Not only is Mark great at fixing computers but he’s also a great guy too. He was very friendly over the phone and in person and also responded to questions over text and calls quickly and attentively. His casual demeanor made it feel like I was asking for computer help from a friend. What really stood out to me was that he offered to help me FREE OF CHARGE after I tampered with the computer after he fixed it and unfortunately broke the computer again. I have a high end PC with an RTX 3080. I tried to over lock my CPU and GPU. I failed miserably and I was sure I broke my PC. The system wouldn’t even turn on the fans when I hit the Power button. Mad PC repair had my system fixed up and Running and also OverClocked the CPU and GPU perfectly. My PC is blazing fast. I was running warzone at 90-100 FPS with low graphics settings and now I’m at 160-180 on high graphics settings. And if all that wasn’t good enough, I never left my house to get all this work done on my PC.
