They had everything I was looking for our daughter beach themed party, she was excited to see all the wonderful themes along with the large variety of candy.

Hey yall so I just got back from Party City and have a lot of great selections especially when it comes to Halloween decor I will say one thing that I noticed especially coming from Halloween City is the pretty drastic change in pricing. There were a couple shirts I saw and Halloween City that were about $5 I did end up driving one however when I step inside Party City those same shirts for about 15 a piece. Other than that great service the staff is always friendly overall its an enjoyable experience.

I am sad that i came to party city and the store has over 200 out of stocks. How does one have a party when your store is empty. No one greets, there is a pallet jack of water sitting at the entrance, theres random product everywhere. The employees are not motivated. The doors are dirty. A light fixture cover is just hanging. Many lights out in store. This was a very disappointing experience.

This is a great Halloween party store. Very large selection of costumes and decorations. Everything from super spooky to child friendly. The store is well spaced and easy to navigate. With wide isles. There is plenty of room to get 6 feet from other shoppers. That was nice. The staff was friendly and followed the CDC guidelines for coronavirus protection.There was plenty of hand sanitizer stations.A very fun store that I highly recommend for all your Halloween party needs.

I havent been in the party City in years, tons of stuff to have fun with at parties everything you can imagine to decorate and have fun! :-)

Empty shelfs, high prices, long wait time.

Ordering the balloons went okay although the associate was very nonchalant. When I picked them up the girl was very bothered by my presence and handed me all 3 of my balloon bouquets in one tangled clump. I spent the next 45 minutes untangling and rearranging them again myself. Also some of the balloons were only half inflated. Paid over $60 to arrange balloons myself. Lesson learned.

Great place to pay double for things you can get somewhere else. I recall my wife buying a balloon here for our son once and then found the same balloon at Walmart for a third of the price. Unless youre desperate, you can find most things elsewhere for a better price.

I ordered balloons for a party and when i picked them up the girl handed them to my mother with the strings knotted up. it took us 45 mins to untangle the balloons, waste of money to be honest.

Cant remember the guys name, a young long hair guy went out of his way to help me find what I needed for my sons old man custom. Everyone at the store was very helpful and nice.

Too expensive. I bought a few items here and then went to dollar store for other items where I saw the same item I just paid $6 dollars for at a $1. Also Amazon offered next day delivery for a costume that was 1/4 of the price they were charging. They do have very unique items when you dont have time to search for and need a quick pick up however.

To management:My family and I had a terrible experience and time with one of your employees his name is Kyler.Very rude and unprofessional. We needed to exchange something and he answered us like in the most rude manner. Please train your associates to be more polite with the customers! I will never return to this Party City.

This store in particular never has enough inventory on hand. They are always short staffed and mess up my order everytime. They made changes to my order without my knowledge and without communicating with me. How do you always have ONE employee working the register, taking returns, taking balloon orders AND making the balloon orders? Employees lack sense of urgency and professionalism

The store was somewhat organized but overall looked abandoned and rundown. The prices were very good on the other hand

Went in for last minute bachelorette party supplies. they have a section on the wall dedicated to this, as well as other bridal themes. Employee knew exact area when I asked for help. Store is orginized and good prices. Ebony at the cashier helped me decide on some things and helped with a party game idea. Very happy with what I purchased. Happy, helpful employees.

I requested for a balloon to be filled which I had purchased somewhere else, and even though I was told previously that it would not be a problem, the staff filling balloons loudly complained and acted as if this was a big problem, though did not reference a policy that states any expectations. I found the behavior unprofessional and unnecessary.

Poor selection in kids/toddlers costumes 😕

Usually shop for Halloween and birthday parties always the best place to find goods related to the above.

We went shopping for our daughters birthday party, 1 week before Halloween. Store is not wheelchair accessible and aisles are very narrow. Store is just very cluttered. Could not find an associate and the one we did find was trying to assist 6 people at once. Overpriced and not really worth it.

3 employees and I had to ask if someone could check me out after waiting 5 minutes in the line ( We where the only customers in line)..The store was very very messy as well..Asked the cashier to split the purchase in 2 cards, and she rang it out in 1... Needless to say that after spending close to $200 in decorations we are going to return them and get them at Target or Walmart

Horrible customer service. I own a business for 35 years and I understand now why others dont last long. Will make sure to let everyone I know to not visit this location.

Great prices for Halloween things

Pretty much can get anything you need.

Very dirty, hard to find anytjing. Id your looking for matching sets (ex plates, cup, eyc) forget it. You have to look all over the place. One item I had to get had sticky stuff all over it. They acted like Whats your problem? They dont want to be bothered to help you with anything. I can remember when it wasnt that way. Too Bad!!!

The Workers Where Very Rude And Didnt Except The Rock Candy I Purchased And It Tasted Old And Horrible So I Wanted To Return It And They Said Its Against Their Store Policy And Could Exept The Discussing Merchandise They Sold ME Because They Cant Stand Behind Their Own Merchandise I Would Not Recommend This STORE at all!!!! Highly expensive also $$$ this store sucks!! I would have given ZERO STARS!! but that button dont exist I am highly angry!!

Online showed that they had a lot of pineapple birthday items at this particular store. After driving 30 minutes, I found that this store had virtually nothing. Staff was uncaring and not helpful.

Balloon policy is to purchase balloons first before they fill them even when you are in the store. I had to get a couple of things for my daughters party so I ordered 5 balloons, shopped around for additional items and they waited until I paid for everything before they filled balloons. A little annoying after I told the girl I was in a huge hurry.
