I have been going to here for years. Ever since I moved to Tampa four years ago I have loved this place. The staff there is professional, the dentist is very kind, and they are always so helpful.Jose especially who works at the front desk is extremely helpful and memorable. He is such a character and is such a kind individual. Whenever I come to Amberly I always feel like they care about their patients.Thank you Amberly for helping me maintain my oral health!

I fell on a walk one night chipping two too teeth one pretty significantly. Dr. Persaud saw me first thing the next morning. It was about a 55 minute drive but well worth it! He was very professional and made my tooth look better than originally. He wouldn’t even consider a root canal because he really felt it wasn’t necessary. His assistant was just the sweetest. His entire staff was very pleasant! I live in Michigan but have a place in Florida and would definitely go back. Very thankful for their services!!

I am new patient, but my experience has been very positive. I had an emergency which was addressed promptly. The dentist and employees are friendly and professional.

Called first thing in the morning for an emergency and they were able to get me in right away for an extraction. Dr. Persaud took great care of me and explained how the root canal I had done with my previous dentist was done incorrectly. Had me feeling better in no time and my overall experience with their office was amazing. Can’t recommend then enough.

I LOVE it here from the staff to the treatment. I’ve never been happy to see a doctor, Dr. Persuad makes you happy to come back. He is amazing I had my first ever tooth pulled and treatment done with him. It went way better than expected like he is the dentist whisper! After several days of excruciating oral pain, that had only been growing worse I had been told my almost every other dentist in Tampa that I’d have to wait until the following week for a much needed tooth extraction. Dr. Persuad was my last hope, and eventually he was my saving grace! Not only was I able to get an appointment in a matter of hours, but after just one hour in his office I was going home absolutely pain free! Dr. Persuad was kind, caring, and efficient in his work, his hygienists were fantastic and communicative and everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful as well! I wish I could give this office 10 stars for their services!

I found Amberly Family Dentist one Saturday morning when I woke up with some serious tooth pain. I called and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Not only is Dr. Persaud great at what he does, he is patient and kind. He is always willing to explain every step to me and his staff is super sweet. I enjoy my dentist visits now and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!!! He is really the best!!!

Im so grateful to have found Amberly Family Dentistry last month. I had a broekn tooth and had a few different quotes for an astronomical amount of money to repair that tooth as well as have other work i needed done completed. Not only have they been kind to me in every phone encounter, they always call when they are running behind for my appointment. Which i appreciate because it allows me to adjust my work timing accordingly and not just sit in their office for an extra 30 minutes waiting.Jose has been so patient and helpful in getting me not only scheduled, but listening to my concerns and helping me understand how to best manage the process realistically (since i do have a real budget i have to stick to, like most people)The doctor has easily become my favorite dentist as an adult...in addition to being very detailed, he has a kind demeanor and an optimistic outlook that makes dental work less miserable. He actually has me looking forward to getting all the work done because i trust his efforts and guidance.Ive had one root canal and crown done so far and not only was the pricing a fraction of what the other quotes were, the work is impeccable and my mouth already feels better.Im very grateful this office is more focused on treating their patients like customers than taking all their money.Thank you guys very much!

Great experience today! I was really nervous about getting work down but I was at ease as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the staff. The atmosphere is very serene including the furniture when you walk in! Very busy place and still very efficient. Updated equipmebt and seamless procedure. The doctor even followed up with me hours later to make sure I was good! Excellent!

I went to my primary dentist who was very rude and not wanting to do what the patient wanted so I called Amberly Dental. They got me in right away diagnosed the issue and agreed with me for extraction. I am going back today (next day) to do it. Very professional team and very friendly staff and great prices since they don’t take my insurance I am paying out of pocket but considering the circumstances I am all for it. I visited for my first time, and was quoted a lower price than my previous dentist for a night guard which is great in itself. But more importantly, upon my first appointment I immediately felt a feeling of care. The staff truly is compassionate towards their patients, I feel that this compassion is their best quality, and is genuine in nature. The doctor, for example, spent the time to explain to me in detail the status of my enamel, how my teeth have developed, how flossing effects my teeth, and the processes that are in effect when sugar is left uncleaned on the teeth. He went into great detail and answered all my questions. The front desk was kind and laughable, they were very entertaining.Overall the staff is great, the work they do is great, and the way they feel towards their patients is sincere.

