I had the drivers side window motor and regulator come apart on my vehicle late in the evening. while I was not able to get it done the same day, the following day I was able to get my window fixed. living in south Hillsborough county, especially during storm season, having your windows be able to roll up is as important as having air conditioning. they were able to come to me, get everything taken care of and it was done quickly professionally and for a reasonable price. if Im ever in this position again, I can honestly say I will definitely call them again.

Based on the highly rated Google reviews, my wife gave Jess a call. He listened to the problem, responded with a quote and showed up exactly when he said he would. She has a Lincoln Aviator and had the front driver window repaired by another company recently. It took 2 days and they broke the glass. Jess took 45 minutes and we never left the house.

I contacted them late Tuesday afternoon and was advised if not that day, he’d come out tomorrow morning. So the next afternoon, I received a call apologizing again and stating he’d be out tomorrow morning. It has been two days without any communication and now I have to find some else to repair my window. If I’d known this was to be expected, I would’ve went with someone else from the start. Very poor service!!!!!

This guy is awesome ! My passenger side window broke in the down position. I called on a Saturday . he manged to order the part that day and came out to my house, on SUNDAY to fix it !! He charged HALF what the dealership said they charged for this repair and knew what what wrong simply by my description, whereas the dealership said they wouldnt know what was broken until they took it all apart! Highly recommend this place !

I called them this morning and they came to my house at4pm on a Saturday. Fixed the problem and cleaned up completely. Very very nice people. So helped that he came to me and on a weekend when most places are closed. Ill use him in the future if I need him.

This company is a joke! If I could do no stars I would have. I have called 2 times over a 4 days. Each time they assured me they ordered the part and would be ready to make the repairs. They never called to tell me they werent coming and never showed up to my address to make the repairs. Absolutely would NEVER contact this company again or refer anyone to them. Must be friends that are making these 5 star reviews and have never really used their service. Stay away from this company.
