Justin Hubbard has been my Realtor for quite some time and I have done two transactions with him. He is always returning my phone calls and text promptly. Selling our house at top dollar and negotiating down our house we bought for a good deal. He has talked me into getting my RE license and has been a great friend and mentor through the whole process!

No one answered their office phone when I called about wanting to view a home that came on the market. No one returned my voice mails either.

Rebecca was on the ball, had the photos produced, advertised and sold in 31 days. We had multiple offers and were very comfortable with our results. I see that one of their 5 star reviews is from one of their own agents.. the very one that we had a very unethical experience with Lauren Serianni. She is not to be trusted.. based on my experience with her. Beware.

Cathy Desmarais is a very unethical person. She was our next door neighbor and was very upset that we did not list our property with her when we sold our house. Then during one of the showings of our house, she came outside and spoke to our prospective buyer and lied to her about our house. Her motivation? She had her own listing also on our street that she wanted them to look at instead. She caused a whole rukus with our buyer who had come in from California specifically to buy our house and just wanted to see it before making her offer. But after hearing Cathys lies she heavily questioned our integrity and backed away. The buyer did wind up buying our house after verifying the true facts, but we believe at a lower price and with much aggravation. In addition, the broker did nothing after we complained. Be forewarned to stay away from them.

I joined Exit Bayshore Realty 6 months ago and I only have great things to say about its Broker, Lewis Stewart. He is always available to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel blessed to be part of this great team.

Would not recommend this group for anything. My spouse just filed a 4 page complaint against both the broker and the realtor Gene for malicious acts, and frivolous claims on a security deposit. They requested the unit back early to get it rerented, we complied. On first walkthrough there was no areas of concern. We delivered the keys to Brandon office as Requested. We delivered the unit in a damage free, clean condition verified by both pics and videos and Gene NOW claims the unit was damaged, trash was left in, and so much more. Save the drama and choose any other group besides them!

Ive done two closing with them, and they went out of their way to make each and every detail effortless for me, as a seller and buyer... even arranging my move. While many other realtors do not return calls or have up-dated information, ... try to up-sell, Exit respects my budget, explains details, is absolutely honest, and has returned every one of my calls quickly. I have recommended them to friends, and have 100% trust in them. I give them all five stars.

Ive worked at this brokerage for a couple years now, and really enjoy it as a workplace. The tone is light yet professional, the other agents are helpful when needed, most are very experienced and capable, and the broker is there for you when you need him most.

Very unprofessional and unethical. To be frank, this is a shady company. I used them to rent out and manage my house for the past 6 months and I have not been able to track them down more often than not, they dont always collect rent, they dont tend to issues with the house, i.e. maintenance/repairs, etc. They also never sent me a copy of the lease from the tenant or the deposit . . . overall, DO NOT use Exit Bayshore Realty. If youre a Realtor, you should find a new Broker, because he did nothing to resolve the above issues.

Used a realtor from this company for a rental unit.Very happy to take my money but after giving notice I was advised I would receive my deposit back. Months later, no deposit and no replies from the realtor.Very bad service and terrible ethnic values.Would never recommend this company or its realtors to anyone.