I took my 11-year-old daughter to this dentist for an extraction and was extremely nervous because of her multiple allergies. Dr. Persaud and his team took everything extremely seriously, and took so much time to talk to us and put us at ease. He was super patient and kind with my daughter, and even called that night to check and see how she was doing. There was no push to do extra procedures or unnecessary things. A caring and homey atmosphere--and they are open some Saturdays.

Midnight toothache agony but the staff had me in on Saturday morning first thing. The doctor was very nice and professional. The extraction was painless and fairly priced. Great place!!

I went in to get my chipped tooth fixed and was expecting to make multiple appointments and pay an insane amount of money for something that would still look fake but the exact opposite happened. I was in and out in less than 2 hours on a Saturday and paid so much less than I thought I would also the fix looks so good you cant even tell anything was chipped before. 100% recommend

Amazing service!! Not to mention the dentist has magical hands cus he pulled 2 of my wisdom teeth and for the 1st time in my life I’ve had dental work without pain or ending up in same day surgery. Seriously didn’t even realize they were out! I’ll be his most frequent customer not because I want but because he’s the 1st dentist that I’m not afraid to go back and actually follow through with the work I need. Today was my second time there, and Dr.Persaud extracted a second Wisdom Tooth 🦷 the first one was last year in July, and let me tell you he works Magic! He is simply the Best !!! I had no complications and everything was quickly performed in a very professional and assertive way, I was out in no time. His staff is very professional as well as the Dr. I honestly feel very comfortable, there’s also a Chinese or Japanese girl that is one of his assistants, I don’t remember her name sorry, she is the sweetest, kind person ever and makes you feel comfortable getting you ready for the extraction or what ever you went for. I will definitely recommend them 💯 %!!! I been afraid of the dentist before, but since I went to Dr. Persaud, I can say I’m in good hands and feel great to have him do his Best when it comes to my Smile. Oh he will give you a Call to check on his patients after every procedure, who does that? Well he does it himself, how Amazing is that??? !!!! Not the assistant, front desk, the Dr. himself!!!!

Not 24/7 as advertised called twice and went by. Their website even claims 24/7 dentistry. Dont claim something unless you truly are. Now i have to hope the ER can give me something to numb the pain of my impacted wisdom tooth. Its not just them either its most dentists around. Another said I have to wait until Monday to be seen as a first time. Im in excruciating pain and cant work, i work a call center and talking is even more painful. and I have been trying to get something figured out since the 16th...

This place is so great! I went on a Saturday, after 5pm needing an extraction. They had no problem taking me in and getting me taken care of in less than an hour. Love this place! This will be my new Dentist!

Ive been to many dentists in my life due to facial trauma. This is the first time I felt absolutely nothing with zero pain after my tooth extraction. I love it and Dr. Persaud talks and explains everything. He even called me the night after the surgery to ask how I was feeling. Ill never go anywhere else.

Last night I had sudden horrible tooth pain. I have had many issues with this tooth in the past and it finally decided to die and was probably some of the worst pain I ever felt. The staff was able to get me an appointment this morning for an extraction. Dr. Persaud was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He did the job quickly, efficiently and it was painless! After hardly any sleep and about 16 of the most excruciating hours of my life, it was over. He called me tonight at home to check on me. So far no issues.

I hate going to the dentist, it terrifies me. I unfortunately had a wisdom tooth emergency, on a holiday weekend, and Amberly family dentistry was thankfully the only place open.I wound up needing three teeth removed. The staff there was very comforting and gentle. The treatment was fast and affordable. I am so beyond grateful that they were open on a Sunday holiday weekend! Everyone that works there was amazing! Id recommend this place to everyone!

The front desk staff is very kind and welcoming so the one star is for them and google wont allow me to give zero stars. Unfortunately it just sets you up for disappointment with what you have to look forward to in the dentist and dental assistants. Instead of explaining things to me they just wanted to do whatever they wanted to do and expected me to just sit there and take their word for it. They were visibly annoyed with me for asking questions just so I could understand what was happening. They treated me like I was wasting their time. The dentist told me my only option was to extract my tooth, but really didnt want to be bothered with helping me understand why. I agreed because I was in so much pain. When I cried due to the pain of the needles, the dentist and assistant became expressly irritated and rude, talking down to me saying things like its not a big deal and how I need to calm down in an impatient tone. However, I truly thank the dentist for being rude because I refused to allow him to continue and later found out that extraction was not the only option as he told me. I fortunately found a more professional and caring dentist who treats patients appropriately.

