InRsite has repair 3 Laptops and Upgrade another. I have gone to both locations in Brandon and Riverview, and the staff were great. They always take the time to explain the options and advise the best. Prices for service and Repair are reasonable. I would always recommend to use InRsite.

If you need above and beyond service, you MUST go to Inrsite. My law firm was looking for IT services on labor day weekend, and could not find a soul to help us. Mital offered to get on the phone with us at 9pm on a holiday weekend and fixed our issue with multiple computers. Best buy charged me $60 and took a month to tell me my laptop would be $600 to fix after I dropped it and it wouldnt turn on any more. After a friend told me about Inrsite and its free diagnostic I dropped it off for a second opinion. They found the problem was actually something else, and fixed it for $64. Im going to Inrsite first from now on!

In late Feb 2013 decided to replace some key parts on my gaming PC. After speaking with John W. on the phone, I felt like I could trust InRsite with my rig and I was not disappointed. From the initial conversation, up until the work was complete John was professional and friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. He assessed my current PC problems and gave me his recommendations. A big plus is that InRsite using Newegg as their benchmark for hardware pricing, and their suppliers. I also had the option of ordering my own parts from Newegg myself.All in all the work took about a week from the time I dropped of my PC to the time I picked up the rebuild. John kept me in the loop every step of the way, took lots of before and after pictures and never once got annoyed with the myriad of inane questions I asked such as Can I get pink LEDs? Also, John was genuinely excited about building my PC - even with the pink LEDs. This is a rarity. Other places I called were just so blah when I spoke to them on the phone. The pricing was more than fair for all of the work that was put into the machine. I am completely ecstatic about my new PC. I am disappointed that I had to stop playing Skyrim to write this review though, but John deserves the kudos. He rocks!
