Applied through this company. It was quick an easy. I did not qualify due to my lack of rental history but their application and leasing process is fast. The prices are much cheaper than most too. The person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. They will be seeing another application next year if things do not go well where Im at.

I Charlie Mae Denson,was family with Realnet property 9 to 10 year never had a problem,until on July 17 2021 a short notice that my lease will not be renew being a elder person on a fix in come no were to go no money still havent found any were, they had me to continue to paid rent the last month or I will be evicted, they should have gave me a month free to move out upon the request of the lease wouldnt being renewed and not a evictions if Im not out no reason why this was helping 3 other units not leave because they on section 8 I notifier the mayor City of Tampa, FOCA so they can check in to landlord like this

Ive been with Realnet Property Management as a property owner since 2012, and its been the smoothest, best service from a Property Management company Ive ever experienced.Not once in the last 8 years, have I seen my rental property or had to deal with any negative situations that a typical landlord would incur.From the moment I acquired my rental in Tampa they took care of all leasing, rent collecting, repairs, etc. Everything was taken care of.I recently just sold my rental, and they even took care of a light rehab to get it ready for retail sale. Once it was ready they helped me get it listed and sold with very little effort from me.Realnet made being an out-of-state property owner a breeze. If youre looking for a seamless, done-for-you, property management company then this is the one.

RUNNNNNNNN!!! Do not stop! Do not think about it RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! The application process was HORRID I did the app and didn’t hear back for weeks I had to call numerously to check on results! When I let them know they were unprofessional and I had been waiting and never got a response by email, text, or call. I was finally processed through. I lived there for 2 years ! I was left a weekend without a properly working restroom for an ENTIRE WEEKEND IN A 2/1 which is against the law! I had to harass them to get the contractors out to fix their property! I had a peeping Tom situation and was asked for someone to come out and fix the window which never happen basically was told good luck. I was left without a refrigerator for daysssss before anyone came out to check it when it went out. One of the contractors let me know they are told to patch it and leave!!!!!! Nothing gets properly fixed EVER. I had a lizard issue and asked for the weather strip to be changed they sent the contractor out and they literally moved this ripped up weather strip for an hour because they didn’t have approval to go buy a new one! My A/C messed up I was LEFT AN ENTIRE WEEKEND I HAD TO LEAVE MY PLACE AND GO TO MY SISTERS OUT OF TOWN BC THEY FAILED TO APPROVE A NEW UNIT to the contractor they had sent out. When I finally threaten law suit and follow state protocol after being fed up I was sent a non renewal letter the day AFTER I certified mailed them a copy of my notice to move. DO NOT EXPECT TO EVER SEE YOUR DEPOSIT AGAIN!! I left my place clean only issue was the bathroom which I have emails annnddd text message proof they neglected to fix and have gotten a zeroed out balance and told no funds are owed back to me. This place on chilkoot and any place they rent out RUNNN! DO NOT STOP! If I can give NO stars I would ! I did applications for other places prior to moving out and received calls back saying Real Net property refused to speak with them and give my rental payment history which was ALWAYS PAID ON TIME OR EARLY! I was denied certain places because no one could verify! I’ve lost so much money with this SLUM LORD I stop counting!

Barbara Burk who works at the front desk is very rude. She’s not a people person when trying to get rental assistance they don’t want to use the government program who will do a direct deposit into there account but also won’t allow you to use your local program that takes longer. This company knows it was a pandemic but won’t use the programs that are out. They are making hard for the ones who are really trying to get them there money.

Lease is almost up . They rarely answer the phone . Rarely fix anything. I have to text and call multiple times over a course of months to get an answer. I’ve never been late on rent, never missed any payments . House became infested with rats (the whole neighborhood from what I hear ). Asked for pest control, they came out but said they were scared the company wouldn’t pay them because they rarely clear the check fast enough, so he left and never came back . I really like the house and wanted to resign the lease . And I even asked about my up coming lease expiration and they never answered me back - clearly they don’t care about keeping good paying tenants . So overall I’m not impressed, but I can see that this is an issue from all companies here in Tampa so far . Maybe I should’ve stayed In Bradenton . Will update my review if anything changes .

2 stars because I like Barbara, I would give 5 if they actually did repairs. I’ve lived in my rental for some time now and I just all together stopped putting in requests for repairs because either they wouldn’t show up or if they did they would come unannounced and get mad that I was working and they would have to come at a later time.For the people that don’t like her by the way if you communicate with her and don’t get rude when she calls I can promise you won’t have an issue!

