Poor experience and management need to be more knowledgeable and better trained.. Not enough work to offer the drivers they have. Pay isnt the greatest either. If you want to work dont go to Transforce. Also upper management is of no help either. You can go weeks without hearing from anyone.

Ive been dealing with TransForce,Inc for the last month and a half with no results. My first contact in Nov, she says we have a great dedicated driving job for you. My driving record impecable 11 yrs no tickets and no accidents.After a couple of trips to Transforce 100 miles plus each way. Drug tests and tons of paperwork. Then a second trip for Orientation,thinking I have a driving job that was first part of Dec.I dont know who dropped the ball either TransForce or potential employer. Its not my job.Suggestion for TransForce, Inc mgmt. You need to take a good look at your employees and clients. Where does integrity, honesty come into play. Why have employees tell people that we have a great job, pays well,great miles, insurance. When in reality threre is no job .Kaz SmithAtlantic West Logistics

This agency is one of the worst to work the bad attitude, bad professionalism, the driver is not worth anything, only the clients are right no matter how they treat you, I was instructed by Sheena Williams and Anthony which of the two worst, in 1 of the Jobs 1 manager offended me and almost assaulted me and these people never heard of them, bad place to work
