Very professional staff. I had a battery replaced in my watch with a great warranty. This store always has the battery or equivalent that fixes the problem.

I dropped in on the off chance they could fix the charging port for my ipad. Turned out it was something stuck in there that they removed and did they charge me? Heck no. So... I had them change the battery on my IPhone 7S and replace the battery in my car fob... all for a fraction of the price of the Apple store and elsewhere. It was fast, easy and the two gentlemen were the epitome of excellent customer service and very gracious. What could have been a chore with sticker shock had me thinking about what else I could bring in for them to fix or install batteries in. Thank you!

Gavin was the best and made sure to take care of my two repairs (car keys, and phone screen). It’s stressful not having either of those things, but Gavin made sure I walked out of the store with both of those fixed! His work is more thorough than other employees at this store, so ask for him if you want it done right!

Awesome! I cracked the back screen on my Samsung S8. Yesterday, go the Green Screen Of Death. I was excepting to have to buy a new phone. Took it to the guys at Batteries Plus, and same day, my phone is good as new. SO HAPPY with the service.

I buy LED light from Batteries Plus, I need them for shooting products for display on websites. Not all white light is manufactured the same way... I have a phone that is 3 generations back. It needed a new battery. It is a BS design and would have required my taking it to my service provider, leaving it for however long, being required to take the risk if the rear glass cracked during the battery surgery, or I could go over the my Batteries Plus where I know everybody and they know me, its like CHEERS but with cool gadgets and stuff. I dropped my phone off cuz I was running errands, came back a little later and things have been good ever since. Peace

I dropped my phone this morning. Screen wasnt broken but phone no longer worked. I had purchased my phone from Verizon so I went there first. They were less than helpful. Told me I needed a new phone.Went to Batteries plus (We Fix It Phone Repair) They had my phone fixed in 1 hour.

Really got a great deal of help and phone issue quickly addressed.

Needed an i-Phone 7 Plus screen and found them very competitive in price. Dropped it in the store in the morning and had it back later that day. Would definitely use them again.

I had my Samsung 8s+ fixed my screen and back were cracked badly and my screen was acting crazy and the young man assured me that everything was going to be just fine. And it was perfect. My phone looks brand new and works great.

The staff is great. The repair went as planned. However, not as happy with the new screen. It requires much more force and seems a little less responsive than the original equipment screen. My phone is already pretty old and slow. The new screen makes it borderline time for me to replace the phone for a new one.

Everyone there was great the person I dealt with knew what he was doing got it done quickly and it cost a lot less then it would of at the phone store!!!!!

I have used Batteries Plus for many years, mostly for replacing my watches batteries. Got a phone battery over a year ago and returned to them and was treated great, they looked at my phone and repaired it at no cost since my battery was fine and the damage was minor, they are great !!

The phone looked brand new. Bought a otter box case and a tempered glass screen.
