Elite Events & Rentals provided the farm tables, X-back chairs, and bar for my wedding. Their service was incredible, specifically the Sales Manager, Michael Lopez. He was extremely prompt in answering my emails and provided updated quotes within minutes. The rentals made the entire reception and I am so glad I decided to rent through Elite, definitely 5-star service!

We rented some tables, chairs, linens, games and bathroom trailer for a recent event. The team at Elite Events & Rentals was extremely professional and responsive, answering every question I had! We had to rent a tent last minute due to the possibility of rain, and the team was SO accommodating and able to fulfill my request! The guests were so impressed with the decor and couldnt believe how nice the restroom trailer was! Thank you so much!

Worst Experience! The restroom we rented for my daughter’s wedding was filthy. I told the driver when he delivered it that it I saw urine on the floor and it smelled bad. I later saw that He used a few paper towels to wipe the floor and they were black from filth. After looking again there was urine and other debris on the walls and toilet. I had to pay a worker here at my house to clean it again. This is the last thing we should have to do. I called the store and talked to mike which he down played it and I told him I wanted reimbursed for having to pay someone to clean them. Finally after a few days he gives me a credit for $60 for a future rental. How often does someone rent equipment? This doesn’t help me at all! I noticed others had the same problem with Elite Rentals. I would recommend to not rent from them.

The staff was helpful & pleasant to work with. The products we rented were nothing short of lovely. My small backyard wedding was truly an elegant & beautiful affair thanks in no small part to Elite Events & Rentals.

I’ll start with the fact that the chairs that we rented were filthy, the restroom trailer had dried urine all over, and the arch was scratched and dirty. With the amount of money we spent with this company you would think that the rented items would be in decent condition. I reached out to Mike Lopez with the company via email with questions in regards to the quality of the product. He did mention a partial refund but never followed through. I’m not usually one to give poor reviews but the quality of the product and customer service were not to par with the amount of money we spent. Review your options before choosing Elite Events & Rentals, LLC!

Foremost, Shannon was an excellent communicator, always getting back to me promptly even when I had an issue on a Sunday morning. The delivery crew was prompt, polite and efficient, and the items I rented were exactly as described. My daughters bridal shower turned out beautifully and I can confidently say that I would never consider working with another rental company. Elite is the best!

As the worlds most interesting man would say, I dont always rent, but when I do, I rent at Elite. This is the most pleasant experiences I have had with a local business since moving to the Tampa area. Every person that works for this company goes out of their way to make you feel valued. They actually seem to enjoy their job and that is a great reflection on ownership and management. And they have everything you could possibly need.

Elite was amazing! They fully took care of our event from start to end. Throughout the entire process the owner worked with me directly and was very professional. The day of the event all his employees were professional and they set up extremely fast. Once the event was over they broke down quickly and cleaned up. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone.

Great experience with Elite Event Rentals. They did a rehearsal dinner for my wife and I. Delivery coordination was easy and prompt. We even had to leave the venue prior to pickup and they were able to accommodate us. Prices were reasonable and all supplies showed up in great shape. Highly recommend!

Brandon and his team at Elite Events are amazing. They have everything you need for any and every event. We have rented chairs, tables, linens, cotton candy machine, even a projector and screen from them. Oh, and a bounce house as well. They have it all. This is truly a one stop shop for all your party and event rental needs. Very friendly staff, and super clean items. They really take care of their products so the next person can enjoy it just as much as the previous person.

I walked in just wanting to order a few things for a graduation party. Sophia was very helpful and everything was done very quickly. She recommended items and discouraged some other items. Although I should have probably inquired more about some details, all in all, the service was excellent. The rental linens were beautifully pressed and when I called them after hours, the person answering the phone called me back immediately. They never left me hanging. I was very happy with renting a 10 x 10 tent from Elite Rentals to use at the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts show in Tampa. I loved how they set it up for me, so all I had to do is hang my mesh walls and attach my artwork. The display looked BEAUTIFUL! Plus, they tore down the tent after the show. I will absolutely be using them again for next years show.

I rented a 150 Quart cooler for my family reunion a few weeks ago. The price for a 2 day rental was FANTASTIC!!! Plenty of inventory so I was able to return it on Monday with NO issues and no extra costs. The guys in the loading area were GREAT. They made sure the cooler was clean, loaded it and even wrapped it up so it wouldnt stain the back seats in my car. The cooler was perfect and worked the way it should. Im so glad we were able to rent this cooler and didnt have to pay for one this size that we would never use again. I will definitely use them again.

We rented tables, chairs, linens, a podium and audio equipment from Elite rentals. Most of the chairs were filthy and stained. The podium was noticeably cracked and they had no replacement. The loading manager knew it was cracked before it even left the warehouse and still let it go. They did manage to get enough stuff together that looked somewhat decent to have our event but it was unacceptable to show up with that dirty equipment in the first place. I wanted it to be stress free but they made it stressful.

Brandon was so great to work with as I planned my wedding. He was responsive, flexible and accommodating. He has a wide selection of inventory and was eager to work with me to achieve my goals. Many companies I reached out to were slow to reply, didnt have what I was looking for, or just too expensive. He is professional, pleasant and I highly recommend him! Rented a bunch of chairs for my sons 1st birthday party, when we picked up a bunch of white chairs they were pretty much black because they were so dirty! Cleaning a bunch of chairs right before people show up was the last thing I had on my mind to do! Figured they would have at least hosed them off so they were presentable!! Very disappointed!

Elite event and rentals was really great in getting me all the supplies that I needed for my wedding, when they delivered the dance floor we quickly realized it was the wrong one for outdoors so they had their people switch it out for one that works outdoors. BUT when we got all of our cups, plates, cutlery as we were taking everything out to start setting up I noticed NOT just a little bit of grease on the plates and cutlery but THERE WAS FOOD CAKED ON STILL, and I (the bride) had to sit there on the day of my wedding in the morning and clean 100 plates, 100 cups and 200 pieces of cutlery to ensure that none of my guests used anything that had some nasty dried and caked on food or grease. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING to me because the company actually charges their clients a cleaning fee and I dont know what kind of cleaning they do and what their quality control consists of but it wasnt very good. I tried to get in contact with the company several times, explained what had happened and sent MANY pictures and DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING BACK.That lack of communication back is what nailed in the fact that nor will I ever use them again because they seem to not care about their clients but I will not refer them to anyone ever.

Their prices were much cheaper than their competitors and they were quick to jump in there when a little hiccup was noticed 3 hours before the wedding.
