Jesse was great very professional. The person that he had with him was very lackadaisical, he broke the handle on my 2,000 mattress I said something to him about it and he gave no response. The wood on footboard was scratched. I would take Jesse as a mover any day he was so good I have him a 50.00 tip, they forgot an item at my last residence and he offered to go back and get it.

Ruined my furniture and took my tool kit and screw gun and the supervisor wanted to overcharge for the slowest service. They were both inexperienced and were very slow and killed my back with them to expedite the process, but I chose the wrong company. Such thieves and they will rip you off so you better get a flat rate or they were steal your money. Bunch of crooks. I will get my overcharges back I promise you!🤌👌

If I could give a zero I would. Dave texted me the evening before to confirm our move for Saturday morning. He never showed. Never called. Didn’t respond to my text. Just never showed. As a result we had to rent a UHaul and find help and we were delayed 5 hours. I would never recommend this mover.

VERY impressed with the professionalism of each of the movers (all strong college students) that arrived at our home (5 total). The students were prompt, uniformed, and acted more professional then movers who have moved us in the past. They were careful to wrap all fragile and large furniture items, everything arrived safely. They even had extra boxes for us to use and had packing the truck down to a science. We felt comfortable having them in our home, and they went with us from room to room to assure that all our valuables were packed. We would HIGHLY recommend Strong College Students to all of our family and friends. We already plan on using them AGAIN for our next move, you will not be disappointed.

Tristan and Andrew were incredibly sweet, understanding, polite, and professional. It was also very affordable AND I got discount coupons for the next time I need them. Much better than hiring a company that will more than likely send 2 creepy middle aged men (Im a single woman living alone so this was a concern). I will definitely be using them again.

Move was great with the exception of a broken shelf that I was not told about and discovered just after they left. What got me upset was, when all was done, the company already had my card information but the mover asked me to write in all my card information on the final paperwork. I questioned this, because the move was already paid. He (Elvin) said it was required information, so I complied. A week later my card was charged for the entire move again. Tristan assures me the charge will be removed, but this should have never happened (and wouldnt have happened if my information wasnt written on that paper). Now my confidence is gone. Not sure where else my card number information may be laying around, and I have an account I cannot use due to this situation. Not a happy camper, and will NOT reccomend in the future due to business practice. (Still waiting for charges to be reversed.)

Customer service before the move was great. Tristan gave me an estimate before the move that included a deposit. He never explained that my deposit was a travel fee and I would be charged more than what was quoted. When I spoke with the moving crew about what they were charging I was told I could call the office on Monday but Tristan was only going to go by what they moving guy was telling me. I thought that was very unprofessional. I called and left several messages but Tristan never called me back. When I finally got ahold of him he tried to explain the moving guys comments and told me to look at the pre estimate invoice. I looked at it and Tristan math was off. Tristan never apologize for any inconvenience this caused us or for the comment from his crew. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I recently hired Strong College Students to help me move. I had 2 16ft portable storage units I needed unpacked and moved into my new home. I made a phone call and it was an easy quote and scheduling process over the phone. They sent over a couple guys right on time on the day of the move. They were extremely efficient getting both containers unloaded in about 2 hours. My previous16ft container took 2 hours with 3 guys. I was extremely pleased with the service and happy I was able to save some money with it. I would definitely use them again for another move or recommend them to friends or family.

I used Strong College Students this past weekend and they were excellent at providing service! As always they went above and beyond! This is my 2nd time using them and it was a seamless process from the beginning to end. Buying a home and moving can be 2 of the largest stressors and wow seriously I am so happy I went with them. Kurt and Andrew came out to my apartment and did a great job moving all my stuff. I would recommend SCS to anyone looking for a quick and easy move. They were on-target for the quoted time frame and they did not damage anything. I dont know how I would have managed to get all that furniture up the stairs of my new place by myself.

I have used movers 3 times in my life and the last 2were both done by Strong College Students. They are on time, extremely polite, efficient and most of all a great service for a great price. The first move they just unpacked my U-Haul and then stayed to make sure all the furniture was put back together. My second move I needed to place majority of my items into a small storage unit. I was very impressed with how quickly and well they packed up the storage unit. When compared to any other experience I will continue to use Strong College Students and highly recommend them to everyone I know! Keep up the great work.

If I could give them less I would. They are cheap for a reason. Had a move I paid $1500 for and they scratched/broke 19 different items beyond repair.When dealing with their claims department they said they only replace pieces that are broken to the point you cant use them. But having a inch deep 3ft long scratch on our table is supposed to be acceptable? These guys are brutal.The kids that moved us tried their hardest and hustled hard. But didnt know how to pack the truck efficiently nor did they wrap and secure anything.If I could do it over again Id pay the extra little bit and go with grown men that are professionals.Moved from downtown to citrus park. Cant believe they were able to do that much damage in such a short trip. Trust me on this one STAY AWAY!Anthony

They were a bit early, which was great for us because we had originally wanted to start earlier, and they even called before hand to make sure that was ok. NO SHOW AND WOULD NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS (deposit paid and scheduled for 7/31/16)!!! So what is the worst thing a moving company can do than break your stuff, its to no-show when you schedule them and pay them $150 deposit to be there on the last day of your lease (at least broken items are covered by insurance). These jokers gladly took my money and scheduled the date but could not manage to arrive on the day I booked them for (or call me back once!). I literally called their office all day long to find out when the movers were coming and only got voicemails (I had to look up the customer service manager off of another poor Google review. After speaking with this gentleman twice (I would call and he would tell me he would call back... which he never did) I will say DO NOT trust this company if you need to have your move performed on the day you book it. They eventually got around to calling me back the next day and told me they would take care of things for me and make it up to me. In my mind that meant they were covered at least a significant portion of the cost because now Im missing work and having to pay additional rent due to THEIR mistake, but as with everything else with this company they disappoint. They showed up the next day and told me they would only give me a discount on the move (turned out to be about 22%). They knew they had me over a barrel so I had to accept it because I couldnt get any one else in that short of time and my lease was expired....just ridiculous.One more thing, I was a military brat growing up and in the military for nine years and have moved a ton. This was the WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do no use them...not only can they manage to not show up on time or day but their management is just as bad. Buyer beware!

Relocating from MD to FL was much more than we planned for! After taking two days to load our moving truck, driving the entire trip in one day with 2 dogs and a baby, we decided we needed help unloading. We called Strong College Students the day before we moved into our new place and they gave us a very reasonable quote; which at that point we just wanted the extra hands, regardless of price. 3 guys showed up and unloaded our truck in 45 minutes in the pouring rain! They were efficient, friendly, and professional! Needless to say, they made all the glitches in our move seem like distant memories :).
