I have used Service twice, and the service was excellent both times. Michael is professional and does a great job. He is quite meticulous and will have your windows looking crystal clear.

Michael with Servicore was very knowledgeable, and helpful during his visit on July 22, 2019. While he was washing and cleaning the windows, he took extra time to show me how to remove the hard calcium deposits and the best product to use. He also showed me what I needed to do to fix one of the window braces that was broken. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

Michael Joiner who owns this business in my area was extremely responsive and professional. He did a number of homes in my neighborhood and took pride in his work and did an excellent job on my windows. He even fixed a couple of mechanical issues with a few stubborn windows and fixed a few screens where they were coming out from the frame! He went above and beyond! Id definitely have his services again!

Third time I have used Servicore. They provide a quality service - I had both my house cleaned and my windows cleaned - looks great!

The job was well done. However disappointed, when I asked for an estimate for additional services I immediately wanted them to come and do the job. I never received a call back, I even called and was told that they would call me back to schedule a date. Needless to say never received call and its 3 weeks later.

STAY AWAY!!! I have never dealt with such an unorganized no good company. I paid for a simple window washing 3+ weeks ago and have constantly been getting the runaround. And thats when they actually answer the phone. If they try to come back and blame it on the hurricane. NO DICE!!! I ordered the window washing a week and a half before the hurricane. I also initially left 2 messages which were never returned before I finally called and got someone on the phone. After 2.5 weeks I finally got a call from them telling me they were scheduling jobs. After 15 minutes on the phone and giving the guy all my info he proceeded to tell me Oops, sorry, we are not scheduling South Tampa at this time and will call you back to schedule tomorrow. That was over a week ago. There is unprofessional and then there is these guys!!
