I was very satisfied with Happys. My refrigerator broke down on me on Sunday night and I was referred to Happys. I went in and they took care of me right away. I had no money to put down or anything and they gave me a beautiful stainless steel double door refrigerator with no money down, no payment for the first month, only took 15 minutes to do the paperwork and they delivered it to me within the hour. The staff was awesome and friendly, great service, very clean and so helpful. I felt like family. Thank you to Adam and Paola who helped me get what I needed so my food or my moms medicine wouldnt go bad.

Terrible place bought a washer and dryer in September paid it off in less then 6 months and the dryer broke down and now they’re saying they can’t do anything about it that the warranty expired in 2018 which they never mentioned

Wish there was one in NC now.

This location and it’s staff are amazing! They were super helpful, patient, and courteous with my husband and I as we started shopping to furnish our new apartment. Dave & Luis went above and beyond for us to find us a new living room set! We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for a new and bigger TV. Outstanding example of great customer service that is so hard to find nowadays. Bonus: they play the best Spanish music and make you feel right at home! My husband & I loved hanging out with the guys haha.
