I had a great experience with Tire Choice. When I arrived they didnt have the tires I wanted in stock. They reached out to a different location and were able to secure the tires for me. They called me when they arrived and I was able to go and get the new tires installed that day.

This place is amazing! I always come to see Mike! He takes care of everything without hesitation. He’s always in a positive mood when I come in for my oil changes and very honest! He will always tell me when I need something done and isn’t pushy about it. I will only take my car to him. The company is very lucky to have a guy like that. I wish all service centers had a Mike. My daughter went for oil change and tire rotation. They kept the lock log nut instead of placing it back in the trunk were it belongs with the jack and spare tire. After getting a lock log nut we discovered 2 nuts were cross- threaded. When I took it back to them they said to bring it back the next day. When I took it back the next day they said they have to order the nuts before they try to unsecrew them. I told them auto part store is across the street and should not reschedule again. they refused. I was forced to go to another repair shop. Bad Service & Bad Attitude.

Dont waste your time. I waited over an hour to have a used tire put on, went out to ask if I could grab something from the car and noticed the tire just laying on the ground. Asked about it, they said they wouldnt put it on. Ok, why did they not come tell me? I left.Went down the road to Mavis and got great customer service and was in and out in 30 minutes, go there instead. Staff is great, informative, and friendly.

Adam was who helped me from the beginning and he was super nice. I had them install new tires, wheels and swap the TPMS sensors from the old wheels. They did a phenomenal job and in less than a day. The price was fair and they saved me a bunch of money by swapping the sensors. Will definitely come back for service again.

Ive been coming to the Bruce B Downs location for 9 years now. The crew working the front desk has always been accommodating, professional and customer focused to me, my family and all those who I’ve referred. Even though the personnel has changed over the years, I still receive great service and quality work on my vehicles. As an example, on my most recent visit I worked with Peter. He proactively figured a way for me to take advantage of some existing promotions in order to reduce the expense of the service I needed performed. It was my first time meeting Peter and I’m pleased to say, he continued to deliver the high quality, customer focused attention I’ve come to expect from the BBD location of Tires Choice.

They fixed my car perfectly, and rushed it, so that I could visit my father in the hospital. They went above and beyond and were reasonably priced.

Never ever going back. They were trying to upsell me on an alignment by 500. I thought that 125 usd for an alignment is a high price, but at least they wont try to upsell... I couldnt have been more wrong... Ridiculous place... Just went to another shop near the outlet and they did the alignment cheaper, faster and the car runs perfectly smooth now.

Best alignment in Wesley Chapel! I got my alignment done a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, something was off about the alignment so I took my car back to have them check it. They took real good care of me!

Id highly recommend this particular Tire Choice on BBD and County Line Road New Tampa area location. The manager Michael was Professional and Knowledgeable in helping with our tire issue. Michael had us in and out in less than an hour, the facility was clean and mask worn by all staff in the customer area.

Mike, Adam, Lou and Dallas are very informative and helpful people. I would highly recommend this shop. After moving from Detroit to the Tampa area, they reassured my family that my car is safe and running optimally.

Brought my car in to get the alignment and brakes done and there was noise coming from them afterward. Brought it to the Toyota on Fletcher and it turns out the rear brakes were not installed correctly and were putting wear on the front ones.

I was going on a road trip and noticed a flat tire. They were the only ones that said to bring it in and even though they were very busy they managed to have it ready at the time I needed to leave.

Great wheel alignment & excellent customer service. Needed someone to realign my wheels after some aftermarket suspension modifications. The team at Tire Choice did it perfectly and the car drives great. Efficient service & experienced technicians meant I want waiting around for hours while someone tinkered with the car. I called and spoke to Joseph on a Tuesday morning about a price quote on 4 new tires. He did not pressure me to buy the most expensive tire but suggested ones very comparable to what I already had at a much less expensive price . He didn’t have them on site but was able to get them within a couple of hours. My tires were put on later that same day. I expected yo wait at least a couple of days but he fit me in. Surprised and pleased. Great experience!

I previously had a terrible experience with a tire shop but when I visited Tire Choice. They corrected my previous issue and were very honest and informative about what needed to be done. AVOID IF NOT AN EMERGENCY! Not a service shop, they need to change their name because there is no choice here. There were unable to swap my Flat tire and put on my spare on. Also they refuse to patch a tire, instead they’d rather make you buy a new one. When a customer is in need they look out for there own best interest and chase the sale. Go ANYWHERE ELSE if possible.

Terrible waiting time. Waited over 3 hours just to install 2 tires I brought with me. People that came after me left before me. Never again.

