The worst maid service I have experienced. Did not clean the shower and there was still residue in the sides of both tubs. They did not have a vacuum and used an old broom to try and sweep the whole house including rugs. There was dirt all over the floor still. Didn’t take trash out of one room. Didn’t dust tv stand. Would not provide a refund! I suggest using a different company.

Paid for the Move in/out service was quoted 259$I don’t really mind how expensive the service is as long as they do a great job. But was disappointed when I came to check they still miss few spots like they were in a rush. See pics for yourself. They also advertise that they would get in contact with the property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive our full security deposit, but clearly I don’t think they did. Apartment was still cleaned and smelled good but for the price they ask for I would not recommend them and look somewhere else.** Before I posted here on google I made sure to directly tell them my concerns first. They said they would call but they did not. I’m not sure they care that much with their client satisfaction as long they’re already paid**

The cleaners were on time and ready to go! They were very professional and friendly, even took their shoes off on the carpet, and knew just how to tackle my move-in house needs. They sanitized the entire house and even explained the non-acidic products that they used. Upon finishing, they walked me through the entire house to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Two Maids Tampa for any house cleaning needs. Absolutely will use them again!

Two Maids was highly recommended to me by the realtor team helping to sell my home in Tampa. I scheduled a move-out cleaning and they were able to work me in within a few days - great customer service on the set up side of things, professional and friendly.I am incredibly disappointed about the quality of the job performed. The floors were left with dirt and grime on the tile - I was able to wipe a dry paper towel and lift dirt so I know for a fact this was not mopped or vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned. I called and sent an email inquiry to ask about standards for cleaning, both of which have gone unanswered. For the price point of this service, I would expect a much higher level of cleanliness. I wish I had a more positive review to give.

The service was very professional. They were on time. I especially liked being informed if there was a task the could not be completed so I was aware of the situation. My house was left very clean, more clean than the job I do myself. It was very much worth it.

We had a clean scheduled the day before thanksgiving. The young lady arrived earlier than expected and spent at least 2 hours in our 1100 square foot townhome. We watched her leave as we got back. Upon walking in, absolutely nothing was done. She left residue in our sink from dishes, took dirty dishes, rinsed them with water then put them back...she did not vacuum, she did not take the downstairs trash out. She did not wipe the countertops nor the coffee table. She didn’t even straighten out the pillows on the couch i mean literally did not do the basics. Don’t even get me started on upstairs. She did not TOUCH a single shower. I mean there was soap scum and still shampoo from the morning on the shower walls. In the office, she sweeped everything under one of the book cases. It was truly the worst experience we have ever had. I called the office line and the woman was very helpful and understanding. She assured us they will send another cleaning crew the following Monday to fix this. I will update my review upon the new cleaning but whoever the initial woman was should be ashamed to spend 2 hours in someone’s home and not do a thing.UPDATE: my appointment was at 1 pm. I called shortly after 1 to ask on the ETA and was told by Tangela they were on the way and would be at my place shortly. I then left my place for 2 hours to give them space. At around 315 they called me that they just got to my place. Unprofessional, unreliable, no one had even told me they were 2 hours late.

I requested service for a deep clean for the apartment I was moving into. I was told it would be a team of two people and take about 2 hours. The day of service, it was just one person, and she was in and out in 1 hour. Nothing was cleaned thoroughly. There were still cobwebs and dust in the corners of my bathroom and kitchen, my backsplash wasn’t wiped down, and the floors didn’t get clean in every spot either. Those things may be okay with a basic clean package, but I needed their deepest clean possible and paid a lot to make it happen. I’m pretty disappointed and wouldn’t hire them again.

Very frustrating experience overall.Ive used two maids and a mop a grand total of 3 visits.The first visit I ordered a deep clean service. Itn was amazing. Everything that needed to be done was done. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spotless when I came back home. I was like great. I have found the perfect service.Unfortunately it was all downhill from there.The second service was disappointing. I ordered a design with time as I noticed they performed the deep clean within 1 hour. I explicitly asked if they could make folding my clothes a priority. They failed to do it at all but the other services they provided was acceptable (not as good as the first time but it was OK)The third visit was atrocious. I ordered a deep clean again to ensure that they would take their time and clean up everything. I also explicitly asked them to perform several services and to make it a priority (clean the bathroom, fold the clothes etc). I paid over 200 dollars for this service. The pictures below was after the service. I will let them speak for itself. If youre looking for a subpar cleaning service this is the place for you. If youre looking for something great find another company

