Because most of the time anybody can create more than one gmail account and go to websites and give good reviews to do with their comment the opposite way of the true about the bad service of any company.One of the things that I been observing on this website review is the person in charge of this Mr. Mover website do not answer your question unless you give him a 5 star review 😆😂😂Advice !!!The Drivers Omg! they scratch the walls, they supposed to be at home at 11:00am they arrive at 2:45pm you call the company 3 times and they keep lying saying that the drivers are around the corner and when they arrive they told us sorry is company falls we supposed to be here at 11:00am and they send us to another house knowing that we supposed to be here at 11 AM also they was honest with us in the conversation they said that their pay is so low and they are the one who making the big bucks, abusers!Washout !Never ever scan on a piece of paper your drivers license or copy of your Credit Card to any company, Never ever!!! do that! it’s just an advice.Question: is out there a lot of companies doing the same service as Mr. Mover? This is a great storage place with reasonable rates. There is a wide variety of locker sizes. The manager is very nice and extremely helpful. When we had to move our parents things, but werent sure exactly how much space we would need, he was flexible. Hes also got great ideas on how to get rid of possessions. Just a great guy all around.

This is the second time theyve moved our office now. Great service and great rates. No BS with added fees like some of the others..No need to call anywhere else

Excellent services Very professional. My driver was very helpful and accommodation. Everything arrived in good condition although it was raining and I hadnt packed most items very well. Will definitely use Mr Mover services again at my next move and I highly recommend them..

This moving company is the ABSOLUTE WORST. As a warning to anyone, DO NOT use this company if youre planning on moving regardless of the other reviews. Their two inexperienced movers dropped our furniture (wheeling it on a dolly facing forward down a ramp....) severely damaging it. We tried to get reimbursed for the damage (after submitting pictures and following the protocol) and are STILL waiting... since 9/1/18 Our next step is to report them to Better Business Bureau and the Florida AG Office.

The movers showed up 2 and a half hours late and I had to call them to get them to show up at all. I didn’t even get so much as an apology when they finally arrived. The movers piled way too much on their dolly and dropped a whole tote of picture frames and broke several. Only one of them was even apologetic after that. I also noticed they broke my dresser and who knows what else, as my stuff was moved into a storage unit. I later found out both the movers were brand new, so it seems this company doesn’t even train their employees. Would absolutely not recommend.

2nd time I used Mr. Mover of Tampa, requested the same 2 guys that moved our furniture and got 1 of the same guys. The movers were good, they damaged the drywall and broke the leg off of the entertainment center by accident, the issue is getting the company to respond to multiple voicemails to repair the damage. Our move was at the end of November and here we are in January and no one will call us back. They answer the phone immediatly to schedule your move but no one answers the customer service line, you have to leave a message and they wont ever call you back. Now I had to dispute their charge on our CC hoping someone would call but still no return call...

I’m extremely disappointed in the company. Never will I use these people again! They damaged my couches and table and STILL HAD ME PAY for the move. I have a hole on my couch now thanks to the movers. They didn’t wrap my stuff to protect it and I saw one of the movers drop my table and microwave as they were moving it in with no apology. So that’s more damage I have to deal with.

Hi I am military and I called this company for my move. Nevertheless, they kept us waiting for hours on end, and they didnt even have the decency to call and let us know. We all took the day off in preparation for them and were left hanging. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone to include my folks here at Macdill. Bad service, no phone calls, and poor customer services, stay away