Very poor customer service. Even after filing all the paperwork and getting approved, Heather would still not help me. She wouldnt return any of my phone call or emails. She tried to push me off to an unwanted house that nobody has wanted to rent for years. Then passed me up for another tenant on the house i applied for. Terrible professionalism and double standard work ethic. I wish i could give 0 stars.

After the experience I’ve had with This Company, I AM LIVID. They are extremely RACIST and has The absolute Worst Customer Service. Not to mention An employee himself said to my face that he does not care about providing good customer service, does not care if I make this review and does not care if I contact the BBB. For property owners who are using their platform to find renters, as well as renters looking for a place to call home, the employees with Real Net Property Management are NOT as Professional and Eager to help their clients as we would think they are. I’ve been trying to reach out to them for a little over a month and a half now and still have not spoken with a live person. I finally received a text from someone with the company asking me to do an application online then send my personal documents over. I find it more than unprofessional to ask me for personal, confidential information and not give me an understanding of who I’m speaking with and sending my information to. The person who is reaching out to me via text is not answering any of my questions about 1 house out of the 6 houses that they have on the site, and we have been messaging for a total of 14days, 1 text message a day from them and when I ask a question I never receive a response. Words cannot express how extremely upset I am about the service I have received. I’d advise using someone other than Real Net Property if you would like exceptional customer service.

Do not fix things when they suppose too Have mold in my apt and noone has been there to fix it

I have to say it started rocky with this company. But they have been very fair with me and gone out of theirway with me to make things right. I see a lot of complaints about Barbra the the secretary butt she is just doing her job and is a real nice lady at the end of day.

This was the smoothest rental process ever.

From the time I submitted my application until I vacated the property it was nothing but problems. My application was approved for a house in Temple Terrace. Days went by and while I was waiting for my lease eventually they admitted that the house was already rented when I applied! They found another house for me in Brandon and offered to rent it for the same rate as the house I originally applied for. I thought they were doing a great job. The house was not ready for move in and numerous repairs were needed. The maintenance team is a mom and son ran operation and the mother is extremely rude. The son does not wear any type of uniform or i.d. and does not inform you of when the repairs will take place then lies to his mother about what he fixed and how it was repaired. She will then argue you down that he is right. I made online payments. They waited an entire month to reverse a payment then sent out a 3 day with the incorrect amount and then proceeded to file an eviction on me for non-payment. I started to withhold rent legally thru the court due to the fact the house had numerous code violations ranging from the shower wall being caved in to the water heater leaking and flooding the garage causing black mold and the a/c (that was over 15 years old) leaking and causing the entire back yard to be soaked! I spent months in court during that time the lawyer stated he sent me certain motions that were time sensitive that I received days later! I asked to be let out of my lease, the judge refused even though there were open code violations that they never complied with! I moved anyway and they then garnished my wages! The entire staff and their legal representation is unprofessional, rude and unethical! I would not recommended this company to anyone! As I read the reviews it seems that majority of the people of color are saying that the staff is rude and unprofessional while others are giving 5 stars.

Absolutely the worst property management company. They are foul and terrible. Once you move in they have you trapped. since you have a lease they feel as if they dont have to fix anything. and to with hold your rent you have to do a whole song and dance, take time out of your day, fill out paper work and in some cases get a lawyer. IF YOU HAVE OTHER RENTAL OPTIONS TRY THEM 1ST BECAUSE REALNET PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS TRASH!!!

I have worked with Realnet Properties now for the past 6 years on behalf of several different investors I work for. They have always provide excellent service! They are professional, detailed oriented, very organized and always quick to handle any and all request. I highly recommend them for property management and for buying or selling property.

They dont respond very quickly. When you leave a message it says will get back with you in 24 hours. That never happened. They need to improve on their customer service and follow up. No matter what method email, phone, text or from there website.

We have had excellent service with this company. We always have prompt, courteous service. They always handle any problems we have with our rental property. We would not hesitate to refer Realnet to any of our associates.

This company does not return phone calls and the staff is very unprofessional especially the front desk lady. I rented from them for three years and every time I renewed my lease they made promises to make repairs the last year they tried to bribe me to resign my lease and they would repair a leaky roof. When I called about getting my deposit back the front desk lady kept giving me the run around and I still haven’t gotten my money or a letter stating why they decided to keep my deposit!

