Buying the papers for printer, and cashier provided to me special offer, if I buy one and get 2nd by discount. One block of papers cost 10.19$, if I get two, total price will be 12$, but they are charged me 20.38 $! It is work like this way!

I’ve used this location’s print services for several months now. I have to print large jobs frequently due to my job in the legal field and having a fully remote office. The copies are always ready when I’m notified to go into the store. I’m able to pick up curbside, which is an added perk. I’ve also had to purchase various office supplies. There was one time that something was out of stock. No big deal. I was notified immediately. If you’re in a time crunch, I can’t say this is the most speedy place to get your print jobs completed. However, if you need basic office supplies or have a simple print job, this is the place to go! I would recommend uploading the documents you need copies of electronically through their website instead of going in and facing potential long wait times.

Ive been going to this location for about 3 years and they never have the printer ink, however, they put the plastic containers back on the shelf as if they actually have the product in the back. Worst off they will have the more expensive ink that i cannot afford, BAIT AND SWITCH. INVENTORY CONTROL office depot needs to look into this problem. i always have to drive 4 miles away to go to Staples, who actually do INVENTORY CONTROL on their printer ink, in the 3 years that your company has denied me the products that i require, i have always found them at STAPLES, you need to get your INVENTORY CONTROL under control, or your management team, because this is incompetence. This is the last time, i will not be going back.

I arrived here at 3.02 pm to print 7 pages using the printme service. I was able to finishvat 4.30 pm. There was a rude customer service representative named Ralph who was the 1st person I asked for help when I noticed there were issues with the speed of the printme service and he told me he couldnt do anything about it. After I had been there patienly for almost an hour he approached me again and asked me if I have issues and I responded that I had but after an hour I was almost ready and at this point I didnt need his help, he get mad and threat me me that he can reset the system if he and eventhough I told him not do it because I had been here for an hour trying to print only 7 pages and I was almost ready with only one page left, he push me out of the machine and reset the system. The same person I asked for help when I came in and he refuse to help.When I ask him why he reset the system when I told him to hold until the last page was processed, his answer was, you told me you dont need my help because you were angry, now how you feel? Are you angry now . He smile and went away. His name is Ralph. Worst customer service experience ever.

This is absolutely the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life. The short manager with the body of a teenager and the face of an old lady made me wait for 1 hour and 30 mins and she helped other people out and was laughing with them and answering phone calls, she completely ignored me for whatever reason it was. She never told me that the machine was broken which i found out about before leaving. She never explained me about the difference between the papers for the photo, there was no communication, no customer service and she didn’t wanted to speak spanish to my mom that didn’t know english. But anyway what u do wrong always comes back to you.

Terrible experience! I have been trying to get 3 11x14 photos printed for 3 days and have been unsuccessful. The first attempt they made, there were lines down the sides of all 3 photos and thought that was acceptable. The 2nd attempt the machine wasnt working and the girl working said once they fixed the machine, I would be notified. Never got a call. On the 3rd visit to the store, I was told there had been no attempt to reprint and then they printed the wrong sizes. Will never use office depot for printing again.

Ever since the hillsborough tag office closed, easy to slip in and out parking. Helpful staff who will try to make it right. All you office needs in on compact location.They may not advertise much, but they have been price competitive over the years for hardware. My wife likes them for their quick copy and fax service, a quick stop on the way home from work.Try them, them might be right for you.

I had a horrible experience at the printing department. I placed in order at the printing center and then the next day I call to put a rush and I get told that the person who made the order wasnt going to be in until later in the day and they would call me back. WHY can only ONE person help me? Then, I have to call them back because of course... no one called me back and I get told that he has 3 people hes helping and STILL I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL FROM HIM! On top of it all the guy MATT, I believe was his name got extremely rude with me and started to yell at me. I dont like to put out bad reviews cause I am extremely understanding but when someone YELLS at me I go all the way. Matt is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills, this is probably his first job based on his people skills. Office Depot shouldnt have a person like this on their team. Absolutely horrible, go to the one on Hillsborough instead, or even Dale Mabry. You will not be satisfied here.

Can this location be any worse? You select the option to pick up an order at the pick up station and it’s there 60% of the time. If for some reason it’s not at the pick up station they make you wait in line for 15 mins. I have orders say they are “ready” and they never have them. They are just lost! Whenever they don’t have my copies they haven’t refunded my money. I’ve even showed them the confirmation for pick up. I only use this place when our printer is out of ink and I’m in a bind. I wouldn’t recommend.

The most rudest customer service I have ever experienced from what I guess was the so-called manager in the print department! I needed documents printed from my iPhone he pointed to a copier and told me the directions are they are just to follow them. I found myself challenged went back three times asking for help he told me he was busy! I walked out of the store never to go back. if they ever close the doors to this place it sure will not be missed!

Staff working was very friendly. Place was clean and very well taken care of. Am a gave us a discount for being first timers at that location!

I will never order anything else to pick up on this location. They never found my items and the order was ready to pick up as you see in the picture. This place is terrible.

Standing on line forever while waiting to be helped..... Not sure what everyone is doing but there not helping customers. Seen multiple employees and they said just wait in line. In line for what i just want to buy some envelopes

I cant even begin to explain how helpful Connie was in the printing department. She truly enjoys her job and definitely took the extra step to make sure I was truly satisfied with my prints before I left the store. She was able to multitask efficiently and got everything done for me in a timely manner. Thanks!!!

Generally they have what I need but getting help finding what you need is often challenging. I find the store clean and well stocked but understaffed. Ive sometimes wait quite sometime to just be rung up which seems like should be a priority to have an actual cashier. If the store was properly manned Id give it a fifth star. Until then just four based on cleanliness and selection.

