From the moment I contacted Post Construction Cleaning Services, I was pleasantly surprised. They were willing to work within our budget to clean a 10K square-foot space that had seen a variety renovation work. The work there took two solid days and the crew was always there on time, even at 6 AM. This kind of positive attitude was greatly appreciated and contagious to all who was there, keeping us all happy!  Chicago is lucky to have such a hard-working crew!

This is the team of people you want doing your construction cleaning! Trust me. We’ve had our apartment being worked on for a few months and have been staying with our in-laws living out of suitcases. So, as you can tell, we were VERY anxious to get back into our own space. I almost cried when we walked in, it looked that good! Instead of having to come home and cleaning after all that stress, we were able to enjoy our new apartment on day ONE. That is priceless, in my opinion!

Sam is a very disrespectful person and how he treats his employees is even worse. Ive had constant old employees of his come to our location and say they didnt get paid for the job they worked.
