Everyone working here is so friendly and polite. My driver’s power window stopped working and they explained to me what happened and replaced what needed to be replaced for a fair price. I haven’t a single issue with it for months. My passenger window began squeaking and they took a look at it and greased my regulator free of charge! If I ever have an issue relevant to services they offer, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle here. 100% recommend.

What a find is this business! I worked with three employees, each was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Service was quick, expertly performed and less expensive than I was anticipating. This was not the first shop I tried but the only one that could, and DID, fix the problem! I should have started here first.

By far best glass repair experience ever. Went in on my lunch break and was back on the road 30 minutes later. I had a good rock chip in my windshield and Mike took care of it. Repair looks better than expected, like it was never there. They run a nice clean and crisp business. All of the employees were nice and courteous . Also has a large nice high end waiting area. They took great care of my vehicle and I. I will be back and recommend to others. A side note they were cheaper than Safelite for this repair as well.

Mike’s Auto Glass was recommended to me from the Mercedes body shop. I called last week and they were happy to make an appointment with me for yesterday to replace the windshield seal on my 44 year old Mercedes 450SEL. This was not a job I would trust just any shop to do, as new windshields are not available for my car. They were able to replace the windshield seal AND replace the power window regulator on the right front door as well and I picked it up today ( 1 day later) to find that they did an excellent job on both. Cannot say how pleased I am with the quality of workmanship. My car is now ready for its next 44 years. Thanks to Rita, Claudio and Eric for a job well done. The technician and service people at Mikes Auto are extremely talented, but also exerts a lot of integrity and professionalism. If I ever have issues with the windows glass sunroof linings or anything on any of my cars, Mikes Auto Glass is the first people that I would think about taking my cars too. The last thing that I left out is their honesty, they are unbelievable and trustworthy.

Claudio at the front desk and Mike were very kind and helpful. The molding on my windshield was starting to peel off and Mike sealed it up with some adhesive and didn’t charge me a thing. I spent probably 10 minutes in their beautiful and clean waiting room with relaxing jazz. Absolutely no complaints, I highly recommend! Thank you guys!

I was very impressed with how MiKes Auto Glass took responsibility after a mistake installing my windshield. They took full accountability, refunded me for the window, cleaned up the leak, and had great communication the entire time. This shows the character of the business. Mikes Auto Glass was highly recommended to us by our daughters boyfriend who is a high end car enthusiast. We first had a bad experience with a nationwide glass company our insurance company had recommended to us. This other company came to our house to fix a chip in our windshield. He was not very professional and the very next day that chip turned into a daddy long legs crack! We werent going to allow them to touch our car again. Thats when we were told about Mikes Auto Glass. I had a rock chip my windshield on the way in to work I and called Mikes Auto Glass for help. They got me in right away, fixed the chip perfectly and had me on my way. From start to finish it was a very easy process replacing the windshield of my 2019 BMW X3. Naturally I had the heads up display and rain sensing windshield which required a special piece of glass. They made sure everything was taken care of. The best part? QUICK SERVICE! They told me it would take an hour & a half to 2 hours.. I dropped my car off around 3:10 & it was finished at 4pm! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto glass repair!

Repeat customer with Mikes auto glass and have been happy in the past, but unfortunately not this time. Process took 2 weeks with a great deal of following up on my part. Then they called me for out of pocket payment collection over the phone and informed me that I would need to print the invoice, sign it, include a copy of my license and send it back to them. What?? Is it because I chose to have the work completed at Cadillac instead of the new facility Mikes has? Not sure, but dont have time for that inconvenience. Then I arrive at Cadillac today and theyve had the windshield for a few days now and they were waiting on Mikes as well. Not the service I have had in the past. Very disappointed.

I work at Toyota of Tampa bay in the service dept. my vehicle is a 2019 so you can imagine my displeasure when my Tacoma needed a new windshield at 3000 miles. I was referred to Mikes Auto Glass by my manager after my dealers body shop was difficult to say the least. Nobody wants to replace a windshield at all let alone in a brand new vehicle, but the staff at Mikes provided a truly exceptional experience! Brenda, Rita, and Mike are a prime example of a professional staff. In the car business you’re in the business of people and that’s often lost nowadays. These guys were great and took care of everything, from my first phone call to ordering the OEM glass my vehicle requires to picking up my car they never lost a step. I’m a Tampa native and it’s safe to say I will never go anywhere else for any glass on my vehicles. These guys are game changers! 10 out of 5 stars!! Truly exceptional.

