I needed window mutton clips for the decorative mutton on my single pane windows and they have them in supply. The workman putting together a screen in the back seemed very attentive to the quality of his work. The place is a find. They came recommended by Homr Depot associate for window and screen parts.

Originally called 1 yr ago to get a quote and measurements. After getting the specs Accurate Window completely ghosted me. I called several times to check on the order status and Joe kept saying he would get to it.. but never did. Decided to give them another shot last week and was told Joe would give me a call, which never occured. Followed up again only to be told that they do not do windows on two stories residences. This info would have been helpful to know over a year ago to save my time. Service 0/5. Would look elsewhere unless you have extremely simple 1 story job and willing to risk your time.

Theyve got odds and endsof things that Id never thought theyd have. I picked up older window cranks. They even have different kinds of Windows etc. The only thing i dont like is they lack communication skills. Its like umm and youre still in business . How can that be, if you cant verbalize well..how can you have meetings or talk on the phone? They are subwhat friendly but i wished they had a little more communication skills.

They rescreened about 20 of my window screen in about 24hrs for a great price. very happy with the experience.

I had a broken locking mechanism on my sliding glass door, which I could not find a replacement anywhere. I had gone to accurate window and door, they didnt have the exact one, but they had one that worked.

They did a great job replacing our damaged screen, and for such a reasonable price too! I would highly recommend them!!
