They emailed back immediately any time I had questions.The actual food truck (Sliders guys) was SO good. All of our guests kept telling me how good the food was. I was so busy hosting, I never got to eat, until the next day when I had a huge selection of sliders bc they noticed I was so busy and made sure to package me food to go! They were so thoughtful.

I hired Tampa Bay Food Trucks for my wedding and had an amazing experience. For roughly 150 people, we had 3 trucks (Miso Lucky Thai, Engine 53 Pizza, and Chiefs Cantina Mexican) and it was the perfect amount. The wait for food was extremely short, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. On top of that, Kim met with us on 3 separate occasions so we could sample each truck, and all of the truck owners were exceptionally kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking them if you want a food experience that people will keep talking about!

Kim helped our Senior Living community get 2 trucks: Dochos Latin Bistro (yum on the Cuban sandwiches & fish tacos!) and Chiefs Chill-Out (snow cones & ice cream sundaes, which the residents LOVED putting ALL the toppings on!) were our 2 trucks. They showed up early, were prepared, very friendly & fun, and they served delicious food. Kim was responsive and helpful to get it organized. Cant wait for the next one!

What can I say about Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally except that they saved this mama’s life! We had the concept of an outdoor event with food trucks for our son’s wedding reception even before he got engaged. So, when the time came, I began to search out food trucks on my own. Luckily, I came upon the TBFTR website which immediately grabbed my attention. And am I glad it did! Kim Sanders was invaluable in all steps of planning our event, from helping us decide which types of cuisine we wanted, to the number of trucks we would need, to reserving the trucks for the event. Then, along with her assistant Jessica, she was there well before the event until all clean-up was finished that evening. She answered every question and concern I had along the way. This is our fourth child to get married, fourth wedding reception to plan and, by far, the absolute least stressful occasion of the four. Our guests are still raving about the amazingly delicious food provided by Nico’s and The Rolling Gourmet (how about those fries…YUM!) and how much fun it was to have a genuine food truck walk-up “experience”. And can I tell you how excited the kids (and grownups!) were about the sundae and snow cone bar provided by Chief’s Chill-out? All of the food was fresh, made to order and served quickly. It was a perfect evening and I am so very thankful that Kim and Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally was there to help us out! Let’s have a party so we can do it again!

Mr. Cs Grilled Cheese was an absolute hit at our Girls in Aviation Day 2019 at Tampa Executive Airport! Everyone enjoyed the delicious cheesy sandwiches and the service was fast and efficient. Megan worked with us on the process of reserving the truck for our event, getting the right insurance coverage and providing a menu with prices ahead of time for promotion purposes. TBFT was outstanding, answered every question in a timely manner, truck showed up on time, good was fantastic. We had my daughters graduation party on Saturday and it was a huge hit. My driveway has a slight angle and it was no problem. Everything was done online in regards to contracts, payment etc. I would definately use TBFT again!!

As an Event Planner, I had the responsibility of making my own client look great for his public, grand opening of a new property development north of Tampa. Working with Tampa Bay Food Trucks simplified my job as Doug recommended, booked and managed on-site local Food Trucks that would be appropriate for the crowd we expected both in quantities of food needed, number of trucks needed and variety of cuisine. His on-site management was worth its weight in gold. He ensured that I knew if a food truck was nearing our budgeted amount for the event. He stayed in constant communication and was flexible with our needs. If your event warrants the need for 1 - 2 - 3 - 4+ trucks, I highly, highly recommend calling Tampa Bay Food Trucks, you will be delighted in the weight it lifts off your shoulders in keeping your guests fed and happy.

As a new event coordinator this was my first experience using a food truck company. Kim walked me through the entire process start to finish! She absolutely exceeded my expectations. She was quick to respond to my emails, and gave the ultimate customer service experience. Kim arrived to my event before I did, called me to give a heads up about construction issues. We worked together with the venue and truck to ensure our guests could access the truck as easy as possible. We picked Coco Loco Spanish Cuisine, which did not disappoint! I would 100% recommend Kim and Tampa Bay Food Trucks! We already have plans to use them for another event!

My husband and I hired TBFTR for our wedding and we are so happy with that decision! Our guests absolutely LOVED the concept and the food! The food was incredible – I really can’t put into words how amazing the food was. The entire planning process was stress-free, which is huge when you’re planning a wedding! Megan was amazing to work with. She was always immediately available to answer any questions we had and coordinated everything with the trucks so that the entire process was smooth. On the day of the wedding, the trucks were punctual and the service was great. We are so happy we had TBFTR at our wedding and would recommend them to anyone who wants to change things up from the traditional plated meal!

