I made and confirmed an appointment with rosy, only to walk into a business meeting at the set time. I waited at least minutes before asking if anyone else was available.. she said no. When I told her I drove over 20 minutes to get there, she said thats not a big deal and it’s normal to drive that much in Tampa? It’s not normal to me. She finally said she would do it herself. She was very nice, and chatty. I asked her for a triangle and showed her a picture. She STILL managed to take everything off and blamed me? Claiming we were talking too much and it just slipped her mind. That if I trusted her, I should come back in 3 weeks. She left hair everywhere, I do not trust her and I will never go back there.

Had a fantastic wax experience with Sherry! Ive been waxed many times and thought I knew a lot but she is so knowledgeable and YES she does know tricks! Blew me away- in a good way! Rosy is so welcoming and sweet, the environment is calming. Im absolutely coming back again. Finally found my new spot!

This was my first time getting a hair wax so I decided to do the full body wax. It was a great first experience Rosy is clearly very knowledgeable and has been waxing for years so I’m glad I went to her for my first body wax experience. Personally it didn’t hurt as much but everyone is different but if you have a high pain tolerance then it’s not so bad. I will definitely be coming back and continue to get waxed here by Rosy. It was super easy to book online. She can also speak Spanish so if Spanish is your main/second language she is able to communicate with you!

Unfortunately my first experience was not a good one. I have seen Rosys car advertisement around the neighborhood and was excited to learn her shop was right around the corner. I texted Rosy 3x prior to my appt to alert I was running a few min late and if she could still take me. I walked over and arrived at 1:04pm (appt was 1pm). No one was at the desk or came to the desk but I could hear laughter in the back so I waited. After some time went by I knocked and said hello and no response just more laughter and talking. Finally at 135pm they walked out but said Rosy was not there and they didnt know if she was coming in bcuz she wasnt feeling well. I understand things happen but not a great first impression.
