Well I needed a good pressure wash of the driveway and sidewalk. It had not been done for over 2.5 years and trying to do it myself was the biggest waste of time and money. We are getting ready to sell the house and needed it to look great! Well 5 out of 5 stars. Thats for sure! Professional and prompt!

We used Chad to replace a number of the screens in our pool cage. He responded to my initial call quickly and had a quote shortly afternwards. All of his communications - phone calls, texts - were polite and timely. He gave us a fair price and did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I will use him again when were ready to replace the rest of our cage, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of screen repair.

Chad replaced the screens on our lanai and repaired a patio door. He did it at a great price and even made little flaps for the opening of my doggy door so that bugs couldn’t get in through it. Chad was professional from the start. The day we were scheduled to have the screening done, he arrived early and got to work. When his employees arrived he had already laid out the screen for each section - there was no standing around. Each employee was focused on his job and took pride in their work. Chad replaced the mechanism on our screen door - not because we asked him to, but because he saw it needed to be replaced and not doing so was leaving a job unfinished (which he did not charge us for). I had the best experience with Chad from start to finish. I called and left a voicemail and he called back within minutes during the middle of his dinner (sorry about that!) He was out the next morning to give an estimate and we were scheduled within less than two weeks. He kept up communication to confirm our appointment the day prior, and was there right on the scheduled time. We had him do a full soft wash on the exterior of our house, and pressure wash the pool deck. He did such a fantastic job for a more than fair price, and Im so happy with the results. I found Chad while looking on the Nextdoor app for local recommendations. It was a Sunday afternoon and the post I found said to text anytime. I took a pic of the screen panel that I needed replaced and within 10 minutes he replied and gave an estimate. He was able to do the job within 2 days. While he was there I asked for a quote to replace the roof screen as well as the sides. I liked his quote and he and his team came out and did the work the following week. I will continue to use and refer Chad every chance I get.