We worked with TBFT to cater our 150 wedding. The entire process was smooth, and fun! Kim, and then Doug, were wonderful to work with, and such a help with selecting our three trucks, Dochos Latin Food Truck, Mr Cs Grilled Cheese, and I Wanna Wok. I would choose those three again in a heart beat. I expected the food to be good from the (4!) tastings we had done, but I was blown out of the water. Our guests were, too! While it would be cheaper to hire the trucks on your own, the value that we got was well worth the price increase and then some.

THIS IS FOR VANCHETTA! Our favorite! Seriously cannot get enough of that Vanchetta Sandwich! I love the marmalade, the ACV slaw.. oh mah gaw! We used Kim and Tampa Bay Food Trucks to cater our backyard wedding. Kim and the food truck proprietors were extremely professional. All of our guests raved about the food. Kim and Soul Food Street Kitchen were amazing! We first met with Kim from food truck rally, she from there learned about us and what food we’d be interested in and helped us find Soul Food Street Kitchen. She was amazing from start to end. We really wanted the food at our wedding to be fresh, fun and amazing and it was. My husband is a chef and he really appreciates the fact that the food is cooked mainly on site giving it the best flavor. Our venue has certain restrictions and even though we were doing a food truck wedding still wanted a certain level of service Kim achieved that,giving food trucks with table service . She was there to make sure waters were on the table and refilled, trash was being removed from tables, and the end of the night clean up went smoothly. She even made menus that perfectly matched my decor.Food truck wedding doesn’t have to mean super causal, Kim took in our vision from cocktail hour, to lightening,dinner service to clean up and made it happen. She is friendly and laid back and makes you feel comfortable to talk your ideas through with. Also she teamed up with my wedding planner to help run the show! I think vendors that work with other vendors well is super important!

We could not have been happier with Kim Sanders and Tampa Bay Food Trucks (TBFT) for our wedding! When my husband and I were in the planning process in finding a caterer for our wedding, we really struggled to find something outside of the typical beef/chicken/fish options and wanted food that was delicious and freshly prepared. TBFT was our perfect solution. We had 3 different trucks at our wedding, each with 3 entrée options (so 9 options total!) Guests were called to the trucks table by table, first selecting one entrée option. Once everyone was served, they then got to go to any truck they wanted as many times as they wanted. They were also able to provide appetizers for the cocktail hour and had staff to clean up after guests during cocktail hour and the ceremony. They were also incredibly affordable. Many other options we explored didnt come close to providing this level of service with this many options for the price. Kim Sanders helped coordinate everything for us and went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The day of our wedding was flawless and our guests raved about how incredible the food trucks were. I would recommend TBFT to anyone looking for catering options, not only for their wedding, but for any event. They made our wedding so incredibly special and we cannot thank them enough.

I used TBFT for two events of over 200 guests with diverse palates. The team at TBFT helped identify trucks that would please the group and support the vegetarian and gluten free guests that were attending. The food was great, prepared quickly and the guests loved the format. A TBFT staff member was on hand to insure everything went smoothly on event day.

My husband and I used Tampa Bay Food Trucks as the caterer to our wedding. Our experience with the planning leading up to the wedding was wonderful, however the experience at our wedding was not the best. 3 of the food items we had on our menu were either wrong or not made properly. We asked for fruit at the cocktail hour and they set out vegetables. They cut raw squash and offered that to our guests, which no one ate. If I had known they were going to offer our guests raw squash I would have said absolutely not, but I wasn’t aware that was even going to be served. Also, the appetizers that our guests actually ate ran out quickly. Some of our guests didn’t even get any appetizers, which was embarrassing for my husband and I. They also included beef in the appetizer empanadas when we specifically asked for only cheese, to honor our vegetarian guests. Dinner was mostly good, but again, the food was not made properly. They included meat in the macaroni and cheese when we specifically asked for no meat to again, honor our vegetarian guests. So the people at our wedding who don’t eat meat didn’t have much to eat that night. Actually a few of the vegetarians ate the meat in the Mac and cheese unknowing and we felt badly because we didn’t plan for that to happen. This was also a bit concerning to us because dietary restrictions should be taken very seriously by anyone preparing food for paying guests. A couple of the foods we chose didn’t have much flavor so we asked our wedding planner to pass salt and pepper around to all our guests tables. Also, we were told by many of our guests that “the caterers were acting like they were running out of food because they told us we could only have one of the dinner choices on the buffet”. This again, was super embarrassing to my husband and I because we had no idea that was going to be said to our guests. Had we known they were going to limit our guests to a small amount of food at the buffet, we would have discussed that before the wedding and worked something out so our guests could eat whatever they wanted. I shared these mistakes and concerns with the TBFT staff and they simply offered an apology but that was all. In retrospect, it seems that Tampa Bay Food Trucks needs to change how they plan and prepare for a wedding event. If there is one thing a bride does not want to hear from the guests on her wedding day it is that they didn’t get enough food to eat, or the food didnt turn out as expected. Especially since so much time is spent planning for a perfect wedding day.