We hired Two Maids and asked for a deep clean. When the ladies got to the house they said we didn’t need a deep clean, and that a standard would do. Upon their exit, we realized none of our bathroom or kitchen countertops were cleaned. I immediately assumed the spots were left over from the initial wipe and just needed some scrubbing. Wrong. They just weren’t wiped. The spots came right up when I wiped them. In the bathroom toothpaste and dust were on the counters; obvious stuff. Later on in the weekend I realized nothing was dusted and that our window sills were left untouched. Their basic cleaning package states that they’ll clean all horizontal surfaces. Hopefully everyone else is getting that, but we sure didn’t. I paid full price because I don’t want to take money away from people that need it right now. When I let the company know what happened (with pictures) they completely dismissed me as if it didn’t matter. Seemed like they were just there for the check and didn’t actually care for the business’ reputation or customer. Learned my lesson...

I knew our home would be an involved job as life has gotten too busy to balance it all. After they left, the cleanliness of our home brought an instant calm and peace that I have been missing.

I keep telling these people to move my appointment time and they always leave it at the original time. I had an appointment with them last month and two hours after the supposed time they still hadn’t arrived. This happens every time. When I called them to ask where the cleaner was they told me several times she was on her way. Finally at the end they told me they had tried to run my credit card before they sent the maid and it was declined. Why didn’t they just call me and ask for a new card? The other was stolen and we had to change the number. Why did they continuously lie to me and tell me someone was on the way? The few times they did clean my house it was a very average clean. They sent one girl for two hours to clean a 3000 sqft house? Awful!

Paid for the deep clean and was extremely disappointed. Hardly a deep clean. There was toothpaste still on my faucets and granite, the floors were not vacuumed and mopped, the cabinets were still dirty, the only part of our shower that was cleaned was the glass door. The shower tiles and floor were not touched. They need to train their workers better and have a checklist of what needs to be cleaned. Wes reached out to see if they could come back and clean again because we were not satisfied when I emailed him back that any day of the week would work I didn’t hear back. I also sent a follow up email letting him know we hadn’t heard back and still nothing 4 days later. $214 down the drain.

Honestly it was barely cleaned they didn’t even pick stuff up off the floor to sweep or do all the rooms we asked for and we only asked for 3 out of the four to be cleaned and the main focus to be the living room where my mother in law a transplant patient will be staying. I barely do reviews but for 138$ I would have rather cleaned it myself. It was not a deep clean . it was more like a dust and mop and organized a few items kinda effort. Not worth the money we could barely tell they cleaned other than one bathroom and our kitchen. Just some feedback not looking for money.

My wife and I, we are very picky with and we used to hire services from another cleaning company around Tampa, however this company exceeded our expectations we are very happy with their service. The girls were here on time, the apartment was spotless, and smelled great. Definitely recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give a quote at 1pm. Over 2 hours later they still aren’t here. Called 20 min before appointment to remind them of a gate code and the lovely lady on the phone said the other employee won’t be here on time. I agreed to around 2pm instead. Here it is 3pm and I called back for an ETA because I have other things I need to get done today and can’t wait around and she said it’s going to be awhile and another lady would come out but couldn’t get here for almost another hour. I just told them to cancel the quote and I’ll find another company. One that know los how to keep appointments on time or as close to on time as possible.

I have had a great experience with Two Maids. The managing staff is very customer service oriented and hands on with their clients. The cleaning techs are pleasant to work with, willing and experienced. I appreciate their work ethic and streamlined approach!

I am extremely disappointed in their service. I spoke with multiple people leading up to this cleaning what I needed, specifically getting the oven detailed & some extra scrubbing in the showers. I am appalled by what equipment/supplies they give these women to “deep clean”. Their “mop” looks like my swiffer. My oven looks no cleaner than when they came in & there is still dirt everywhere. Then, the assistant manager said they were “over their hours” & told them they were done. No one said they’d send new people or give a discount.

I recently shared a concerning review of this company and I want you to know how they resolved the review.An employee quickly reached out to me and the end result was a reclean was set up. However the reclean did not address the issues and ultimately created more. I called the company and they said they would review it for a refund with the owner. I never heard back from that employee.Here is where it turns in the right direction. The owner, Wes, called me today. He was empathetic and apologetic. He listened to my experience and was respectful through out. He never offered excuses for his company and ultimately said the blame was all his regarding the quality breakdown as he is the owner. He offered a solution that was agreeable.He asked that I consider using them again and please to call him direct if the opportunity arises, implying maybe a discount and personal attention.I will use this company again because of Wes and his commitment to his company.

