Wish i could go below 1 star . Poor customer service. Simple communication with the customer goes a long way . Lying and stating that you would call before closing is not acceptable. Not delivering when promised and NOT communicating with they customer is very inconveniencing!

Very bad experience a young man did not want to put on a mask the other workers were walking around without mask we decided to leave the store and go somewhere else and thats really bad because I really like your store but I dont like that when they cant wear their mask and actually he was very rude about it and said he wouldnt put it on but then he went on and put it on afterwards so had a very bad experience today just now Im at your location there

This company and these guys are AWSOME! they were able to fit my delivery schedule in last minute and they came to my home and set up in no time at all as well as cleaned up all the mess that was made while setting up my sons tripple (wooden) bunk bed. Which was much appreciated because i live on the 3rd floor. They have the greatest customer service Ive ever recieved with a furniture company! My son couldnt be happier with his new bed and I couldnt be happier with the service :D

Love love love them. My mother used Buddys back in 2004 when we first moved to Florida. We recently went back and still a great rental place. Staff is still as friendly, they have great furniture, appliances, and electronics. Decent prices and payment options. We just went there today and they got a lot of new stuff, beds, livingroom set and tv.

These people are snakes! I set up a piece of furniture for delivery at a later date and I specifically asked the head of the store that if I ended up not needing the furniture if I could come in before the delivery date and a receive a refund and he told me I could. Well here I am getting there before the delivery date and not needing the furniture and he refuses to give me my refund because its 7 days past the date the agreement was done and not once did he ever say anything about a 7 day window for the refund! I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER refer anybody to thus place!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Customer service. Constantly change the price you owe. Sales people are rude and act like they are on drugs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Our couch took 4 MONTHS to be delivered and we STILL have NOT received our ottoman that was supposed to come with it. Was supposed to be a Christmas present from my husband...it is now MAY!!! Tried calling corporate several times and no call back. Wish we never would have dealt with them in the first place. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!

If you can buy furniture anywhere else please do so. Completely unresponsive to your needs and the only time they are on top of things is when its time to make a payment an in that case they will make sure they call you. Had a rip in my couch asked them to come look at it several times and no one ever showed up after they stated someone would call and take care of it.

I’ve been a customer for over 6 months and since I’ve been with the company it’s been nothing but a HASSLE Jody is BEYOND rude. He is disrespectful . He should not be a manger I’ve had issues with Jody since day one. I am leaving this furniture . It has bed bugs in the beds the couches have smokeing spots I’ve gotten outside furniture for 400$ a month I atleast expect common curtesy and STORE 004 can’t offer that WORSE BUDDYS EVER

Store manager Jodi did not order what I needed and was not a helpful at gave me the run around the last two times I tried buddys. The rest of the staff is kind and friendly and will go out their way to help. If you were to buy get help from anybody who not Jodi.

If i could give 0 stars I would I dont know where to even begin first I ordered furniture November 1 st and just got it last month... they came to my house 2 times to repo furniture that wasnt even delivered to me yet...I paid a month up front and 1 week after they deliver they called me for a payment. .they are ridiculous unintelligent to say least...the GM Larry is nothing short of a entry level want to be sales man his side kick Will that called every day with his Barbie voice looking for payment on furniture I didnt even have the first 2 times he called me...then I had to email my receipt from paying 1 month up front because they had no record of it....so its time to pay my first $119.99 bill yea I call and its 189 because of this and that and because the furniture took so long they had to rewrite my agreement which cost me money. .Im returning my furniture as soon as i return home this place is like a high school basketball team running it...almost as if they are scammers...unbelievable. .I will be taking be business elsewhere

Tbh!!!! I would give it Zero stars . I have a few items from Buddys here in Houston, TX. They are pretty understanding at times. But they have one manager that I feel just over steps his boundaries. The next time he touches my locks on my door I will have it finger printed and press charges. Starting to make me winder if he is twisting the knob on the door when I am not at home. I will report this to some one higher up and ask them to have him never return. The fact that they took over all HOMESMART locations and dont have a hardship program for their customers is inconvenience. And every time I call I get a different story but they are on the same page . Im start recording everyone I talk too.

I give it 1 star just to be able to comment but, They have an AWFUL Manager over at Beach Blvd in Jax Fl.. In the move the employee broke the washer (mistakes happen) but when i spoke to their manager about replacing my washer she started yelling at me accusing me of yelling?? I asked for a manager above her and all shes said was for me to look it up online (impossible to speak to anyone) they have until 11 today to deliver my washer and to resolve this issue, if not then they just lost a costumer and i will NOT stop until that Manager is taken care of. If you do not have the pateince to deal with costumers maybe you shouldnt be working as a Manager. Rood, disrespectful, uneducated lady and we have no reason to put up with that nonsense! Quick to take the costumers money though...

Did business with a store in largo, FL. Wasted over a whole day waiting for them to come. Called an hour before close and told me the couldnt make it out. After being promised i would have it kevin said he could still deliver it. It now 830pm and no sign of them. This is ridiculous. It a bed that i was getting and now my boyfriend and I are sleeping on the floor.

