The gentleman was professional, cordial, friendly. He called and we decided we cos do this earlier than the scheduled time. He came, we walked the house, he gave me a price - half truck. I knew it was expensive but i was pressed for time and agreed to the $508. At the end he said it was more than half a truck so he upped the level and charged me another $60 or so. I didnt think that was fair since we agreed on a price. Is this the way GOT JUNK does business? I was told by this gentleman and the lady on the phone that the agreed price before the work started was the contract. Please readjust my bill.Otherwise, service was good.Thank youMichael.

I called yesterday they showed up today on time! Got rid of all my stuff! I feel refreshed and glad is all gone without a hassle. I highly recommend this company they did above and beyond. Hard to find service like what they did!

Person that showed up was nice and helpful but I will definitely not choose this service again. The pricing system is very confusing and seems very subjective based upon the perception of the group picking up your items. Got told a pricing window of minimum to maximum that was a $300 difference. Way more expensive than I imagined and definitely felt ripped off. Live and learn.

The two men who showed up right in time were very personable (at 8am!) and professional. They went right to work, provided an estimate, and carried out my item. Couldn’t have been simpler! I would say pricing is midpoint.

Got really great service today from mike. He called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived on time, was super helpful in getting everything out of the house and into the truck. He packed really efficiently and was able to get all my stuff out in one load. Couldnt be happier.

The whole experience was wonderful. Early afternoon I realized I’d need a loveseat hauled by the next morning. I called and was able to get same day service. Everybody was so nice. I saw the truck on my way home and looked the email up and set my appointment while at the light. 20 minutes later they were at my door. The price I was given was steep BUT luckily the guy who came out was willing to and offered to call and ask his manager to negotiate a price I could afford. I will definitely call them again and make sure I have the money to pay whatever they’re asking because it’s worth it❣️❣️

Chris and Justin were absolutely wonderful. In addition to being incredibly nice and professional, they took away the items we requested and offered to move a piece that had sentimental value to me into a room that required removal of a door to fit. I still don’t know how they got the piece into the room but it meant the world to me.

Not only were we able to get a same day appointment but the price was exceptional for clearing a full garage and a cluttered house. Both gentlemen were friendly and efficient as well as very accommodating when we wanted to look through boxes before they put them on the truck. We had a couple of old computers we needed to get rid of that we were going to destroy ourselves. Brian and Justin advised us they could sledgehammer them on site in front of us and then advised that the site the take all the refuse to does an even more thorough job of finishing up the destroying process. All in all, for something that we were not looking forward to having to get done, they made it a painless and actually a pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service from both guys and we will definitely be repeat customers and use 1 800 GOT JUNK when we want our old garage torn down.

I received a call confirming the appointment the day prior and a courtesy call prior to arrival on the day of the visit. Three gentlemen who presented themselves, to maintain their anonymity, we’ll call them The Three Amigos (Matt, Mike and Jevonte aka Steve, Steve & Steve…so much for anonymity). They had the triple threat factor going for them (great personalities, great looks and hard workers). Our experience this evening was fantastic! Morgan and Justin were incredibly friendly, professional, fast, and efficient, helping us turn what we thought would be a 2-3 day job emptying an entire house into just one. Id only ever used 1-800-GOT-JUNK for a very small job in another state (which went fast and smooth), so before tonight I didnt have enough experience to go on regarding recommendations, but now I can absolutely without hesitation recommend them!

As far as removing my junk, 1-800-GOT-JUNK did what I ask them to do. However, they should be more up front with there pricing. They state on their website, about providing an estimate after they see what you have to remove. And I understand that to a point, but since the driver showed me a chart with prices I dont know why they are not posting that on there website. Personally, I thought they are a little expensive but they were already here and I just wanted the junk gone. Will probably call someone else the next time I need junk removed.

They were professional and friendly…but best of all, they cleaned out a truck-load of junk that we simply would not have been able to do on our own - and did it in the torturous 90 degree FL heat! Youll find the most value in lots of small items or lots of trash. It gets pricey when you have larger furniture. This is because they charge by the volume.

Not only were they on time the beat me to my house and we had a good laugh. They have a fair estimate of the cost and loaded my junk and completed the process within about 30 min.