We arranged for a move out clean of our 1 bedroom apartment and on first inspection realised they had Only done 50% of the job. I sent them pictures of the areas that weren’t cleaned including most cupboards, drawers and window ledges and was told they would go in the next day to to fix this. I have just gone back to the apartment today and had to finish cleaning it myself. I told them the areas they had missed the first time;Inside all cupboards and drawersClean sinks in bathroomWipe clean window ledgesThey haven’t cleaned this area AGAIN!! I had to hand my keys back today and finish the job myself.For the price you pay for a move out clean this service from 2 maids simply wasn’t acceptable. I would spend your money elsewhere. We were unhappy with our previous cleaning lady. We shopped around and found that 2 Maids and a Mop were overall the best deal for a long-term use. Their deep cleaning prices are higher but their weekly rates are lower. So over a year period with 2 deep cleans done, the price was cheaper. We had the deep clean done on 12/6/19. Overall they did a great job. There were a few things that we were unsure if they were included. So we had to call to find out. They missed cleaning the top of the refrigerator, the closet floor, a couple doors, emptying one garbage can, and some cobwebs between the wall and ceiling. They said they will come back and take care of the issues. We are just having them take care of these issues when they come back on 12/13 for a touch up cleaning. They spent many hours wiping baseboards and door trim, which look great. The hardwood floors were clean, but we didn’t like the product they used. It made them slippery and squeaky. So they agreed to use a product we will provide. The employees are very friendly and seem trustworthy. I’ll try to update my review after receiving more cleanings to see how they go.

Service awful, I had my house cleaned today for $276 and I came home and saw dirt still al over the floors, carpet has dirt. My floors weren’t nor mopped vacuumed. Stains on countertops and windows. They only cleaned the bathroom tub, sink and mirror. Awful service and waste of my money and time because I had to clean after I paid them to do so.

My home looked and smelled amazing once they were complete! I love that you can design your time to fit your needs. Definitely using them again!

Excellent and different cleaning service! I paid for a deep clean (which is recommended before you start bi-weekly or weekly cleanings. Setting up the appointment was easy (they have tons of availability and make it work for your schedule), and the cleaning was thorough and thoughtful. I could tell they took their time. Spaces that are easily missed (like the back of the handle of the microwave, for example) were all cleaned. Were happy customers and will continue to use the service!

Had a move-in clean performed on 2/10. The pair of maids were very kind and did a great job. I asked for certain items to be focused on heavily and they made a point to show me those items when we were finishing up.Pricing was also very fair, one of the lower quotes I had.

Have asked for Wes, was told would call me next day - DIdnt Happen! - Called again, then told was out until Monday - seems no one there has any concern for customer service recovery or maintenance. NOT HAPPY, DO NOT RECOMMEND -UPDATE - Wes did call me back after this posting and it was a positive discussion, with acknowledgement of areas of improvement (listening is best customer service). We came to a positive resolution and I will be posting another review in the next 30 days as I will be continuing their services at this point. Glad to get appropriate resolution and communication. I have REVISED my Rating to 3 and will evaluate the Rating again in 30 days.7-19.19 UPDATE - This week had my place cleaned again by Two Maids and it was MUCH BETTER! I was given a quote after one of the managers came out to see my house, I explained to her what needed to be done and she said it would be no problem. On the day of the service two employees came out to my house with bad attitudes and handed me a piece of paper that said only the living space and two bathrooms would be cleaned. I explained that was not my understanding and they looked at the piece of paper and said they would not be able to do the service at that rate. It was extremely unprofessional rude and a complete waste of my time I will never recommend the service or company.

Cleaning with a Cause is how I found them when going through my cancer treatments. As I continue to recover i have always been pleasantly surprised at their level of customer service and how well they clean for me. I am not easy to please either :-). Defiantly worth every penny and yet the prices are very reasonable.

Update: I changed my review from the shining review below because I had the cleaners back yesterday and they left my dog out in my back yard in the middle of summer in Florida with no fresh water! I have a husky, she’s rambunctious but super friendly. I specifically asked the company if they were pet friendly and used to a house full of animals as I have several. They assured me they were. My back door was alsoleft unlocked. It must have been a different crew this time because the floors were still dirty and they missed the counter in one of my two bathrooms. I might have overlooked the cleaning itself and requested a new crew if they hadn’t made a number of excuses when I called asking about my dog. They had no idea when I was getting home, claimed they called me several times but didn’t leave a voice mail and then tried to assuage me by saying they’d get cleaners more comfortable with dogs. They’ve lost my business forever. If you have pets please don’t hire this company.Our house is currently under renovation so there’s a lot of work dust and dirt. The cleaners did a great job working with and around the construction as well as all of our pets! My only complaint is that they haphazardly threw my dishes into the dishwasher and I had to reload and wash it all again.

