We rented a mini-fleet of transportation for my daughters wedding and rehearsal dinner.Each vehicle was clean, did not smell, the drivers were friendly and patient.We rented a 24 passenger bus for Friday night to take the bridal party to/from the rehearsal dinner venue and the church. The driver was great, we arrived safely and on time.Saturday, was a little crazy. We had 2 52 passenger buses, a 34 passenger bus for the bridal party and plus ones, and the Rolls for the father of the bride and bride.All the vehicles were perfect, stocked with cold water and we had literally the red carpet experience with the Rolls.Without hesitation, we will use their services again whenever the needed arises.

We had hired Ambassador Limo for our daughters wedding at Innisbrook two days ago. They were simply fantastic. The vehicle - a 9 passenger Mercedes van - was picture perfect; it was clean, comfortable and opulent. The groomsmen and the bridesmaids enjoyed the service. Special mention should be made about the chauffeur - Mr. Larry Goodman. He was outstanding! He kept the wedding party in high spirits and was upbeat, pleasant and courteous all through the (long) day. Overall, our experience with them was truly outstanding. I strongly recommend them for any event - and Larry as the chauffeur!

I highly recommend using Ambassador Limo if you are in the Tampa area. I used them for pick up and drop off service to and from the Tampa airport for our family of four. Our plans changed and they were able to accommodate the change in our schedule. They were very easy to work with and the pricing was well worth it!

My fiance called not too long ago trying to get quotes for transportation for our wedding. My fiance told me that the woman she spoke with (elizabeth) was extremely rude and unhelpful during the process. I tried calling to file a complaint with a manager but the phone went straight to hold and then I was hung up on.

Communication from the start was great. I got emails and texts day of to let me know when the driver would be there. We used the beautiful 1960 Rolls Royce for our wedding get away car. Driver was prompt on arrival and extremely professional.

We were able to utilize their services during a tough family situation. Being able to keep the whole family together proved to be very beneficial. I reserved a limo for about 5 hours and when the day came the driver was no where to be there. The company should’ve contacted the driver earlier to see if he was confirmed on his route. They said “we called other drivers to see if they were available”. This was just unacceptable to not serve your clients correctly. Especially when the event was a quinceañera. Those who needed to be on the limo were late to the church and ruined a special moment. I do not recommend this limo service whatsoever.

I cant speak highly enough about Ambassador Limo! I had Jami and Larry as drivers and they were both awesome. Their vehicles were immaculate and their communication was excellent. I may never use ride share to get to the airport ever again!

5 of us went to Mid America Ampitheter for a concert and had Ryan as our driver and he was a very delightful person and a good driver . We were in a large SUV and it was clean spacious and no odors.The price was well worth it so we didn’t have to drive and could enjoy ourselves at the concert. Ryan was our driver home as well and was in contact with us so we knew right where to find him! The only suggestion I have is when you go to Mid America for an event be sure to purchase 1 VIP parking ticket...it helps the drivers to get you so much closer to the entry.I will definitely hire Ambassador again and request Ryan.

I loved working with Ambassador Limousine and will definitely use them for my next Tampa Bay media tour. They picked up our Tampa Bay media tour attendees at the airport, and I received prompt email updates when the driver was on her/his way to the airport, when they arrived, when they had met the passenger and had them in the car, and when they had delivered the passenger safely to the hotel. I never had to worry about whether the driver was on time or if theyd been able to connect with the passenger. The email updates took all the anxiety out of the normally stressful airport pickup process.Every one of Ambassadors drivers was professional, courteous, thoughtful and genuinely nice. Our guests loved them. When we first stepped aboard the 27-passenger mini-bus that we used for the tour, several of the journalists said, Wow, this is luxurious. Youre spoiling us. I have dealt with Ambassador forever, and they have always gone out of their way to make me happy. I love Sara to pieces, and Rick always gets me where Im going safe and sound, and he even tolerates me on the ride home when Im tipsy and acting silly. They call and email to check up me to say hello and see how Im doing when they dont hear from me, and they put up with me when I get on the phone and dont shut up. They are the only company I can call at 1-2-3-4 or 5 am for a car, and they have one for me. My only complaint is that the owner sold my S 400 which has had me in tears because that was my car!! Its okay though because hell let me go out in his new S 550 to make up for the depression the loss of my S 400 has caused. As for the customer who had the wedding nightmare, Im willing to bet 50% of my net worth that Ambassador will do the right thing and make things right by you. Making clients happy is what they strive for, I speak from experience. And for the mom with the son who wanted a limo ride .... Your story touched my heart, so if you read this, even though this is a year later, give Sara a call and talk to her. Ill gladly give your son and his friend a 4 hour limo ride on my account. Everything about our trip went smoothly. It was very easy to set up the reservation and the follow up after reservation and before our trip was very professional and efficient. The Sprinter van we reserved was very cleaned and just like what we saw on line at the companies website. Our driver Dan was awesome. We booked a stretch limo for my parents 58th anniversary - theyve been in lockdown for almost two months, and we wanted to so something safe & special for them. Rick (the driver) was very detail oriented and helpful - played the Oldies for them - met me ahead of time so I could put some hors doeuvres in the car - gave them a lovely, scenic drive along Bayshore and downtown. We used Ambassador Limousine in December to pick us up from the Tampa airport and take us to the cruise ship port and then return us after the cruise. From the very first call to get a price quote to the last door shut of the evening, the staff at Ambassador Limousine was extremely professional. They have a wonderful notification system that updates you 24 hours prior to pick up, when your driver is in route, arrives to pick you up, etc. Our driver Ryan was very courteous and professional the whole night. I use Ambassador about 15-20 times a year. When i call into the office there is always a smile on the other end of the phone. Even when its a last minute reservation. The drivers are all professional and polite, Ive had lots of great conversations! The cars are always clean, cold water for the drive, the drivers are always prompt picking up at the house and are waiting at baggage when i get back. Getting to and from the airport is something that i never have to worry about, and having one less thing to worry about is the best thing!! This is the only car service i use and i highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful family outing in one of their party bus limos, with driver Ken. A routine trip from the airport turned into something special for our visitors with a great easy jaunt down the Courtney Campbell Parkway, a wayside stop to check out the bay, and then continued on the journey to our destination. Champagne, sodas and water were provided by Ambassador. Id give the driver an A+, the limo an A-, and the whole experience a solid A. We will be using this company again.

Have used for many years...more than a hundred times in all. They are ABSOLUTELY reliable and have delivered some real spectacular results. We once had an international flight to go to a cruise ship for 32 days. If we missed the flight, wed miss the ship. We left way early, but there was a huge accident blocking I-275 for hours. Our driver cut across the grass, up a back dirt road, and got to the airport via a roundabout route that I have never seen before or since. We made our flight, and the cruise! You can count on these folks!
