So, my cat had dropped my laptop a few times, causing it to have this funny error and have a hard time reading my hard drive. Max was able to send out a technician to me in Plant City, and they came amazingly fast! I apologize as I forgot to ask his name, but he did a very good job and was able to hold a pleasant conversation all while looking at my laptop. He checked some things, put it back together and slowly, it started properly again! I plan on possibly upgrading later just to make it easier on my laptop in the future, and the price of it all was very decent! Very happy with the services I have received! (They even messaged me for a follow up on how it was still running, but I unfortunately only saw it just before I went to bed last night! Very considerate team!)

Max was awesome, my computer stopped working and i called a few people bbefore him, they all wanted 49, 79, 89 whatever for a diagnostic. Not only did he not charge for a diagnostic, but I told max my problem and he said thats either motherboard or power supply most likely, but wont know for sure until we open it up sure enough, he was spot on, and he gave me a very fair price to get it all fixed. on top of all that, when i texted him about updates, he gave them promply and didnt leave me hanging. Couldnt recommend him more

My laptop got stuck in a loop during starting and Max was immediately responsive when i reached out on Thumbtack. When we determined that I needed to take my laptop to his office he was able to fit me in immediately.Max is extremely professional, personable and knows what he is doing. He ran diagnostics, found the problem and now my laptop is running like a sports car! He took the time to help me set up some programs, made sure i felt good about the reboot.