She was treated with great care and the problem resolved. We had called the office prior to going as a first-time patient, having discovered the office on the internet, as we looked for dental care on a Saturday. We were delightfully surprised when we arrived, it was a beautiful atmosphere and we were greeted with such professionalism and courtesy, which instantly gave us both a level of comfort and ease. My mother the patient, was greeted by name and treated with the utmost care by everyone. Dr. Persaud and his staff are amazing! I came to this practice for the first time yesterday with horrible pain and needed an extraction. From the first phone call through the entire process my experience was great. Very professional a super clean facility and the staff all made sure that I was very comfortable through the process. I have gotten TWO FOLLOW UP CALLS since leaving yesterday from Dr. Persaud HIMSELF just to check in on me and ask how Im feeling. Ive had organs removed and not gotten a follow up call! This dentist is top of his field for sure not only made it a very comfortable and painless process but his follow up is really a testament to this practice. They CLEARLY care about their patients here and they show it...and that is a huge plus in my book! I highly recommend this practice!

Family in name but definitely not for kids, if you want a pretentious dentist this is your spot. By the way furniture reeked of cheap mentality and a screw you attitude. Never again staff was nice except women/secretary rude and scolded my 5 yr for drinking water.

They are great. A few times I thought there was something seriously wrong, and it turned out to be minor. He saw my sister visiting from out of state - no problem.I drive 90 minutes to see them since we have moved farther north. Worth the trip!

Dr. Persaud is a great Dentist so the one star goes to him. However, Its almost IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment here. Ive had to have dental work done that required multiple visits, but the receptionist tells me that I cant get an appointment unless someone else cancels their appointment, or I have to wait 2 months. Or they will call me and ask me to come in the following day because a patient didnt show up. I work full time, I cant randomly leave work when I want to without a proper notice. They say its because my schedule is so specific. I work 9-5 M-F like most people with full time jobs, not sure how that is specific. I need more than a weeks notice for the appointment. A notice that is a few days before the appointment doesnt work. I cant schedule an appointment 2 weeks to even a month from present day with this place.They do not work with you and your schedule!!!

I swear this place is the best and the staff are so sweet and Dr Persaud is just amazing. I came to the office with my mouth swollen and couldn’t open it from my wisdom teeth on the left side top and bottom and when I tell you today he made me feel 100% great. Richelle is always friendly and helpful at the front desk, and Dr. Persaud always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and why. A couple years after I became a patient, my wife left her dentist to come to Amberly, as well. We are both very happy. A good dentist is like a good auto mechanic. Once you find one, you dont want to go anywhere else.

These people are complete frauds! They charge you a certain price and will haggle with you when you say youre going somewhere else. They will steal your money if it accidentally gets sent to their office and issue you a check for less than what was due, THEN make up a new policy charge which was never mentioned nor did I ever agree to! Lastly, they harass you when you dont answer your phone. They call multiple times a day even at night! They call from different numbers and will even text you from their personal lines if they cant reach you. I know several people that have changed locations due to this issue. I do not recommend this office.

So I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled 2day. Not only did the dentist see me within 2 hours of calling him and explaining my pain but he also called me at 9pm 2nite to see how I was doing. Amberly Dentistry in Tampa, FL is awesome! Highly recommend!

I have never wrote a review before. But i truly felt like i needed to. I went to a prior dentist that shattered my whole tooth after him spending an hour trying to pull it. I came here and the receptionist Rachel was very kind and treated me with the upmost respect. The assistants were extremely kind. And the dentist literally pulled my tooth within 5mins and was very comforting. I am truly pleased with the service i received today.

This is the most efficient, clean, and gentle dentist office I have ever gone to. I mean that. Michelle was warm and welcoming and was quick to process me through the check in. She answered all my questions, and once the Dentists assistant came to get me I started getting nervous thinking I would be judged and talked down to about having a tooth extracted. Dr Persaud was VERY NICE!!! he didnt make me feel bad at all, didnt judge me, and most importantly didnt make me feel nervous. The entire process didnt take long at all and honestly other than just a Tiny bit of pressure, I literally felt no pain. I do not have the best teeth so i am frequently at the dentist, I sincerely mean it when I say MR AND MRS PERSAUD ARE AMAZING.

Charged a lot more than other dentists and were very rude with payment. Feels like they are scamming people. Go to Aspen dental instead.