We paid for a full service deep clean for our entire house and they only cleaned for 90 minutes to rush out at 5.I overheard one of the cleaners say “this clean is a write off” to her coworker. when she didn’t think I was close by. The 1 star is for poor quality and unprofessionalism.

I called and spoke to Wes before scheduling and purchasing the cleaning service. I explained in detail what I need done, and he advised on the package that would suit me best. In addition, I sent a detailed email with instructions of what needs to be done.Two people who came to clean my home never read any instructions, kept asking questions, and in two hours made my house dirty, sticky and in much worse shape than before their service. This was by far the worse cleaning service I had ever seen.I called Wes while they were still in my house, and emailed him after his crew left with pictures to prove my point. He emailed back saying he will call the next day with some solution satisfying to me and the company. I have never heard from him again.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Two Maids and a Mop.

So..... in a nutshell, I live in north Tampa and live with 3 other people, my parents called me with the whole pandemic going on and had to make an emergency trip to Houston and I’m currently still there. About a week ago I got a message from my roommate saying that the landlord had a few parties and my room didn’t look the best, after getting a few images from him I saw my room was a mess and I didn’t know if anything had been taken. My girlfriend had a few things in the room aswell and we both were distraught in fear that our stuff had been destroyed. Two Maids and a Mop were very understanding of the situation and also helped with an inventory check of our possessions and also cleaned up the room with a spotless result, we honestly can’t thank the whole team enough. I can’t recommend them more.

We have enjoyed their biweekly premium service for several months now. They are very good; the maids are skilled and well-trained for the most part, work quickly and quietly. They always invite us to check the house before they leave. We especially appreciate their friendly willingness to do whatever is asked, either in addition to the routine or to fill in or repeat something that may have been overlooked. Cleaning day is always a pleasant experience.

The initial few cleanings were everything I expected. They showed up on time and did a very thorough cleaning. Then the quality got worse and worse. They stopped wiping down all the counters, washing the dishes, throwing out the trash, dusting the blinds, cleaning the mirrors, etc. They corrected this by sending someone out to finish what wasnt completed and that was followed by a few good cleanings but then it got worse again. The customer service is great with quick responses and a willingness to help with any issues but the overall cleaning aspect is just not up to par. The pricing also seems a little excessive for a 2 bedroom 2 bath but maybe that is standard for this area. I also did not like that a different person came every time so it was hard to trust whoever showed up. I would always collect my valuables and keep them in a bag with me until they left which is not a nice feeling. Finally, they did not always show up on time. Yes, they say that the person will show up at an approximate time, but if you work from home like I do, its really hard to schedule your day when they show up later or earlier than expected. If youre looking for a mediocre cleaning with great customer service I do recommend them. If you expect an 8/10 or better every single time then this isnt the right company for you.

Two Maids & A Mop offers different packages based on the customers needs. I had them clean a home that was filled with fine construction dust everywhere to get it ready to put on the market. They paid close attention to detail and were punctual and polite.

They did awesome! We just moved out and listed our house for sale. It looks pristine! They were very thorough in their cleaning and super nice to talk to and give instructions to. Scheduling was very easy too!

Didn’t take forever. Worked nonstop. The attention to detail was unparrelled to other cleaning services I’ve used in the past. I am very happy with the service and will use them continuously.

I was very pleased with my recent Top to Bottom Deep Clean. It was my first visit from Two Maids and a Mop. They showed up on time and jumped right in after a quick tour around the house. We dont have a lot of time to keep up with the deep cleaning in our apartment, so as a birthday gift to my boyfriend, I hired Two Maids... we loved it so much that we decided to keep the bi-weekly service! We love coming home to such a clean apartment, it really is worth every penny.

Two Maids was incredibly professional to deal with as I tried to schedule their services around my busy schedule. I had moved into my apartment 6 months before and I still had a lot of things in boxes, or spread into piles of clutter. Two maids came for 3 hours, and my apartment looked brand new and spotless, incredibly worth the reasonable price. It was amazing how much they were able to accomplish in the relatively short duration of time; I came up with a detailed list of what to prioritize until the time ran out (thinking they might at best get through 2/3 of the list), but they finished it all. Will definitely use again.

This is the best cleaning services Ive had so far. I only had two cleanings, but both were impeccable - they delivered what they promised for the amount paid. I do bi-weekly cleaning alternating slightly deeper and light. The price is good compared to other similar services. I also appreciate the follow up. One thing I wish they had is keeping the same crew. Though they mentioned that this may not be possible, I would still prefer to have the same maids for every cleaning. Otherwise, I have to explain what to do (which room to start, how to handle dogs, places to pay attention to) every single time.