Needed my windshield replaced due to a large crack. Wasnt sure who to use, but learned that Reeves recommends these guys. So I called them to schedule the work and I am very pleased with the result. Chris came by as scheduled and performed the work in a very polite professional manner. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. It took less time that quoted and looks great. If you need a new windshield call Mikes, you wont be disappointed.

I am so grateful. I called for an estimate on a back glass molding but turns out, it wasnt even related. Kindly quickly fixed the issue and even waited a few minutes after closing time for me .My BMW interior was taking in inches of water for months! I was desperate, didnt know what to do! I was saving money to tackle what I thought would be an expensive and time consuming ordeal. Well it doesnt have to be if you take it to honest people who treat you like a person and not a number. He could have easily replaced my molding as I requested and taken my money, no way I would have known the leak was completely unrelated. This is the kind of service that simply doesnt exist anymore. Very cordial and knowledgeable. They replaced my van window and noticed a minor imperfection in the replacement glass. The imperfection was so small, that I couldnt find it without them pointing it out. They were willing to replace the new windshield at no cost to me, but I refused. The window is great and the imperfection is insignificant. Honest folks with integrity. They will get my next window replacement project for sure!

Mikes glass technician did not disclose to me, after installation, that my cow panel was deteriorating (it was 5 years old) and that it basically crumbled up when he replaced the windshield. I notice a lot of wind noise and brought up to their attention that something was wrong. My discovery was met with distrust and they sent another technician that inspected the first job. He saw two huge openings on each side of the windshield near the wiper area. The first technician also did not clean up the silicone type adhesive thatd gotten to my wipers area and when I turned my wipers on during a rainstorm the very next day, I had to pull over on the side of the road because I could not safely get the water off the windshield. I bought the cow panel (not too sure of that parts name) which I was told by the owner of the shop (I think her name is Rita, but not sure) that it was going to be comped by Mikes glass to make up for the huge miscommunication and the techs lack of disclosure. However, after I drove over 30 miles to their shop to get it installed they charged me for it. When I arrived, initially they charged me $59 and when I brought up that BMW had quoted me $50, she quickly retracted her charge and said that it was going to be her price and charged me $47. I was perplexed and felt manipulated and vulnerable, but I paid my $47 and handed over my keys. I quietly reminded her the offering she made over the phone, but she did not bulge and commented that she was giving me her price as if that was some sort of favor I was getting. She had said to me the day of the appointment, and after I personally ordered the part from Reeves BMW, that it would be comped . Perhaps comped means something different to them. I was under the impression that the part was going to be installed for free to make up for my time and the headache of having to experience and diagnose the initial installation. Ultimately, I feel like my car received a subpar windshield and I still hear a lot of wind noise. I even hear when ignition starts a little more loudly now than with old windshield. It seems like theyre still some gaps or perhaps the glass is not the same thickness. I have no idea why that is. Im afraid to even investigate. The techs told me that no air was going trough, but the wind noise is absolutely louder now. I was told the part I was getting was legitimate. Driving on the free way has become an absolute nightmare. Not sure where to go from here, but they charged Geico over 1K! Yes, theyre very well spoken and knowledgeable, and follow up quickly. Appointments are booked quickly and they seem to have lots of experience with insurance companies. The technicians are very personable and professional, but judging from my experience this was also an opportunity to train techs to fully disclose the installation details even if that includes describing negative things. My cow panel had disintegrated during installation because it is 5 years old and gaps were about the size of half a computer mouse after installation. In spite of that nothing was communicated to me. In my personal experience, I felt disrespected. Reeves BMW had recommended this company and I trusted them with my vehicle. I can afford $47 for sure, but it is the principle of saying one thing to a customer and doing another. Ultimately I am very sad that my car interior is basically a deafening sound chamber especially the driving over 55. Not to sure where to go from here. I wrote this review after driving the car for about a week or so. I want to be fair and clear. Potential clients need to know to ask questions after installation, throughly inspect your car and get all quotes in writing. Also, be prepared to drive to their shop when revision or additional installations are needed. I will communicate this information to Reeves BMW and also my insurance company. Mike glass is quite possibly one of the best companies out there, but they definitely put their own interests first and not the customers, especially when the circumstances deviate a bit from the norm.