This place is trash, they act like your inconvenience them with questions and when it comes down to how they handle business is boredline scam

I currently live in a property that was taken over by Realnet Property Management midway through my lease. Unfortunately, a leak developed in our roof and a pipe busted under our kitchen sink not long after they took over our property. The maintenance team responded promptly to our issue and took care of everything. The roof fix was temporary, but it worked for the time being and they are currently putting a new roof on the rental house. I have had to contact the Realnet office many times for various reasons. They have not been able to answer my calls immediately, but always contact me back within 24 hours. Realnet Properties took responsibility over my current residence that was not in the best condition and they have handled all the issues I had in a timely and professional manner. They are easy to work with and overall a very good rental management company.

They told me everything was great I submitted everything they asked for. They told me they would contact me when everything was completed. A month passed by and I have tried on numerous attempts to contact them and got no answer. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.

They will ignore your calls then say you never called even if you pull up your call long and show them. Lady at front desk with 15lbs of makeup on is rude rude rude.

Our experience with RealNet has been amazing. We are about to sign our 8th lease with their company, with no hesitation at all. All issues are promptly handled with good communication and ready willingness to address problems right away and even go above and beyond to address additional details we might not have even considered. I would highly recommend doing business with RealNet. We look forward to continuing our business with them indefinitely.

The receptionist Barbara is absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. I had called to ask about a property listed as available for rent on their website, the receptionist took a message and I never received a call back. I called back the next day and the same receptionist rudely replied that she Already took my message and when someone has the time to get back to me, they would. Obviously no one ever called me back and I did not feel comfortable calling back after the horrible customer service I had received from their receptionist.

I to think Barbara is rude quite a bit racist but i love Heather Greg and his mom Ive been here 5 years maintenance is prompted and on time and again Heather and Gregs mom are very pleasant ppl to rent from.

I had a better experience at Shorebird Properties; the management are hard, but fair; they really have nice clean units, I wish they had bigger units like 3 bedrooms, on waiting list.

I rented from realnet for a year. When we first moved in even though they told me property is rdy to move in, it wasn’t. I had numerous calls and texts to them to get things done. We walked in to a house with a light fixture on the stove. The stove wasn’t working. Closet door on the floor and I have pictures that I sent them beside other things. Now, it took me to escalate the issues to upper management to get things done. A year passed and honestly after dealing with them on couple of times during that year it was a decision that we will not go back and renew with them. At that time I admit we left the property with one door broken and couple of items outside because I was pregnant and lost my babies and we couldn’t carry those things so we left them to a junk remover person who usually comes and picks up those things for free. Instead of realnet fixing that door and may be picking up those things and charging us some of the 1000$ deposit money. They decided to send us a list of what they spent that deposit on. mind you we mowed the lawn but it rained for 8 days straight before we moved out so the grass grew more. The list was fixing the door. Ok, that I understand, mowing the law, fixing the closet door( that I have a picture of that was already out of the rails when we moved in) yet they wanted to charge to pick it up and put it back in the rails lol. More of the list was, cleaning the oven! Really how much does that take? Taking the tape off the windows. ( well tell that to fema because during irma we had to do so). Now here is the biggest surprise, the floors had a water leak and it caused mold and they r charging us for it! Now the problem is I was pregnant and if I knew there was mold I would have told them but I didn’t and I had a miscarriage yet they r charging me for the mold. Needless to say, their fake bill came to 1225$ so now they charged us more. On things that are estimated at 500$ or less. They r lucky I work 10 hours a day and can’t come to their office to disput these charges. But if it turns out that their moldy property is the one that caused me or my twins a miscarriage then they will hear from my lawyer. Unprofessional and will rip you off just so they can have their money. Oh and did I mention that the contact me to say I didn’t pay rent so I told the lady I have a picture of my bank statement and you guys took the money and she was like oh then disregard that call sorry our new system is messed up and we couldn’t see who paid and who didn’t! Really?!!! My advice, don’t rent with people who are unreliable, I did it and I regret it!

