Pitlane is an amazing service! It’s extremely convenient. I don’t have the patience to take my kids with me to some oil shop, so they are the perfect fit since I can entertain my kids at the mall while my car is getting it’s oil changed. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Also the prices are very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.Thank you !

Dont get me wrong. The company is fantastic. Fast service an a strong work ethic. Unfortunately when it comes to working for the company is a different story. I spent a month working for them, I never did paperwork for hire, made less then 700 bucks because training takes a month apparently( I had experience coming into this field), owner failed to pay me on my last day of work and makes false promises. I drove my personal vehicle to accounts without compensation an after explaining I cant live off these wages just got pushed back with further lies. I really hope this company turns around an does better for other employees.

I was very pleased here. I took my 2015 Acura RDX to Pit Lane for a semi synthetic oil change. They took my car right away and gave it back within 25 minutes. The mechanic even correctly reset the odometer, a task often over looked by brick and mortar oil companies. Customer for life . !

My experience with this place was not good. I had been told I could come any time on a Saturday for an oil change but they ended up having nobody there that day so I asked about Sunday and they told could have someone go in on Sunday, at noon on Saturday I asked for a 10:30 am appointment and received no response via text after I followed up again that night, I didn’t get a response until 8 am Sunday and the shop owner expected me to answer and go at that time, which is obsurd!! I had paid for a Groupon so I had already for this service. I text him at 10:30 am Sunday when I woke up since I could not get a confirmation on a time all day Saturday and ask about 1:00 and the owner proceeds to never respond after 2 attempts. I ended up having to get a refund with Groupon and the owner proceeded to say he expected me to respond at 8 am and the fact I responded at 10:30 am it was too late for him! I have to have a good laugh because it’s absolutely ridiculous and the sense of entitlement when I paid for a service and I’m a customer and was trying to accommodate him and his lack of response of having anyone there is laughable. I was gaslighted left and right. Go somewhere else, the extra money you save is not worth the hassle and this guy giving you the run around then turning it on you. Go to a real shop that’s a chain so you know you have a set appointment and reliable company that you know people are there. Now I have to run around to try to find someone else. This wasn’t worth the headache.

Fast friendly honest business. Could use a brnch or chair for waiting customers. I suppose most clients go to mall to shop while waiting. Great experience will be my go to oil guys!

Honestly, this was the best experience Ive ever had getting an oil change. The price was great, the people who worked there were quick, professional and super friendly!Im new to the area and started a conversation with the nice men working there who gave me tons of good tips for places to visit.The owner himself actually changed oil. Its impressive when the owner cares about customer service and actually puts in work. All in all this will be my new go to for oil changes. They even have a mobile truck and can come to you! Great service. Amazing employees. Staff was courteous and knowable. Left my 328i with them and went and did my shopping. Came back to pick up my car after I was done with shopping and lunch. The first time I came here I was kind of thrown off by it being in a parking lot in the mall but trust me here guys, this place is a hidden gem for oil changes. They are pretty fast, very efficient. Last time I went in the mall and shopped while I waited. This time Im actually sitting in my car occupying myself while theyre changing my oil!. They are great! Give them a shot!

Got my oil changed here and within a week my cars red oil light can warning popped up on my dash. Pit Lane keeps sending to voicemail, and I leave messages with no return call. Finally took it elsewhere, turns out THEY DIDNT PUT THE CAP BACK ON PROPERLY AND OIL HAS BEEN LEAKING OUT AND IS RUINING MY ENGINE.So yeah. More money to fix this problem.STILL NO RETURN CALLS FROM PIT LANE EXPRESS.

Today was my first visit here. I had a hard time finding it but it’s under the parking garage by the movies! It was quick and affordable! I went inside the mall and they text you when your car is ready!

I signed a service form, went inside citrus park mall, shopped, ate some food and came back to my oil changed. I didn’t have to sit around waiting in a long line of cars. Very convenient, personal and efficient. More malls should have a pit lane express.
