Would highly recommend this company. From the preliminary estimate through completion they were wonderful to deal with. We had a more complex cage with a modern flat roof and they handled all the challenges really well. We spoke with many other companies and they were one of the few companies that wasnt afraid of the challenge and were priced very competitively. Cant recommend these guys enough!

There are a lot of companies that does this type of work in Florida and for many reasons I decided to go with them after a long and protracted decision making process on what to get done what type of porch what type of enclosure.Despite the process seemingly taking forever I would say that they were incredibly accommodating and getting the job done the final finished product is very nice and their pricing was very competitive I would recommend them and or use them again for any future work.They had various teams come out and take care of each phase of the process if there were any minor mistakes or things that I did not like they fixed it immediately and they were very receptive cleaned up after themselves and did a great job all in all can’t find anything to complain about they did a great job!!

Awesome and awesome! We wanted to expand our patio and install screen enclosure on our back yard and my neighbor recommended Pombos. From the start to finish, it has been flawless, smooth, and excellent craftsmanship! During initial estimate, Josh explained every details on the work and answered all our questions. Then the estimate came out very competitive, and we decided to go for it. They communicated with us every step of the process and finished the enclosure without any delay in two days. Now we have a gorgeous patio! I highly recommend Pombos without any pause!

The entire process with Pombos was professional and excellent. I had multiple quotes, and Pombos was the only one that did not draw a enclosure by hand and just threw me a estimate. They gave me several options, typed out their quote, neat salesman, on-time and a real drawing.Then I went to their office to leave a deposit and seen a very well stocked organized warehouse that was in order. Inside their office was also clean, organized, and not the typical construction office you would expect.The crew came and installed my lanai quickly, and to my 100% satisfaction. They cleaned all their debris and were overall outstanding. I would happily use Pombos again and I do highly recommend then for a screen enclosure.

After waiting for an appointment for a quote/estimate for about 3 weeks, the person(Joshua) went to my house at different time (did the measure for) without me telling him what I want or need, in less than 10 min, didn’t wait for me and he left before 5pm when the appointment was for 5:30pm. I Called him and he told me is a very simple process (of course for you, because you work with the company) but not for me ( I’m the person who is paid for the project) at least respect my time and money. Because I want to know details about the project and I like tell you what I want for the quote.Very disappointed with the service, and bad impression of your company. I don’t recommend this company at all.I spoke with Lee about the situation and he said to me that he was disappointment too but he don’t know what happened and offer different appointment maybe for a week out.What was the point to make an appointment if you could get the information over the phone then? They don’t even apologize for the situation.

Amazing company to work with! Professional and does beautiful work. I hired Pombos after shopping around a project on my back patio to lay down travertine and install a screened enclosure. My house has a detached garage which made the design tricky. Joey Pombo came up with an incredible design and it turned out beautifully! Its been my most favorite Ive done to my house since I moved in. Its been up for several years now and it looks as good as new despite numerous storms including several hurricanes close to the Bay. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Joey Pombo and his hard working crew built my wife and I a beautiful 2-story screen enclosure for my back yard. Joey handled everything from the footer required by Tampa City Code to the permitting process which requires engineering drawings, etc. Joey worked with us on a slightly complicated design because of our iPe hardwood deck — we didn’t want anything screwed into our deck. He also handled plan adjustments after the City of Tampa rejected the initial design due to height restrictions on the back wall. Pombo’s price was extremely competitive with other estimates we received for the work and he didn’t attempt to add cost based on additional work required due the complications mentioned above along with an unexpected tree root which greatly complicated the footer and required additional concrete and multiple visits from his concrete subcontractor. I would highly recommend Pombo’s Contracting for any screen enclosure.

Pombos did a great job installing the screen around our pool. They are friendly, efficient and affordable!

I have to admit, I was a little brutal with the bidding process. In the end, I paid a slight premium to Pombo’s because they were the first to respond and last to call saying, “You will not regret choosing us.”My only issue was that due to this Covid craziness (permitting), their estimation was 12-14 weeks to complete the enclosure. They just finalized installation...within 8-weeks!The two crew members (Jose & Ronier) could NOT have been any nicer and cordial. And wow, talk about being experts at their craft. It was a demonstration of “unconscious competence”...I give them an A+.Don’t let a few nickels get in the way of you choosing Pombo’s. I’m open to providing a personal reference if need-be.Excellent job Pombo’s!

We came across Pombos after obtaining several quotes from other companies when we wanted to replace our dilapidated screen room at the back of the house. Not only did I get a new screened room from them but I was able to get one with a freaking roof! (We were told by one company it couldnt be done). They handled everything including the required permit(s). YES they were also the cheapest AND the quality of work was A++ you will not be disappointed. Excellent job by Joey’s team.They installed a new pool cage and really gave us good advice on what type of screen to get. I had contacted many companies but found Pombos to be most knowledgeable and affordable.Some of the workers accidentally stepped and broke our sprinkler heads and Joey sent out a guy to come and repair all of them at no cost. This was really very creditable. The workers are very hardworking and pleasant to interact with.We had a small tear in one of the screens about six months later and I just had to call Joey and he sent someone to repair it as soon as possible at no cost since we had a warranty on it.Really a pleasure to work with them.

Pombo Contracting did an awesome job on our screen enclosure. They were chosen to tear down and replace our screen enclosure by our pool remodeling contractor (Freestyle Pools- also great) who has been in the business for 35 years. That confidence by Freestyle proved to be well-founded since Pombo represented them well. Joey was very helpful and attentive to my expectations during and after the build.
