I broke the screen on my android. I cant afford an upgrade. Metro would not give me a good enough discount for a new one. Other cell phone repair companys wanted to charge me 80 to 100 dollars. Great work on my new LG phone screen! I tried doing it myself first with some half priced garbage I got from Amazon/China. That screen was dead in a week and then I had to send that trash back to china to get my money back. The screen DreTech put on was clearly higher quality than any I could find online. I should have just come here first and not tried to be cheap.

I solve most issues on my own, and can troubleshoot, so when I need someone, it is a relative deep issue. The few times I have used someone, they keep the computer two or three days, then tell me they need to just wipe the system drive. So I spend another day restoring.Recently, I had a sudden network connection failure. Decided to Try this place and could not be more pleased. They had the problem resolved in a couple of hours. Charged me only the amount of the diagnostic fee...which was very reasonable, and didnt reimags the hard drive. On top of all that, he was just a really nice guy. I cant recommend highly enough.

The shop was reccomend to me from the mgr of a at&t store who couldnt help me fix me phone but when i came here the owner helped me fix my phone for free. I definetly reccomend them if your having issues with your phone or service.

I had a problem with my Nexus 5 phone. Andre charged $25 to diagnose the problem and determined it was a bad on/off button since that is the most used button on this phone. He tried fixing the original button and gave me back the phone within 4 hours. He charged a total of $50 and applied the $25 for the diagnosis fee towards that. The phone worked ok for 12 hours than reverted to the same problem. I got frustrated and bought a new phone. After buying a new phone I called Andre to let him know the $50 fix didnt work. I offered to sell him the Nexus 5 for cheap and let him fix & resell it. He instead offered to fix it and let me resell it on my own unlocked for a much better price. He then ordered a brand new on/off button and installed it along with the upgraded 5.1.1 software program for the phone. He tested it for 2 days to make sure it was properly fixed. He didnt charge me any extra from the original $50 I paid to have it fixed. The fact that he didnt charge extra money or try to buy my phone cheap, fix it, and flip it for a good profit tells me he is a stand up guy.

My reason for contacting DreTech was to see if they could set up a new printer on 2 computers to work in my RV. My opinion is that there are a lot of computer repair business and only a few are worthy of our business. DreTech is one of those that are richly deserving. A lady answered the phone when I called and, after describing my problem to her, she simply stated with confidence that they could fix me up – and with assurance of a reasonable turn-around time. I took my wife’s and my computers, plus our new printer that I was unable to set up, to the shop. It’s a small business, and the technician started my wife’s computer while I was still there. In only a few minutes – probably less than 5 – she told me my wife’s machine had a virus. I instructed her run virus checks on both computers. I also made what could have been a mistake anywhere else and told her I was in no great hurry. I got both computers back the next afternoon! Both had been checked for viruses and cleaned (digitally, not as with soap and water). Not only that, they ran a number of updates, particularly on my wife’s machine and had it running notably faster. We had decided we were going to buy a new computer to replace hers, but after their excellent and thorough work, there was no need. So, DreTech saved me $500-$1000 bucks! These are the things I liked about DreTech that warrant a maximum positive rating. 1) They are responsive and kept me updated on progress – keeps customers happy and lets them know their problem is being worked; 2) they exude confidence in their ability to perform necessary repairs; 3) repairs are timely; 4) they don’t just check on the customers problem, they look at other things that might be or cause potential problems; and 5) the charge for their sterling performance? Beyond fair!! I’ll just say it was much less than I expected. I just gave you five very good reasons why you should give DreTech an opportunity to support your computer or cell phone repair needs.