I know that property management could be a tough role but renters are like customers just as well as owners, so if you have a problem you should be able to call the property management company to resolve any issues. Well today my nightmare came true Barbara the receptionist she sits very pretty at the desk but is a snake she has such a messed up attitude, very rude and impolite I have never met anyone so unprofessional, she made me never want to deal with realnet properties again she talked down on me so bad regarding an issue for late payment I actually went to this office just to see if she would talk like that to me in person, well to make a long story short if people like Barbara is who I have to deal with regarding my rental my 60 day notice of lease termination is on its way and just to make it clear she is the only problem I have had with realnet, I tried reaching out to Tara who didnt respond I also was texting an anonymous person who got in me in touch with someone and it just so happened to be Barbara she is very irate and she discusses her personal problems with people when they go to pay rent like how her daughter lives with her boyfriends family and undermines her ....she is really unhappy ...I dont recommend her loosing her job but I definitely recommend that you find some one else to deal with people on behalf of your company ....because she is miserable unhappy person underneath all her makeup

We paid a deposit on 08/31 were very excited to move into our apartment, and everything went all down hill after they had our money. Heather the realtor said once we paid our deposit and we sent pictures of what needed to be fixed to have the apartment move in ready, everything would be fixed. This was not the case!!! Once the deposit was paid, Heather completely stopped answering ANY form of communication, the owner/manager of the company refused to speak with me, and Barbara the receptionist continued to give me the ring around without any form of answers, Oh, Ill look into it and let you know... Days would go by without email or phone response and I had finally had ENOUGH! I sent the company an email asking when the renovations would be completed THREE weeks after we paid the deposit, and due to my email without response, they called to only say theyre backing out and giving us our deposit back. This goes to show they are trying to scam people out of their money, information, and time. They deserve every bit of bad karma coming their way. DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

They Never Return Calls Rude And Unprofessional BAD BUSINESS

-Edit update: soon after this post i finally got a phone call and of course they found any and every way to deny my application, but at least i was certified my information is in the hands of a real company, id highly advise to keep your options open when dealing with this company as the time it takes and the way they conduct business is very sub-par.Company seems a bit shady, i have been in contact with a mysterious person via text for over 2 months regarding a property that was listed on craigslist and their website, submitted a lot of personal information over including photo copy of my ID and check stubs about a month ago, i was told i was Top Priority several times (via text by this mysterious person) and no one has gotten back with me with any type of status information, they keep telling me the same thing over and over week after week, all i want to know is first did i submit my information to someone that is about to commit fraud first of all, im now in a horrified state of anxiety over this, no one picks up their phone.. go a head give them a call right now and you will get a voicemail dont bother leaving a Voicemail, they never return your call, but if you text you will be contacted by this mysterious person sometimes almost immediately using that same phone number, one time i called and text immediately right after, instead of them calling back they sent a text saying they are unable to pick up the phone.. HUH?!???!!! Makes absolutely no sense and they leave you in a nervous wreck state, i visited their office 2 times once in the middle of the day and once in the am, NO ONE WAS THERE, yet i get a text stating some one name Tara is working on applications... I have had the most disappointing time dealing with these people, im sure they do some type of property management because ive visited the homes and they were able to give me key-codes to look at them, but im not sure if they are an outsourcing company or a new company that doesnt know what they are doing or just a shady company that setup an scheme to get ahold of alot of peoples information, i dont know.. Everyone ive talked to that has heard about them said theyve had similar problems and just move on..This company as the way it functions is terrible, slow, shady, mysterious and need to be looked into.

When we were at the realtor they seemed very nice and was able to get us the house in the time frame that we needed it by. However, we were told it would be clean for us when we got there. We moved here from 3hrs away. When we arrived the house was absolutely terrible. Dirty floors, mirrors, cobwebs, spiders, roaches, ash on the toilet, dirt in the fridge, cracked window, and needless to say were are very much disappointed. We called and someone came out and as we were trying to tell him it seemed as though he only cared about his phone. We were told wed get some money for having to clean the place. He (cant remember a name only the face) then told us that the house was cleaned on a saturday (we moved in on thursday) and maintenance came in and messed it up again. If maintenance came then what was our AC not working? and why were never told that it was broke until someone came to fix it? They knew when we were going to move in by. And if the place had of been cleaned we would not of had to sweep, mop and scrub the floors for them to be clean like they should have. And to leave trash, glass and debris in the yard looks bad on them and on us. Now we have the issue of we just moved in and all ready a pest problem, why wasnt this checked and handled before we moved in? Also there are so many cracks around this place that bugs can get in, I would not recommend this place to anyone because of how poorly our house was when we walked in.
