Jamyei is amazing. Every time I come here she has excellent customer service skills. The front office ladies are also very polite and professional. The only issue I have is that sometimes I’ll arrive before others in the lobby and my name always seem to get called last. Once I’m in the back they do an excellent job getting me in and out in a timely manner, and they are open one Saturday out of the month.

It is not the best place that I would call a proper dentists office. I got duped that same why the previous reviewer who gave the scenario about the overprice charge. Everyone in that office does not practice unfair treatment, but their prices are ridiculously high when it comes to service costs. When going here, I would recommend asking for a quote first and then comparing it with what the insurance will pay. Also, make sure to review what routine services are allowable by the insurance provider. Advance Dental Care will try to offer the service again and bill the insurance company for it, and in return, the insurance company will send a notification that youve used up the given number of routine examinations and that you must cover the cost for that billed service.If you are looking for honest reviews, I would recommend YELP.com.

This dentist is amazing! This is by far the best dentist Ive ever gone to. Very knowledgeable and his numbing shots didnt even cause me pain. This is my second time and it has been the same experience. I have never gone to a dentist who did not cause me an enormous amount of pain while numbing me. The dentist is very professional and the staff is very kind.

I came into this place because they advertised emergency tooth extractions. I was in extreme pain having already been to the ER the night prior on Sunday and had been dealing with the pain for 48 hours. I booked an appointment online for 7am on Monday to be seen only for the doctor not to be present or on-site until 8am. Initially, they claimed they couldn’t find me in the system even though I had email confirmation and electronic copies of my patient registration. Then they claimed they called me to move my appointment which was untrue because I set the appointment over the weekend at which they were already closed. There was no accountability at all. They offered for me to wait until the doctor came in but to say I would receive medication for my discomfort because wisdom tooth extraction is not something he can do. As a business, if your practices/staff have changed (because they admitted they are in the “process of finding a replacement surgeon”), you should NOT advertise it on your website. The ONLY reason they received a star was because of the referral to a surgeon/facility that turned out to be amazing and the opposite of what I experienced at 7am this morning. Having been in so much pain and the run around that this place showed, they can take some pointers from the other facility on customer experience and care.

Yesterday I called and spoke to Jennifer in an attempt to help my parents find a dentist willing to remove a back tooth already diagnosed as needing removal due to infection and considerable pain. My parents live in Tampa and I live in TX which makes it difficult to say the least. My parents had already been to 3 or 4 different dental offices which were quick to charge the office visit only to inform them an hour later that another appointment was needed for the removal of the tooth. Lucky for me I came across Jennifer who was kind enough and caring enough to take the time to not only listen to my call for help but, to make arrangements for my dad to be seeing and be taken care of. Not often you come across someone in this industry who goes out of your way to help the way Jennifer did. Thank you again Jennifer for all your help !!!!!

Dr. Breton is an amazing Dr. Im scared of the dentist and never wanted to go. unfortunately I needed to get go get a tooth pulled and Dr Breton made my experience so much better. I have been a patient at this establishment for about 4 years. This dentist has by far the best staff and the friendliest people working there. Have only ever had an amazing experience. While waiting you are presented with a wide variety of magazines that are Always up to date. You also get the option of watching tv. When going into the back it is always very clean and nice. The room are good size and all have TVs in them. The rooms are very clean and never dirty. While getting worked on you are never neglected in the care department. If you ask for anything you receive it wether it be a pack of wax for your braces or even some floss. The establishment has very friendly people behind the counter including Diana and Jennifer. I wasn’t seen but I’m giving this office all the stars I can. My boyfriend has been coming here for the past 3 years and has never had an issue. I wanted a checkup so I walked in and asked if I can be seen. It just so happen their was an opening. Upon checking my insurance Jennifer told me that she accepts it but they’re not “in-network” meaning, I will have to pay higher copayment amounts if I was to be seen there. I appreciate the honesty here and will be calling my HR department to switch to an insurance they take. Jennifer you run an honest office and that is hard to come by. I will see you all soon.

Great Dentist 🦷 Dr Carlos Breton and Hygienist Margarita. I have been his customer for over 10 years now. Have tried other Dentists because I moved about an hour away from his practice, but no one else has been as caring as this team. Others have also lied about dental work needing to be done. I find Dr. Breton to be very honest and straight forward.

I called this office on Monday and was offered a new patient appointment for Wednesday morning. They were able to see me for x-rays, a comprehensive exam, deep cleaning and a specialized treatment, all in one visit. I left with two referrals, medication and a treatment plan. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating, especially Diana and the hygienist who provided the cleaning and treatment (sorry, I don’t remember her name.) Dr. Breton was professional and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and with great detail. As someone with severe dentist anxiety, I felt like all of my fears and concerns were taken seriously. This office is very efficient and accommodating, which was super appreciated considering how anxious I was that morning. I would recommend anyone visit this office if they are looking for a new dental provider.

Dr. Carlos Brenton and his staff are phenomenal! I remember my first visit and talking to Dr. Brenton, he told me exactly what I had to do to get back on track. I’m not fond of medical equipment and needles, but the staff was amazing in making conversation and keeping my mind off the procedures. The receptionist is funny and you can tell everyone there loves what they do there and enjoy coming to work. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Brenton!

Had my 2nd visit to the dentist today for my 6 month cleaning. The front office staff is awesome, friendly and check you in quickly. Took no time to be called to go to an exam/cleaning chair. The hygienists are great too, friendly and thorough. Definitely happy with Advanced Dental Care and dont plan on changing to a different dentist. The location is convenient and about10 to 15minutes from home

Atrocious (Zero start), this place will charge you crazy if you are not smart enough to research on what they do with you and your insurance. If you have insurance, you will be paying more at this place. They make money by telling you need deep cleaning (gingivitis) so they can charge you/insurance more, instead of routine cleaning. I have a good dental insurance which do cover orthodontist (teeth straightening), one of the front desk lady gave us a quote without insurance for $2200, but my insurance do pay the dental office $2000 for my Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment considering Advanced Dental Care of Tampa charges the full amount $4700 on the treatment code D8080. But still they want me to pay $2700 even with insurance claim. In general, my insurance should take care of most for the $$$$ for my upper Invisalign treatment and me paying few hundred $ out of my pocket after the insurance.. When I ask the same to the front desk lady (the curly hair), she gave us some BS. What a greedy place. I pay for dental insurance, so it supposed to take care if my dental needs, but having this insurance is of no use at this place, they will take advantage on the insurance limit and charge you more, I would like to catch hold of the Advanced Dental Care management to understand why they are so greedy and why they employ less knowledgeable receptionist/front desk staff who only talk rubbish. Also, they will simply add the oral rinse for $25 along with your bill, you can buy an oral rinse for $4 at Walmart.We sent an email for manager contact details, no response from the front desk.