These reviews are ON POINT! This dentist isnt qualified to make sandwhiches at Subway, much less Root canals. To add to the unprofessionism of this dentist, its comical that the office is publicly commenting back on negative reviews, cooincidently all very similar experiences, arguing that these people were ever treated there!If I could give you negative 5 stars I would. My experience started over a YEAR ago! I had a tooth that previously had a root canal and it broke. No pain, just not pretty. I came to Amberly Family Dentistry for two reasons : 1) The Saturday hours allowed me not to miss work and 2) They agreed to a payment plan.When I arrived to their office, they had me sign a treatment plan for over $4600 and told me that was with a discount and there were no other options but to put a bridge in . I was quoted $2600 for the exact same procedure by two other qualified denitsts in the area after my ordeal. I was told hey could split this up into payments ( at least three) as I put a large sum of money up front .I came in for my initial appointment in 2017. I put down over %60 of the cost just for a temporary bridge. I came back a month later and was told if I couldnt pay the entire remaining balance that day, no work would be done. Our agreement was that I would be able to make payments toward the remaining $1500. I offered to put down $800 that day and pay the remainder when the permanent crown was installed and the dentist became aggressive and rude. I was also told care credit would be charged and no payments due for six months. I received a bill for the full amount before any impressions were ever taken.It has been over TWO YEARS and I have since gone to another dentist as I am no longer comfortable with this dentist working on me. I have sent numerous emails and letters requesting the un- used portion of my payment back and have been disputing it with them to date. For the procedure completed that day, pulling a tooth, creating a poorly fitted temp that fell off and damaged my other teeth, and grind two perfectly good teeth down for a crown, I was charged $2300. After much debate their office has agreed to refund $770 of the almost $1400 they owe me.I just received an email that stated they couldnt release the check to me and I had to come in and sign a release of information. I no longer even live anywhere near Tampa, and I have been waiting ALMOST 2 YEARS FOR A REFUND!DO NOT GO TO AMBERLY FAMILY DENTISTRY. THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP THEIVES AND DO SLOPPY WORK. HONESTLY, IM NOT EVEN SURE HES BOARD CERTIFIED.

Oh my I just called the office right now not even two minutes ago. I wanted to take my child there for the FIRST TIME. And the lady that answered the phone was so rude. She sounded so upset. And I just wanted to go there for the first time today but after the expirience Over the PHONE I wont take a chance to go there in person because the same service she gave me on the phone is going to be the same or worst bad service in person. Wow. Disrespectful and unprofessional I am in shock how sad.

I was in shock reading how much the previous negative review was similar to mine. The only nice people were the front desk people who had nothing to do with my tooth extraction. I was in an extreme amount of pain and they made me believe pulling my tooth was the only option. They didnt explain anything and pulled my tooth out for an outrageous price. To top it off the dentist comes off rude and annoyed. If youre going to be in my mouth with a huge needle at least be kind. I tell everyone with tooth issues not to go here. It was my first time in a long time going to the dentist but I couldn’t bare the toothache I was having any longer. I did some research online for dentist in my plans networking and read the reviews and found Amberley dentistry. From the time I step foot in the door they made me feel at ease, from the guy at the front desk to the assistant and most of all Dr. Persaud. I had to have 2 surgical extractions and was nervous and scared but I didn’t feel a thing and the whole process didn’t take long at all. I didn’t have a regular dentist but I do now. They’re great at what they do, I’ve already recommended them. Thanks guys.

I left my previous dentist because they were only opened two days in Tampa office. I decided to go to Amberly Family Dentistry because they are opened longer hours and on Sats. They were very quick to get me in for an xray but they wouldnt work with my schedule for a cleaning. I waited for 2 month to have my teeth clean. They only have two hygienists. I finally I decided to take my business elsewhere and Im glad I did. At the new dentist place, they cleaned my teeth the same day as xray. So if you have a busy schedule, dont go here. They wont work with you.

I have been coming to this dentist for about 3 years and I absolutely love them the staff is professional and the dentist is amazing!!!! They even stayed after hours once for me I was having a dental emergency not a lot of dentist would do that and they make you feel part of their family!!

Dr Persaud and staff are professional and want you to have the most excellent in dental care. Dr Persaud takes pride in his work. I could not be more pleased. Time for another appointment. Ive read most of the reviews and the ones with a low rating surely are not rating this office. As many visits as Ive had to have, never once did I feel uncomfortable or mistreated.