I had to drop my car off because I had a flat, the guys at tires choice were really accomadating and helpful to get me a couple tires in my budget.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and spoke with Michael. He let me know that I needed my brake fluid and coolant flushed at this point at my cars mileage. I was able to get discounts on both of these with current promotions and he let me know i could do a full cleaning at a larger discount, but didnt pressure me to do so. Ive been coming here exclusively for maintenance for over 4 years and have yet to be disappointed!

When all was said and done, it cost me $891 for front end wheel bearing replacement. The average cost for this repair is several hundred dollars less elsewhere. This was after they did me a favor by not charging labor on the ABS sensors that they broke when removing the wheel bearings. Then all they could offer was a $20 off coupon. I can only recommend these guys for new tires. Other services seem to cost an exorbitant amount here.

Great shop, great service and most of all great employees. I honestly fear taking my car for service because most places I have gone before are really pushy salesman and are just looking to make more money rather than fix the issue I came in for. I decided to take it here because it is close to work and wow was it was a great decision. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and his team was fast and did a great job. Most of all they made me feel they cared more about me and my car than trying to make more money off me. I will definitely be back again.

I grabbed 2 full sets of tires here and a couple of brake line flushes (Accord and Odyssey). Peter was super friendly and found answers to all my questions if he didnt know them - AND - checked up on everything when I happened to see him again. Solid work at decent prices is hard to find. I highly recommend these guys!

I have been to both the Wesley Chapel and the Brandon locations and really like the staff at both. They have always been very honest with me and courteous. I also really like the Drive card which gives you good discounts and interest fee payment options. I would suggest making an appointment at either location because if they are busy, and you have to wait, it will be a while you will have to follow-up as to the status of your vehicle.

Tire choice gave me a great price. They were able to beat out 3 other companies in the surrounding area. The staff there was very friendly and kept coming in to see if any costumers needed anything. They said about 2 hours and that was exactly how long they took. It was a great experience and would definitely go back and recommend

Absolutely Excellent Service! I wish i had more than Five Stars!I called same day to every other auto repair shop in the area and none of them were even willing to try and get me in. I called Tire Choice, and they told me to come right over. I was in an out within 30 minutes. Easy Check-Out. Then, when I was driving home my TPMS light came on and I called them back and told them. The gentleman at the desk told me to bring it back. They checked all of my tire pressures free of charge, and fixed the issue. Very Satisfied, and Best Prices in the area too.Edit -- Ill leave this at five stars for the sake of the amazing customer service. But As a side note to the owners. Id get your tire balance machine checked. Caused two of my brand new tires to wear A LOT faster than normal, due to incorrect balance.

I was on the road when my tire pressure light came on - I have no psi gauge and no means to fill my tires up. I called this wonderful location and spoke with Peter who assured me they’d take care of it at NO COST. Some of you reading may feel that’s not a big deal but gas stations make you pay for air and Chris took time out of his day to fill up my tires free of charge. Get your card worked on here - you won’t regret it.

Derek was kind and very informative on the phone while we spoke together. He took the time that we could have sat in silence and filled me in on facts about the company and deals. Tire choice has the lowest price I could find to get what needed to be done completed.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Had an appointment for noon, they called me at 530 pm,with a nonchalant attitude,saying they were not going to be able to the work on my car. Did not offer an explanation or nothing, just handed me the key.

Fast, courteous service at a great price. They also let me know what other work was needed on the car, which I was previously aware of. Basically, they didnt try to claim that the car needed services that werent actually needed. I would return to this location.

Amazing customer service. Kevin was incredible. He saved me money, got my van done in a timely manner, and was very thorough. I normally never do anything more then what I intended, I knew I needed an alignment but told Kevin I didn’t want to do it now. He wasn’t pushy at all. He did the breaks like I asked and wrote me a quote on the alignment. He explained the benefits of getting the alignment done today instead of waiting, after listening to Kevin it made more sense to get it done now. Took my Mustang to change out the rims a couple days ago and they did a GREAT JOB with everything and awesome customer service, JOE and the crew!

I came here because of a punctured rear tire. Peter scheduled me for an appointment. Luckily there was availability within the shops busy schedule and the mechanics were able to fix my car ASAP. They also identified a huge problem with one of my wheels (which they also fixed). I was reluctant to have them do it because of expense. Peter spoke with me about the Total choice drive card. I didn’t think I would qualify for it, but peter persuaded me in a professional tone to at least try. Long story short... I got my car serviced and I was able to drive off the lot safely and I was able to handle the expenses just fine with my new drive card. Now I always take my car to this specific location for everything.
