I recently had surgery so have been unable to clean my home. I researched several cleaning services and Dietz cleaning had great reviews. I had never used any cleaning service before, so I had no idea what to expect. The young women came to my house about 9:15 unfortunately I just received a call that I would have to pick up my niece and nephew from school around 12 so I explained that she would only have about 2 hoursShe did not cut corners, she did a fantastic job and I was out the door on time. I would highly recommend this cleaning service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a “move in” cleaning for me, and it was legit! They pulled out the appliances, used a ladder to clean windows and a candelabra 20ft up, and everything else you’d want clean, but wouldn’t even think of! It was well with the cost, which was extremely reasonable - especially given the quality of the work and the length of time. Truly the best and most professional housekeeping service I have experienced in 46yrs! Finally, they were friendly, customer-oriented, and trustworthy! I will be a regular customer!

Im not giving 5 stars because no one can clean my home as well as I do but Dietz comes close. Ive used several other cleaning companies and Ive been happiest with Dietz. The owner Bryan cares about his customers and it shows. Recently, after a cleaning service, a chrome plate in my shower was damaged by some of their cleaning chemicals. I immediately reached out to Bryan and he was quick to respond with an apology and a promise to replace the damaged part, as well as to make sure to find and permanently remove the damaging cleaning agent from their supplies. Within the week I had my replacement part and its once again good as new. Accidents happen, but another owner may not have handled things as well as Bryan did. And thats why, despite the mishap and slight inconvenience, I remain a Dietz customer.

Unfortunately Dietz Cleaning Services let me down. Brian the owner is out of the country and the lady he left in charge indicates she spoke to Brian and they cant get me a cleaner on a Sunday anymore. Very bad, they sent someone who did not speak english last weekend that could not clean at my moms place and this week they did not send anyone. The lady covering came late and they sent nobody to clean today. A real let-down.