Im return customer with Buddys and never had any complaints until now. I have been treated with so much disrespect as I have been today by one of your employees. I just gotten out of the hospital and return to work last week and this employee has been sending me threating emails and was telling me that your company dont need me as a customer because of my ethnicity. Telling me what I can and cannot afford and Im pretty sure I make more than them. I cant believe that this is type of business you run with this type of employees. I am getting close to the end of my rental term with Buddys and just recently began starting to have issues. Where do I start... LOOK OVER YOUR CONTRACTS PEOPLE!!!!!! I currently have a total of 4 contracts with them and thought it to be strange why my stuff hasnt been paid off yet because it has been longer than the time stated on the contracts. So, I started doing the math. I noticed that at the time the contacts were signed, I declined and opted out on the optional damage waiver agreement which is my right in Texas, where I reside, and which also is clearly stated on my rental purchase agreements. HOWEVER, they have been including the damage waiver fee in ALL of my weekly payments on ALL of my contracts, EVEN WHEN STATING IN BLACK AND WHITE THAT I DECLINED IT. Not just once, but 4 TIMES on 4 Seperate Agreements!( Did I mention that I also had to pay tax on this additional money that was optional? ) I contacted the manager at my local store and inquired about the fees they have been charging me and he stated there wasnt anything he could do about it and he didnt see how any of those fees could be returned back to me. He then went on to tell me that it wasnt optional and that he wanted to see a copy of my homeowners insurance policy and would need to verify that it would cover damage, etc. to the property, if it ever occurred. At that point, I told him to just shush. His salesman attitude had kicked in, at which time I informed him that the one thing that was irritating me the most out of all of this was the fact he thought he could bully me into thinking that I HAD to have something that was optional and then demanding, on top of that, I needed to provide him with proof of personal insurance covering his property. Sorry dude.... I know a little bit more than you think I do. I then asked him how he was going to resolve the issue and he told me that he would give me a phone number to call for someone in their corporate office who could resolve the issue for me. I explained to him that I didnt make the mistake, they did. So why do I have to call anyone? He should be the one contacting his greater powers that be and he should be the one having to explain the mistake they made and that I would expect a phone call back from him, personally, with a satisfactory resolution. ( WHY THE HELL SHOULD I HAVE TO BE THE ONE SPENDING HOURS OF MY PERSONAL TIME TRYING TO REMEDY SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS FRAUDULENTLY TAKEN MONEY FROM ME!!!!!! ) Okay, so we all know by now, if we are reading these reviews, that a corporate office seems to be non-existent. No one will ever be able to speak with an actual living, breathing human being outside off your local stores. You will be told to call a number, leave a message, the message will be forwarded to the appropriate person, who will in turn reach back out to you within 24 to 48 hours. Well.... I informed my local store manager that I expected him to take care of this situation and I would contact him again in a few days to confirm the money would be returned to me. Ready for this... SHOCKER.... I called and spoke with him a few minutes ago and still nothing......... He stated that he emailed someone about it and he was waiting to hear back from them. ( I BET IF THEIR STORE WAS ON FIRE OR IF THEY WERE BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT, THEY WOULD BE IMMEDIATELY ABLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE WHO HELD A POSITION WITH GREATER AUTHORITY ) .....now all that was just stated was done in example only!!!! I do not plan on setting anything on fire or attempting any robberies. I was just saying, is all..... Bottom line is that if I dont receive back ALL monies they fraudulently took from me, including tax within the next three days, I will file a deceptive trade lawsuit against them. Unbeknown to them, I have obtained information, i.e. Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers for Acting Agency, Manager of Investment Company claiming to be the Lessor and the Regional Manager for my local store. I am going to give the store a chance to remedy this before I begin to make phone calls.

I called to have my tv picked up and the guy told me between four and six they NEVER came to put it up and when I called at 6:16 he the tells me that he is going to call them and see where they are at when I tryed to call back no one picks up when I see that the Store closes at 6 o’clock the man I think his name is Josh that picked up the phone should have told me that they close today at 6 o’clock instead of just running me in a circle all day long the service there is terrible the people they are terrible everywhere everything there is terrible I will be going in tomorrow to talk to a Manager with no doubt about it because you should tell someone something and then just not pick up the phone when they call

I was advised by a manager at the bryan tx location that I could make the remainder of my final payment on today I went in the store just like I was inform a manager name crystal I had spoke with prior was aware of it when I came into the store to pay the the remainder of 85.54 on today she stated I was not able to I had made a payment in the amount of 380.00 on 5/16/16:and only owed 85.54 and and was advised the manager by the name of Cary stated the would be no problem and he would pay the fee in the amount of 8.00 with me paying the amount owed in the amount of 85.54 I will not be a victim and have tried to have this matter resolved it is ridiculous to have employees who lie to customers that pay on time apparently they dont realize,with out customers you would not receive a pay checkI have called corporate several times unable to contact anyone so I guess I will have to go another route due to no one is able to have the matter resolved at the bryan tx location I have a second account that I pay on faithfully every month as well trust me if you dont get the gm out of the bryan store who does nothing but lie your business will sure to be a thing of the pass. I have,also been harassed several times and by payments are due the 15th of each month.
