I’ve had housekeepers for over two decades now and for the most part I used private services. I decided to try (a few years ago) a professional cleaning service because it was becoming increasingly difficult to get what I wanted and honestly what I was paying top dollar for. I’ll admit I am demanding. I don’t regret at all switching to Royal Maid because not only do they do a very thorough and professional job but if anything is ever amiss all I have to do is text the office and let them know what adjustments need to be made in the future. The teams that come to my house to clean are very friendly and extremely trustworthy. If you want your home cleaned to the highest standards this is definitely the place to call.

We recently just sold our home and it needed a deep cleaning before we closed. I highly recommend using them they were extremely professional arrive promptly and our home looked immaculate when they were finished. We are going to use them for our new home cleanings regularly!! We love them!!

Found out they broke something of mine and tried to hide it. Used bleach on a carpet stain and stained my carpet. Don’t waste ur money !

Royal Maid Service does a great job cleaning our furnished condos for Kens Corporate Housing. They have clean our condos at Grand Key, Madison SoHo, and Harbor Island locations. They can follow instructions and get the job done right the first time. On the rare occasion they missed something, Royal Maids were happy to return and make it right. We are happy with their service.

They keep my little condo clean and Ive never felt concerned for any of my belongings. They also respond to small requests or will use my own chemicals if desired.

Not impressed. I gave them two tries and I think it got worse the second time. Would not reccommend.