I am so lucky to find an amazing dentist finally! I just moved to Tampa and do not know anyone. I took a chance and I am very satisfied with my choice! Dr. Persaud is so knowledgeable and compassionate. He is very upbeat and positive! He does not judge nor make you feel insecure about what youre going thru. He knows what would hurt and explains the procedure in detail. His customer service skills are superlative and makes you feel comfortable when he knows that the next step is going to hurt. He always puts himself in your shoes when he is treating a patient. The negative reviews on here are completely untrue! Not sure where they are coming from. Dental work is expensive and one should know that. I dont understand why they are complaining. Believe me, their rates are reasonable compared to others. I also would like to stress that Dr. Persaud is so good that he is able to identify the areas that needs to be adjusted when my partials cause me pain. Its like..he knows! I am very impressed! The staff is always nice and make it a point to explain the charges clearly until I understand what it is for. The reason why you are unable to get an appointment right away is because Dr. Persaud is an excellent Dentist! He has a lot of loyal patients that keeps on coming back because HE IS THAT GOOD! I like him so much that I sent my son who goes to USF to see him. He also was very impressed that he recommended Dr. Persauds office to his fellow classmates! EVERYONE in that office is kind and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend him, you wont be sorry!

So here is my story. I have not been respectful or responsible regarding my back teeth. I am not proud of that. But my back molar was severely decayed and infected to the point that I had already been to one dentist already and then the emergency room within the past 2 months. After taking 1500 mil of penicillin for 10 days, the infection was still there even though the swelling had gone down. The one dentist I went to previously advised that I had basically no choice and had to get a root canal to save it as it could not be removed. The total was well over 10k for everything. I obviously never went back and thankfully not. I contacted amberly family dental and the woman on the phone ( sry i didnt get her name ) was amazing she told me they would be able to help me and to come in first thing in the morning and on a Saturday at that. That was the first good sign. Second when I got there, they were all just very happy at their job. It didnt seem like anyone there dreaded going to work. Through the embassement of my tooths condition they made me extremely comfortable and not hesitant about anything. After the xray Dr Persaud advised me there was no saving that tooth. It was beyond repair and he could not believe another dentist would have subjected me to that for no reason and also pay more than my car is worth. He advised he would be able to remove it right away and he was amazing. He was very gentle, kind, and happy. He made me feel like I had no embarassing issue at all. So the molar was removed and I didnt even notice because he went out of his way (I felt) to make sure that I felt zero pain during the extration. It was a flawless procedure. Within 20 min of leaving, there was no more bleeding and my face finally feels amazing and I have no more dibilitating migraine. I cannot begin to thank them enough for everything. And my room nurse was super sweet. Her name was Megan. I have already set my next appointment. Like I said before I used to hate and be deathly afraid of dentist offices but I have finally found a keeper!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, and thank you. !!

First time calling (potential new client) and the receptionist sound like she just woke up from a nap and coughing all over the phone...she did not sound plesant or welcoming. I had to ask is this Amberly Dentistry. I choose another Dentist...

Im in extreme pain and need a root canal I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance and they said they did. Knowing I was in extreme pain they let me come all the way down there and let me sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes they called me back to a room and then proceeded to inform me they lied about accepting my insurance and expected me to pay the full cash amount. This is ridiculous I missed work and wasted hours dealing this place and Im still in extreme pain and now sitting in another waiting room. Everyone I dealt with here were nothing but rude and were basically disgusted by me when I said I didnt have the 3000 bucks they wanted. The dentist literally cussed me out the door

I had a dental emergency and was terrified, they took me in right away. I couldnt have been happier! This is a judgement free dentistry.

I have been going to Amberly Denist for about 7 years. They care about their patients and remember details about your life and needs that most dentist would forget. On more then one occasion Dr Persaud has suggested I wait to have procedures done because of other concerns that had nothing to do with teeth. I feel like they treat you like a person and not $$$. I just pulled open their web page to see what time they opened and saw a negative post about inappropriate questions and touching. He is a doctor and I think that it unfair to act like a Dr asking questions about any physical condition or mental health question is a bad thing considering most Heath care professionals just do what you came in for and run to the next room. If you want a robot who pulls teeth this place isnt for you. They will remember your name and ask about your life and other health issues. Also about 2 months ago they stayed till 7:30 on a Saturday to fix my crown. I think this place is a rare find!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE in dealing with Rachel at the front desk. Dentist was great ( despite the long wait time, but I was patient), dental hygienist was perfect and the guys at the front were so pleasant. If this dentist cares anything about his practice then he would fire Rachel. She gives this place a bad name. She is rude, cuts you off when youre speaking, unpleasant, confrontational and her attitude is stereotypical of someone who is primitive and was raised in the bushes. This woman wanted to charge me for a cancelled appointment when I showed up for the time that I was told. I showed up at 1 and she claimed that my appointment was for 130. I couldnt stay and expressed that I was told 1. The reminder card even had 1pm written on it and she wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I wrote to the dentist but he never responded and speaks volume of how uncaring and unconcerned he is about his patients. She made such a negatively lasting impression on me at that office and I am from NY where one would think I would have seen worst, but Rachel at Amberly Dentistry is the worst billing compliance person that I have ever met. WATCH YOUR BILL!! I tell everyone that I meet about my experience and since then I have found a new dentist and his staff is the complete opposite of Amberly dentist. I implore you Amberly Dentistry to allow other members to train Rachel on what it means to be PROFESSIONAL in the workplace. I have taken my time to write of my experience in the hopes that it will help you make an informed decision about your choice to visit this horrific place.

