Joel was professional and fairly priced. He walked the perimeter of the home with me before and after the pressure washing. He ensured I was happy with the work he did. I had a loose screen that needed a new spline that he took care of for me. Ill will absolutely have him back to do additional areas.

I have never seen this much professionalism from a pressure washing service in my life.I have owned several homes in the past and have hired pressure washing services in the past which was usually one person pressure washing the house for 2 hours.Joel came promptly on time the day of the initial quote ($ which they did not deviate from). He explained the full process while he became familiar with my property and any concerns I had. This was very important to me because I wasn’t sure if I could be present during the day of the cleaning.The day before our scheduled washing, he called as a courtesy reminder, which I appreciate.The day of the washing, he was present with 2 associates and all 3 worked nonstop for 3.5 hours.I can only compare the level of detailed service to having a high end car detailed. I have never experienced this with a house. Well worth the money. If you want the largest investment you own to look new again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Joel is a true professional. You will be as impressed as I was. I will be using his service again.

Im not one to write reviews, but felt compelled given how incredibly the service was. Our home is 5 years old, and I’m ashamed to admit we’ve never washed/cleaned the exterior paint, soffit, facia, gutters, windows, screens, window tracks, etc. Joel came by, gave a strong competitive quote, and absolutely crushed the work. Screens and windows were hand washed, tracks were cleaned out, we had black mold on the north facing exterior paint and roof that was completely and safely removed, our gutters are now gleaming white. Home exterior looks brand spanking new. Really appreciate the work and the price, and we’re signing up to do this once a year.

I won a free driveway pressure washing!! And boy, what a prize it was!!I am a 62 y/o lady, I live alone in an over 55 MHP, and I have multiple health problems. I have received notice from the HOA that I needed to have my mobile home and white brick underpinning cleaned as it was discolored with black stuff and my driveway needed cleaning.Unfortunately when time came for my appointment I was in the hospital. Joel was able to handle this, no problem; he stated that the carport crowded with plants, a bistro set and lawn equipment would be something he would be able to move and work around.When I arrived home from the hospital I could not believe what I was seeing!* My driveway and carport were white! I thought I was going to need to paint them!!* My white bricks were spotless, on both sides of my home. And not just cleaned but about 22-25 bricks had been knocked down and were lying in the yard; those were replaced and stacked!* The light mold on the inside top of my carport ceiling was gone!* The entire siding was cleaned! All the way around!!* I had a couple of 12 x 12 cement squares that covered dirt and made a stone surface for my rolling garbage can. I did the best I could with what I had, but Joel gathered them (and Im sure added to them) and created an absolute neat and orderly area for my can, and for me to walk on!* I had extra quarter round and molding stashed on the side of the driveway, Joel relocated them to the back, to a stacked pile of shiplap.* My plants were reorganized and my bistro table relocated - it was an overall better and neater look.* A couple of days later I noticed a stone memory bench in the front of my home had been cleaned and some yard ornaments reorganized.Joel did many things that werent a part of the pkg! He treated my home like it was his home! Who does that?Im so grateful to have won this package, it solved several problems on my HOA ToDo list. But I am most grateful to Joels initiative and pride in his work, and his sensitivity to the needs of another: that he saw an opportunity to perform a random act of kindness, and did whatever needed to be done at my home. And while I have a new- found pride in how my home looks from the street, this neighborhood has a gem of a resource in a local businessman who doesnt just do what was expected, but he does what was needed.