We really like their office processes. I get an email the business day before they come telling me the time and they are excellent at calling if they will be early (they havent been late yet). I also like that I can give special orders to the office to communicate to the team before they arrive because our household has a few quirks they need to know about. You usually get a different team each time and of course some are a little better than others but none have been less than good. The office manager is really nice and calls the day after each appointment to follow up.

Two maids & A Mop is one of the best out there!!! The employees are very caring and you can tell they’re passionate in their work. I had 4 hours to get the place cleaned and they was like Flash ⚡️!! Highly recommend 🤙🏽😁

They were great. They even had a cancellation and called to offer to come early. They were quick and efficient and left my place spotless.

So along with that question... This was my first time and sadly, my last time... I was extremely excited to get this service done to my townhome but I was disappointed. I would give it a 3 for the overall service. My reason being: I was hoping that they would take the time to clean by detail but they just skimmed over it and finished the cleaning less than 30 minutes. They got there 30 minutes before the scheduled time and left so quickly. I was expecting much more than just a skim over which I couldve done myself as well. I would love to give you a good review - but I was just disappointed. Customer Service was great, and I would give the customer service a 10 but ONLY to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yes, there may not be a lot that needs to be cleaned but I expected much more than just a skim over the top. I will not be using this service anymore. It was a waste of money, spending over $100 for a 20 minute cleaning service - that I couldve paid someone else to do a more deeper cleaning in just one hour or two. Thank you for your time. EDIT: Did have the re-clean completed, and it went well, was there most of the time to oversee the. they kept it clean and I liked how thorough they did it.

Customer service and response time is excellent. The two employees schedule for 120 minutes of cleaning worked efficiently and completed my task list with time to spare. The employees were both friendly and well represented themselves as well as the company. It was nice having their assistance with daily chores while I worked from home. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Best Christmas gift ever!Got a deep cleaning as a gift from my parents along with 3 premium maintenance services. So far I have only received the deep cleaning, but what a great gift! Tanya and Katie did a great job, they were very friendly but still very professional. Im a picky customer, but they were very willing to accommodate my requests. I hope to be able to continue to have these girls provide my services and if the great service continues, I will be using Two Maids & A Mop on an ongoing basis.PS. I will be asking for the same Christmas gift next year!

I have been using this service bi-weekly for a month so far and am very impressed with how kind and genuine these ladies are! Anthony told me to get a move in clean, which was quoted at 2-3 for a fixed price of $235. However, my apartment was cleaner than expected upon move in. The cleaners were at my new residence for less than 45 minutes and I paid the full amount based on their checklist despite the cleaners not actually completing things off the checklist. The owner, Wes, would not return my phone calls to talk about the issue. Shay was completely unwilling to help because of our policies.Edit: Shay, your claim you didnt hear from me is untrue. You did hear from me because I called immediately after the call and asked to speak to Wes. I even sent an email to Wes, which he ignored.

The reps from Two maids were very good. I didn’t understand the need to be so explicit in the particular things I wanted done. I was happy with the service but thought the price was a bit high.

I have just started having this cleaning service and am very pleased with how fresh the house smells as soon as I walk in the door. The cleaning staff was very friendly and polite, and everyone at the office is also very personable and efficient. Looking forward to a long relationship with Two Maids & A Mop. I’ve used this service twice so far for move out cleans. They get you scheduled ASAP. They do good work and if you’re not 100% satisfied, they come back and fix what you need at no charge. I recommend you give them a call for your cleaning needs. Courteous and professional!

Two Maid and a Mop does a great job every time. Until recently, we had not splurged on house cleaning services, but with two young children, a dog, and the two of us working full-time, we finally gave in. Have not regretted it for a minute ... yes it is a cost, and it does add up if you think of it over a 12month period, but it saves us so much time we can now spend as a family. Also, the crew is always very punctual, professional, polite and has great attention to detail. Weve had 4 cleanings thus far, and not once have I felt like they missed a spot. Very happy overall and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I am extremely impressed with Two Maids & A Mop. I am a perfectionist and usually end up doing everything on my own because I want it done right. Luckily, I found the right cleaning company that is not only great at what they do but they also show up on time, are very professional, and reasonably priced. I have hired other companies in the past and never found one that I would like to use on a consistent basis. However, my search is finally over! The premium weekly clean choice was a fantastic option for cleaning our windows, fan blades, and things that seem to get overlooked. They try to complete in 2 hours for my package, so a half bath was missed but the rest was so clean, I still rate them very high. It was my first time and it was much better than other companies I’ve used and the price is a little better.
