Customer service was beyond whats expected these days. The gentleman who called to go over everything called as they were trying to close just to answer my questions, then got me scheduled for the very next morning. It was a big/heavy job and the guys showed up early, gave me a quote right away and had it handled in less than an hour. Would have done a long time ago if I knew it would be so easy. I needed to get rid of my old spring mattress quickly. The company was able to schedule a appointment built around my work schedule. The crew that responded arrived promptly and on time. They were professional, polite and had my old 13.5 inch queen-size mattress removed from my house in less than 5 minutes. They also had a variety of methods available for accepting payment including cash, check or credit card. The company was in and out. I will bit only recommend but will use their services again in the future!

Quick and easy from start to finish! We needed an old garage fridge hauled off and in less than 24 hours of going online --on a Sunday no less-- my old fridge was gone on Monday. I Call junk to remove items from my road. I ordered an empty tuck for $580. when the truck shows up it has stuff already in the bed. than they charged me again for because they didnt have enough room to fit the rest of the items in the truck. So some word of advice make sure you can be there when they come or they will rip you off. i will never use these people again. I talk with David from the company he was call me a lair and since i wasnt there he said I dont know what was in the truck or if it was empty when they showed up. I informed neighbors that JUNK KING was picking up the items on the roadside. They told me the truck had items in it before they started picking up. these people are dishonest.

I recommend, no issues, simple . David and I arranged to have a lawn tractor/mower picked up. The crew called to see if they could arrive early. Which worked out better for me and they were complete and gone in less 15 minutes.

I had a good experience with them, where they gave me a great price on hauling away an old deck which took 4 hours. So when I pulled up a tile floor on my porch, I did not hesitate to call them again. I had everything bagged and ready for them.They charged me nearly half as much to haul away junk that took them 15 minutes of time. I was highly disappointed in the price and doubt I will use them again or recommend them.

I called two other competitors that quoted me literally three times as much! I called them in the morning on a Monday they came in the afternoon earlier than expected. Great guys, professional friendly quick. Id highly recommend them. ~ Ihor

Way overpriced. Some old tile and a recliner for $258. One guy says, “I would charge more.” What? Called “customer care” about it, couldn’t have cared less about my bad experience. Really shoddy operation here. Choose someone else.

I tried booking with this company to simply pick up a sofa and loveseat. The original window was between 7-9am. They called around 7:15 stating they were 35 minutes out. I went outside base to wait on them at the visitor center all for them to called around 8am stating they were 25 mins out. I continued waiting, longer then the 25 mins, and they called again saying they will be here in a hour. As I begin heading home, someone new from the company called stating that he just got assigned to our location and knew nothing about what was going on. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NEVER book again!

We’re on time, very good workers reasonably priced! Made it out on a Sunday, you can never get anyone on a Sunday!! I’ve used Junk King several times now since April and have had different staff each time. I have been extremely impressed at the care and professionalism each time. This time in particular, the crew was nearby and reached out to see about coming by early to get the items out of my hair. They were quick, efficient, and extremely friendly. I will use them for all my disposal needs.

I had our old a/c unit removed. Alec was extremely polite, professional, & reasonable on the price. It only took him & his helper about 5 minutes to load it up and be on their way. I am extremely happy with my experience with Junk King Tampa.

I will say making the appointment online and the communication from the main office regarding my appointment was good. They gave me a two hour window in which to expect there crew. As it started nearing the end of that two hour timeframe, I started calling to get an ETA. I called four times, each time being told I would receive a phone call from the driver but I never got a callback. I finally got a call from the driver when he was still 25 minutes away. By the time they arrived and remove the furniture, they were nearly 3 hours late. On the last call I asked for a discount but they didn’t offer any concessions. The first and last time I’ll ever use Junk King.

Communications from company were excellent. Time frame commitment was followed to the hour. Crew on truck were on time and very professional. I had orange tree with large thorns removed and it was quite a chore to keep from being stuck by thorns. Crew did an excellent job and had a positive attitude throughout the process. I highly recommend Junk King.

They were very patient with me and offered a discount, as promised online.Dimitri and Dru came to remove furniture in my home and worked very quickly without ruining anything in the house. The guys came on time and loaded up as much of my debris as they could fit into the truck. They were super courteous and professional about their work. The truck was smaller than I thought it would be and the price, while negotiated down from what is in writing still seemed a bit high. Overall though, they did a good job and were quick about the work.

The two men who showed up were professional and got the job done quickly. They saved me hours of work and back pain. I would definitely use this company again. Considering the time they saved me the cost was worth it.

I booked online to have a massive entertainment center and television moved on a Sunday morning. I was able to send a picture of my items and received an immediate quote. The movers were there early the next morning and they have gave me a 20 minute courtesy call. They wore face masks, were on time, courteous, and quick. I recommend them for junk hauls and I would use them again.

They arrived an hour and a half after the appointment window and I had to reach out to the company to get an eta. I used online booking to make the appointment with an estimate of a truckbed and then described a storage headboard and some wood that went with the frame. When they arrived, they immediately charged me at the very top of the quote for the headboard itself and would not accept some book boxes that would have also easily fit in the area of a truckbed. Drivers claimed that $20 discount for booking online was included in the estimate, but I saw that nowhere in where I booked. Overall, I felt cheated by the service and would not book here again.

Shout out to Al for great service. They were in and out quick and left my property looking great without breaking the bank! Will be using them in the future, and I recommend you do as well.
