I scheduled a Move Out Cleaning on a Friday for 1 PM, my sublease was moving in on that following Sunday.1 PM rolls around and didn’t hear anything from the company, then 2 PM rolls around and still nothing. I tried to call them multiple times but got no answer. Finally a representative texted me and let me know that everyone was out of the office and that the cleaning person had car trouble. They asked to reschedule me and I told them I needed it done by Sunday, no response after that. I can’t schedule another cleaning service because of the weekend so now I’m stuck doing it on my own. I would recommend going to a different company for your cleaning services.

I booked Magic Mops to clean a condo I’m getting ready to put on the market. They did not show up at the scheduled time this morning. They did not respond to my text after I waited 30 minutes. They did not answer my phone call after I waited nearly an hour. It’s 2.5 hours past their scheduled arrival, and I’ve hired another cleaner (who rushed over to give me an estimate) to do the job. Oh, and yes, Magic Mops took my credit card information when I scheduled the appointment. (There’s something I need to follow up on.) Completely unprofessional.

Horrific experience. The “cleaner” that came was absolutely unprofessional and barely cleaned while bad-mouthing the company herself after being 45 minutes late. Halfway through, she realized she didn’t have most of her cleaning supplies. She cursed loudly the entire time in front of my 1 & 2 year old children. Eventually I had her just leave my house.I have been attempting to get in touch with the company for a month now. They don’t return calls, emails, and I have even resorted to attempting to chat with the automated “chat” service. Zero returned contact. Today, they send me an email “notification” of my upcoming service despite attempting to cancel for 1 month now.GO ELSEWHERE this place is a huge sham.

I asked for a cleaning lady to be sent urgently to clean up my living room for a party. They sent a person in no time and she did a great job too.

I scheduled a cleaning, created an online account and received email confirmation that I was booked. The day of, no one showed or called at time specified. I waited an hour as that was the grace period and called the operator. The operator took my number and stated that someone would call to verify appointment . I waited another hour without a response so I called back. The operator took my number again and I am waiting. Very unprofessional from my recent experience thus far. I would’ve accepted a response that the company would have to reschedule instead of silence.Update 9/27/2020: Never received a response yesterday. I am very disappointed. Booking was at 8am and I waited around until 1pm. As the operator kept stating someone would follow-up, they never did.

I can’t say enough about Magic Mops Cleaning,. They are so awesome. We hired them about 2weeks ago. They came and did a great deep cleaning, and they did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. One of the best cleaners I have ever had. You won’t be disappointed.

Cathy is very accommodating to changing the cleaning schedule when needed. Every-time she come to clean my house, she transform our messy home into a beautiful showroom. She is extremely professional, flexible and does her best to go out of his way to accommodate any last minute requests.
