to wait in the line with people waiting to pay, you can just drive up. With all the nasty weather weve had I have washed my car a couple of times this week and I dont have to worry about how much money I am spending at the car wash. Reasonable monthly rates, free vacuums, free drying towels, free dash wipes and free air freshener ~ whats not to love about this place?

I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone here so they can stop charging my card it has been 3month and no one returns your calls or answers the phone. My bank cannot reach anyone as well. Please be aware**********************On top of that they never rinse your back rear door and it always comes out dirty.

Clearwave is without a doubt the best wash i have been too. Their unlimited plan is very convenient and low cost (Getting a wash everyday costing less then a cup of coffee). Not to mention their free five. The free vaccums are very convenient, along with the dash wipe, towel, and air freshener making my car look like it just came from a dealership. And if i go back around unsatisfied with my wash, the clearwave team makes it a priority that i leave feeling satisfied and ready to come back the next day.Definitely a 6 star car wash.

They offered me a 30 day Special for $9 bucks.. which includes Gloss and Tire shine... that wash is not glossy and my tires were more dull than when i went in... the Armor All is Garbage in the 1st place... I can see why they offered that deal... Not Good for me!! If they knew better they would do better

RV looking for bays tall enough, this is the place! ALL 6 outside bays are high tops. Went after hours, could access all we needed. Self washed our Revel, Free Air, Free Vacs there’s even blow dryers in each bay. The vending and change machines are closed, no problem, the wash bays accept credit cards. Clean and roomy and easy access. This is a good one.

When I joined almost a year ago. It was awesome then, but has gone down. Now the people on the inside wont even touch/scrub your vehicle or give you towelettes or air fresheners. They push you through so fast you dont even have a chance to ask. They leave almost no space between you and the next vehicle. The last few times I went my truck was still dirty and I didnt have the time or patience to get back in line to drive through again to get it re-washed. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my membership soon.
