Ive been receiving service from Teck Guru for about 4 years now. This company provides quality services from the top on down. I run a after school program where I have 17 computers operating across the board. You can assume that kids surf the internet and come across some bad websites, and sometimes case viruses on the system. Ive have those experiences over the years, and the Teck Guru came through and fix every problem Ive had.This company takes the necessary time to make sure the problem is fixed, ensure the customer that the the cost being reasonable. They dont leave the job until its done. Plus, their word is trustworthy as well. When they say its going to be finish at a certain time you better believe it will be done.This is my tech service company for life, and I encourage everyone who reads this message to give them a shot. I have used this company for years for my home and business. My employess have used this company as well. I have used many tech companies prior. This is the first Tech company that I have been happy. They are great people to work with. Very good at what they do. Available within reasonable amount of time. Usually can fix the problem. Answers questions in understandable way. I am pretty tech savvy for the average person however when I needed to access my computer from out of the office I didnt even know how to begin. I knew I needed to network the computers but I had no clue how to do so. I called Teck Guru from the google listing and explained what I need. Teck Gurus representative knew exactly what I needed and how to get it done. He was able to do it for much less then any hosting service and I am extremely pleased with the customer service and attention to our matter that we received from Teck Guru. I am having another computer problem today completely unrelated to the networking situation, I have already called Teck Guru and I have no doubt that I will be up and running again shortly. The representative was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Teck Guru is my new go to for anything computer problem related.
