I had the worst experience. I was crying at the end. Avoid at all costs! The woman on a phone was super rude. They showed up without an official confirmation and I was surprised. The broke the nightstands mirror and quoted me 968$ for only furniture of one bedroom and moving 5 miles. They told me I had to get a quote on a broken nightstand and just ignored me for two months and on a phone told me (Oh you have to take to the owner and she is busy, we will call you back) Obviously nobody called me back and I don’t want to call them anymore. Horrible people. With horrible attitude. Made my moving experience so stressful and negative. And I moved all my boxes myself 🤷🏽‍♀️

This moving company is amazing. I have used them before for my previous 2 moves. This time I hired them to move my mom. Freddie and Georgie were on time, they worked hard and took care of all my moms fragile items. Everything was moved with care and the 2 young men were incredibly polite. If I ever have to move again, this is the only company I would hire. 10/10 recommend.

We had the most HORRIBLE experience with this moving company. We will NEVER use them again or EVER recommend them to anyone.To summarize:- The movers showed up with a standard U-Haul truck. We assumed they would be coming with their own large company truck. They made us rent another U-Haul truck to fit our stuff!- We were originally quoted 6-8 hours and it took TWELVE entire hours to move our stuff and they charged us hourly!!!- They created MULTIPLE dents and scratches on our walls and furniture including a large tear in the base of our adjustable bed. (see photos_- One mover cut his hand and got BLOOD on our brand new mattress! (see photos)- We were obviously upset with all of this and the owner was far from nice when I expressed my concerns and she had an attitude. Once my husband got on the phone with her she was a little nicer. Her excuse for why the truck wasnt big enough and it took DOUBLE the quoted time was because she originally quoted us for 60 boxes (we had 59 boxes and some extra tubs and garage stuff) and didnt know how we live. We were also quoted from 2 Men & A Truck who actually came to our house to give us an estimate and we were quoted the same 6-8 hours and that was with TWO movers, not 3 that Woddy & Sons were providing! We went with Woody & Sons because they were going to supply us with the 3 movers and thought it may actually go faster than the 6-8 hours and we would save money.... we were wrong. What a horrible experience. Extremely upsetting. It was a nightmare.

They showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and were polite, professional and very quick. My move was completed with no issues and in a short amount of time. Ive moved many, many times in my life and will say this is the best company I have EVER used. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

I booked 2 movers to help with loading only services for my Uhaul out of my apartment and D and Pedro were amazing! They arrived early for our appointment, were extremely courteous, and had everything completed within exactly the 2 hour quoted time frame. My family member is immunocompromised and both movers wore masks immediately and throughout the move which was greatly appreciated. Their service was excellent and pricing was more than reasonable, I would recommend them for any move in the Tampa area! Thank you both again!

Do NOT let them move a piano! They dropped my upright piano face first on the concrete outside my apartment. They said they were equipped to move pianos yet they only showed up with 2 men and a small dolly (no straps). The piano rolled down a ramp and crashed into the ground. I will only use professional piano movers from here on out.I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to in this instance. The workers were nice guys, just not quality work unfortunately.

They helped us move into a new apartment today. A few days before the move I had to add an additional stop for pickup (which was an hour away) and Michele helped plan the entire process. She was very nice and helpful. The two men that moved our stuff were very friendly and efficient (Mark and Jeremy I believe). Two out of the 3 stops were on the 3rd floor and everything was done within the estimated time frame. Very smooth process. Would definitely use their services again.

Outstanding, The smoothest move ever. The team rapped all the furniture and took the time to place each piece in the truck. The best part they took their time with my wife placing the furniture where she needed them to. I will get them again for the next move.

The guys were on time, careful with my stuff and worked hard. My only criticism is I think the issue of what kind of insurance to use/buy should be brought up way before move day and not when you are in panic mode. Makes you wonder if done purposely.

The absolute best moving experience Ive ever had! So worth the money! The two movers showed up early, worked the entire time, moved quickly and carefully. They even brought their own energy drinks. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone looking to move.

I filled out an online questionnaire on the company’s website and was emailed with a quote of $375/3 hr with two movers . In my online form I stated i was moving from an apartment on the 3rd floor to a house . I also requested packing service and disassembly and reassembly service as well . On Friday the movers showed up unprepared. They had no boxes nor tools . Good thing I had a screw driver and had packed up 85% of my things already in effort to make the job easier for the workers. They took about 3 hours just to move the stuff from my 1 bedroom apartment to their truck. Then they drove to my new house and did a sloppy job of putting my bed back together . I called the owner to discuss this issue and encountered even more problems . I was supposed to get my bed fixed by them at 3 pm on Monday . It is now Monday after 5 pm as I’m writing this and I’m still waiting on my bed to be fixed . Also i found out the movers had added in an additional tip on my bill without my knowledge or consent . The owner is supposed to be refunding me a part of what I paid so I’ll follow up and see where that goes in a few days .

We needed help loading our truck. We lived on the second floor with no elevator. My husband has a bad knee and Im useless. Sarah was quick to respond with a quote and then confirmation. Moved 3 rooms of new furniture that had been delivered to current house due to delay in new home construction to new home. Helped assemble beds and roll top desk. Not a single ding, dent or scratch. Finished in 4 1/2 hours, an hour and a half early. Worked hard. Protected everything as if it were heirlooms of great value.

They totally saved the day! Stepped in to move us after Hurricane Irma unfortunately shut our other moving company down. They honored the previous bid we had received as well. Super fast in calling me and responding to me. On moving day, our two amazing moving guys showed up promptly and quickly talked me through their process. These guys more than met my expectations! Service was prompt and the job was done in about 4 hours. We only wanted them to move the larger items in our house. They wrapped each item in moving blankets and then secured the blankets with plastic wrap.
