I am really impressed with their service. They showed up in the time frame in which they were supposed to arrive. The maid really took their time to make sure every aspect of my house was cleaned. I recommend this cleaning company if you are living in the Tampa area. The price was pretty good especially for me living in a 3 story townhouse. I will continue to use their service.

We decided to have a deep house cleaning before moving into our new place & we are glad we went with A Home Maid Clean. It was a last minute decision but they were available & worked with our schedule.The home had a funny smell in it until Lucinda & her team disinfected, sanitized & deodorized every single thing within the home. A pure delight to walk into a clean home. The owner & her team were very professional & efficient. We will use them moving forward!!!!

Their cancellation policy clearly states a 48 hour policy. I cancelled 4 days in advance and they refused to refund my deposit. They then tried to state that their cancellation policy was 48 hrs of business day hours which is no where stated on their website. I reached out multiple times via email and they chose to not respond until the day before my service and then say they could not refund my cancellation. I would not recommend such a dishonest service to clean your house as they stole my money. And if you choose to I would recommend using cameras. Completely untrustworthy

They did not answer the phone the day of my appointment, and then called me and told me they over booked at 15 minutes before closing. I had to extend my lease and hire different cleaners for a move out service, would definitely not recommend working with them. Go to Maid Pro

I was looking for a move out cleaning and found A Home Maid Clean via Google and Yelp (positive reviews). I set up an initial appointment with Aaron (?) and then followed-up with the owner Lucinda. I think the business is family run so if they are out cleaning apartments/homes getting in touch with someone can be tricky (not a negative, just be patient and persistent as they are busy).Lucinda and her team are very professional. They were running late on the day of my appointment but called well ahead to let me know. She also notified me when they were about 30 minutes from my place.They worked fast and efficiently (the wife and I didnt leave the place a complete disaster) and did an amazing job! It was also fun chatting with them while they were finishing up.I would absolutely utilize A Home Maid Clean again and definitely recommend anyone looking for any type of cleaning.

I have truly enjoyed this team of professionals who pay amazing attention to detail. They work in concert with each other.The team will change sheets, clean the refrigerator and oven as well as many other appliances. I was so anxious moving into a new home because of all the people whod been in the home to build it, tour it, and make the deal happen, etc and all the germs that might be lingering there during the time of Covid. She asked me exactly what I wanted, made sure to check in about allergies, check in on how I felt about their work during the process, and even taught me some amazing cleaning tips that Im still using now in my sparkly clean new home. Great company! I found them originally on Angie List and have used them ever since. I started with a deep clean and now use them for maintenance mostly. I even have them come out to my Parents place for the yearly deep clean before they arrive for the winter (snow birds) and they love it every time. If they dont answer right away, just leave a message and they will return your call. They are always on time, work really hard at what they do, and are very trustworthy. They also use natural products. This was a plus while I was pregnant! I highly recommend them and hope you have a great experience like I have.
