Manager Ray Thompson is a total clown, dont bother with these guys 100% unreliable when you need a worker to actually show up

I first want to thank Ms. Sandy for her hard work and dedication in getting people to work. I was at the lowest and thanks to her and Labor Finders, I was able to come out with a full time job for a wonderful company. The biggest plus is that you get paid the same day which could help immensely if you have been struggling to get back on your feet. I highly recommend Labor Finders to anyone looking for a fresh start or even looking for some quick cash. Again, thanks Ms. Sandy! You are amazing!!

Good morning. I have been a employee of this company since 2012. I have seen numerous management with this company since then, I have never had this issue before with any of management staff in the past.On April the 10th for Kalum Smith @ 2614 e Henry ave Tampa,fl 33610. 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. period went to office new girl doing pay out asked me if I worked for the company I said yes. I gave her my identification if she needed my social I offered that as well. She confirmed that I work there and paid me out that day Friday the 10th of April. Had a return ticket for the same job on the 14th Tuesday of April arrived at job site 7:30 a.m. Word till 2:30 p.m. Mr. Smith called office 4 hours of work for that day. Went to office at 4:00 p.m. to get pay out. Same girl was at office questioned me again about if I worked for the company and if so what I was doing there I explained I was there to pick up my check. I waited like everyone in line. Walked outside one of the other employees inside came outside and explained to me she was telling all the other employee ease inside the office that I had already received my check for that day the 14th for payroll how can I if the doors open at 4:00 p.m. When I just walked in and got in line with everyone else and waited in turn to give you that information how did I get paid? That is the question how did I get paid a few just open the door for that pay out day. This has gone all the way up to the following day the 15th I returned to see if I could work I was told by the manager Sandy I was not to work for them any longer. Now I am reaching out to this site possibly their regional manager will read this and resolve this issue in and a propriate manner. Thank you Donald

Alan and I own and operate ProCoat Performance Coatings, an employee of our came in friday and told us that it was his last day, on Monday morning at 6:00 am we contacted Labor Finders, Sandy had a incredible person at our door in one hour! He continues to work with us daily..Thank you Sandy and staff for making the transition seamless!!

If youre willing to do a good days work. There you go. No problem just work. Good staff.

I have never had issues with Labor Finders like I have with other day labor companies. They were also the cheapest out of all the quotes I had. Guys are always hardworking with good attitudes & Ashley at the office is always great to interact with. Will recommend to anyone!
