Helped me out in a pinch. Tom was very accommodating and was able to schedule around my paver job so I had very little time without screens in the cage. They were out on my job before other companies even called me back. Yard was spotless after the work and the crew wasn’t walking around shirtless and smoking like I have seen at my neighbors.

I was so disappointed by the professionalism of this company. I had first contacted Reliable Screens for an estimate to have a few screen panels replaced. Chris was quite the salesman and upsold me to replacing the entire pool enclosure. After committing to paying more than $5000.00 for the replacement, Chris called to say that he would need several hundred more dollars for an unexpected metal replacement. I told him to leave that section of screen as is and stick with the original quote. He then claimed that he would still need to charge me an additional $60 regardless. Apparently, that wasnt enough because the final invoice was $90 more than I agreed to. I understand unanticipated situations arise; however, for a project that cost over $5,000 I expect to be consulted prior to any upcharge. Their response to my concerns was essentially - Yeah, but the work is already done. When Chris asked if I wanted to speak to the office manager, I suggested that not much could be done at this point. She gladly agreed with me and made sure that my check would be in the mail.

This is the worst screen company I ever tried to deal with they came to my house one time told me its was to late in the day to start theyre going to schedule a repair never came back never responded to my calls messages plenty of other companies out there with better prices!! Left a very bad taste in my mouth horrible customer service just horrible!!!!!!

I had no idea that this company can doEverything from little jobs to Huge Jobs the photos on the web sites are great! They are a reputable Company. I was super happy!

Very professional and she got a technician out the next day to handle my ripped screen. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. They came in around the middle on price when I did research, but Id pay top dollar for the service and quality they performed.

I own a roofing that damaged a pool screen enclosure and Reliable Screen Repair came out the same day to do an estimate. Tom Pooler, the owner, is a true professional and helped me fix the situation before it got out of hand. He gave me the best price and did a quality screen repair job. I even had them paint the enclosure after they were done. If you want quality pool enclosure and screen work done, call Reliable you wont be disappointed.

My home near South Tampa suffered from a fallen tree and Tom came out to do the estimate. He couldnt believe the damage, but helped me piece it all back together. All the other contractors didnt want to deal with it and neither did he, BUT he took the time to walk me through it and he explained it so I felt at ease. It made all the difference in the world. Its amazing when a human being takes time out of their way to help another person... a ripple effect if you will.

Strong starters, weak finishers. I chose Reliable Screens because they were one of the only companies that would actually return calls and showed up on time to provide me with a bid for the work. They bid the job in the summer of 18, and honored the bid in July 19 when I was finally ready to get the work done.I had them replace the rear gutter on the house- as my original gutter was leaking. The gutter is attached to the pool cage, so it was a decent size job, since the cage had to be detached while the gutter was replaced.I would like to give them a better rating, but there were issues. They never called with estimated times when they would show up to work. Work crews showed up and entered my yard unannounced on multiple occasions- even after being told not to. I have 3 dogs, and when the weather is nice- they like to hang out in the yard. They also love to leave the yard if the gate is open.The crews were not diligent about cleaning up- mainly the woodworking crew who replaced fascia and sub-fascia. I literally picked up dozens of nails from the pool deck, pool and yard. Did I mention I have dogs?When the job was completed, nobody offered a walk-through to inspect the work. As I looked at the completed project, there were numerous fit/fitment issues that I was not happy with and still am not pleased with. I did inform them of the issues and they had to send someone out to correct them. I received a call from one of the crew members who said he could come out in an hour to an hour and a half.Three hours or so later when that person came out, he knocked on my patio door. Smoking. Who shows up to a job site smoking a cigarette on someones patio?At the end of the day, we got across the goal line- but I had to burn all of my timeouts and booth reviews to get there. Not sure I could recommend.

Hats off to Reliable screens. I contacted them after the recent storm to have my pool enclosure repaired. They set up an appointment the same week for a free estimate and the prices were great for a licensed company. The work that was done was phenomenal. I had my entire enclosure re-screened and they replaced all of the screws that were no longer functioning along will new tie down cables. The prices were great and the work that was done left me very impressed. I would recommend Reliable Screens to all my friends and family

Had a porch rescreen done near Lake Magdalene and it looks stellar. Nothing else to say, great work everybody. My wife is happy. thats all that matters to me.

In my opinion, I would NEVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN! They decided to pressure wash my outdoor freezer and caused an electrical fire, of course the freezer was ruined. These screen pros are sloppy. They didnt finish the job and thankfully because they almost burned the house down. Scott was RUDE and unprofessional. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

I have worked with Erin Pooler and Reliable Screen Repair of Tampa for at least 5 years. Although we dont have a high demand for enclosures and repairs, in the past they have always put the effort in to take care of my projects.Unfortunately UnReliable Screen of Tampa failed to perform and complete a simple enclosure repair and door replacement for one of my clients last Friday, November 3rd, 2017 and refuses to return to complete the work. They failed to meet the expectation. They failed ot return phone calls, avoided communication until called out to terminate the agreement and lost what was previously a very happy customer that referred them to others.The installer Derek, admitted he did not know what he was doing, had not done it before and they would have to send someone else out. Although I respect and appreciate his honesty, this is not the way to run a business.They were given reasonable opportunity to remedy and refused.Erin,Storm Damage is temporary and someday the work will slow down. You will regret not taking care of all your clients equally and living up to your claimed company name. Feast while you can, its short-lived!

Shameful that they use other peoples work and pass it off as their own. I wouldnt trust these guys.

Poor service called them back in November after the storm was told they were booked till mid January well knowing most companys would be I told them that I would wait if they promised that they would be out well now middle of February no show so be careful booking with them