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Persaud. Im they type of person who would normally have pain after something as simple as a cleaning and have a pretty healthy fear of Dentists. Im pretty sure that Dr. Persaud is some kind of wizard... I had to have a root canal and a wisdom tooth removed all within the span of a couple days. I felt no pain at all and was actually really surprised that he had already completed the procedures. He and his staff knew I was terrified and they really went out of their way to make sure that I was ok during each procedure. He made a point to call and check up on me after each procedure and when I needed to come back in he worked around my crazy work schedule to make sure that I could see him. He has a really great way of talking with his patients so that it never seems like hes lecturing. If I had found him and his team when I was a kid I can safely say that I would not have a fear of dentists. Its awesome that theres someone there 24 hours a day as well. All of his staff are really knowledgeable and you can tell that they really do care. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I really cant recommend them enough. I wish that more dentists were like him and Im so thankful for everything that he and his team have done!

Best dentist Ive ever encountered! Ive never been so happy!

My girlfriend went here this week for some minor oral pain. The dentist saw that she has some visible scars on her leg and started to question her extensively about her history with clinical depression. Not just minor inquiries, but asking very specific questions that made her uncomfortable enough to inform me of the incident. During this, he also touched the scar on her thigh without any kind of prior approval. Needless to say, we cancelled her next appointment and will not be seeking dental treatment from this practice ever again. Frighteningly unprofessional.

This office is horrible .They have to be the rudest dental office Ive ever been in If i were you i would never walk through the door. So let me tell you how my journey to the abyss went. So i went there and as soon as i walked in the door i felt a weird atmosphere . Im really big on energy and I knew something was wrong.. My thing is if you dont like your job dont do it. So back to the story so i filled out the paperwork and realized that i didnt have my license. So i proceed to ask is there another form of Id. So this guy tells me do you drive. like who the hell asks that type of stuff like what are we in a dmv. An proceeds to say other things and at that point im over it. It was like he was treating me like i wasa illegal alien or worst a bum. So i look at this man like are u kidding me ... so i gather my things and leave .. i dont deal with rude people in professional settings . I do see that on other reviews that people say they are rude. In not going to a office were I will have my wisdom tooth removal and ur staff cant even be professional and be rude when i walk in the door so i rather not get a sensitive procedure done. If your staff is unprofessional and rude then i would rather not meet the man behind them. Sorry been burnt before no thanks. To many horror stories with wisdom teeth to go through that. So u been warned and i will be letting the insurance company i work for know about the service i had. Btw i had to put a star to even post the review. i wouldnt give them this.

Rachel the secretary kept rushing me to make a decision about my broken teeth when I had to talk to my parents about this procedure that could cost more than a thousand dollar, she was absolutely unprofessional and did not understand the seriousness of the situation. She was also really rude and kept belittling me for being a college student.

I got a filing on my front tooth that was absolutely seamless. I was in and out within half an hour and I still dont feel any pain.

What kind of professional comments on google and accuses a patient of not even coming to the practice. Im obviously seeking treatment but your unprofessional response proves they were telling the truth

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK. I never write reviews, but I just had to let someone know how rude these people were. They had an attitude with me since I walked in the door and I will NEVER return!

I had been dealing with a rotten broken molar tooth for a little over 4 years, I have seen several dentists who prescribed me antibiotics to get rid of the abscess and then they wanted to pack the tooth, I walked into amberly family dentistry and they did an x-ray of my tooth and there was no question the dentist insisted it be removed!!my tooth is out and is currently healing, the office was clean they where professional and overall it was the best experience Ive had at a dentist.

They are not open on sundays

They will charge you a higher cost for a procedure that won’t be relevant to your solution then solve your problem by making you pay more for the solution.

Worst dental experience of my life.