Came in two times the first place I waited 30 minutes and no one didnt even say we will be with you in one second or anything, the gentleman was more then happy to take a group of girls that were there after me and he took his sweet time so I left and decided to come back later. Came back and still waited in line for about 20 minutes with no one saying anything to me. I get someone and they cant find my order I have to resend it to them. The order was finally given to me. Really needs help with customer service and treatment.

Stopped in to purchase a desk. Waited in the desk area with my wife and two young children for approx. 40 minutes. Nobody every waited on us, asked if we needed help, even said hello in those 40 minutes. I pulled up the desk on wanted on their website and it was in stock, saved 5% by ordering for pickup... did this while I was at the store. Email said it might take an hour for my order to be ready. I waited about 40 minutes, went up to the counter and asked about my pick up order (still havent been waited on btw). She was very kind and said she would check, some dude then comes out with an attitude and tells me he just received my order 5 minutes ago... okay, not my problem your system is slow. Moving along, about 10 minutes later another person brings my order out and with an attitude tells me to pull my car up.... I asked if he needed to verify that it was my order, he asked if I paid for it, I said yes, I paid for it online, but you dont know that I am who I say I am... he says again with an attitude, pull your car up. I pulled my car up, he tells me 3 times it wont fit into the back of my Grand Cherokee.. I put it in my Grand Cherokee myself and it fit. They never even verified that it was my order... it is my order, but not sure how they know that. I didnt show ID, credit card I paid with or anything. Rude people, poor service, Office Depot is a franchise, go to a different location.

Horrible experience overall. The initial phone call to the store was met with un-professional behavior and a seeming disdain for the job at hand. The conversation was curt and the answer flippant and the associate, Christian, was rude to the core. I wrote this off to him being busy and in a rush, but no, this behavior continued during the store visit. The three people waiting for service enjoyed the conversation Christian had with the Fed X driver while they waited in vain for their answers to be answered and were handled by a generic response thats just the way the system is, so good luck. Honestly, observing Christians customer service skills was like watching a monkey hump a doorknob. Shocking and disgusting. I never did get my print job as his knowledge base and lack of technical skills behind the counter equaled his apathy in conducting himself professionally in the store. As a business owner myself, this behavior would not be tolerated as he would cost me business. In my opinion, Christian is a poor example of the people you want in your store. I went to Staples for my print job across town and will continue to do this as opposed to putting up with Christians piss poor attitude and incompetence.

This location is conveniently located next to Target, a gas station, a bank and a few fast food restaurants. There is rarely a long line for printing or copying services. If there is you should expect to wait a while as printing services can take a while and many employees arent in this area at once. Never had an unpleasant experience here.

I went the last half-hour before they closed (dont do this lol) to print a single paper and the lady who helped me was great and patient, even while balancing 4 customers. Make sure if youre theyre for printing to have your flash drive ready with the document you want to print! Easy and convenient

Service at this Office Depot was remarkably slow and staffing seemed to be quite low. The normal behavior of speeding up your tempo when a rush of customers come in, was lost on this staff. A slow time of day doesnt mean your react slowly to customers. I would not recommend coming to this store on your lunch break, unless you get 2 hours for lunch.

Ordered invitations online because the site says ready in an hour. I called 2 hours later after not receiving any notification they were ready and they still werent ready! I said i would give them more time and come after my other errands, it is now 7 hours after i placed the order and they are still not ready. The lady just told me they are under staffed and run behind all the time so if you are in a rush dont waste your time!

Terrible customer service. Asked to get something printed because I needed it resized and was told to use the self service area because the guy was busy with another customer. Self service printers did not shrink anything and printed everything too big. None of the other employees who werent helping customers offered to help, including the manager. Will never go back.

Self-service copier malfunctioned, but staff were happy to help and I got what I needed quickly. They also provided faster recommendations for the next time. Staff were very friendly.

If you need print needs quick this isnt the place let alone being acknowledged while standing in line over 25 minutes to get paper cut.

Usually a good experience here customer service wise. However this last time we went, Mr. Shanahan as his name tag said was very abrasive and rude to us while checking out. If it werent for my kids being with me I definitely would have given him a piece of my mind.

Customer service is trash . They dont acknowledge you ever, Every time I go there Theres a line and 1 person working while the other employees wonder aimlessly around the store oh and not to mention you can usually seem the peeking over the displays seeing the line.it should not take 10-15 mins to get a couple of copies of paper. Their shopping cart is broken and they tried to fix it by using the zip tie to tighten it. And the zip ties are very sharp and it keeps cutting me a few times when ai tried to move the cart or unloading items. Very uncomfortable when shopping here because of their cheap way to fix the shopping cart

We had saw a glue on sale online and they match the price at the store I was very pleased with the place

The guy waiting on me to know the answer to my question but he went ahead and looked it up on Google and found that the discs I was going to buy would suit my purpose. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right thing.

I order quite a bit and pick it up here very convenient parking is plentiful you have lowes and target on each side of the store prices are a bit higher then staples

I shop here for stationary and also whenever I need to send the fax theyre a lot cheaper than going to the FedEx on Dale Mabry Boulevard, there half the price. So if you need fax, forget the FedEx on Dale Mabry and Fletcher youll be paying $22 like I did to fax 7 papers go to Office Depot on West Waters Avenue and save yourself $14 or so

Little hidden secret year after year on Black Friday sale, they often have the inventory of the items that get sold out in other/nearby Office Depot.

The waiting time to print or to pay can be a little long due to there not being enough workers, but they are very helpful.
