The technicians at CMIT Tampa-Temple Terrace have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful. When having a problem with our ISP, we kept being told it was our equipment. With much help from these guys, it was proven to be the equipment of the ISP. Jerry pushed the issue and got it resolved. I would highly recommend!

I have used CMIT to help in my personal and business life and have always been amazed at their professionalism and fast response time. In my experience with the company, they can create something custom for everyone.

We are a small office with two employees. We decided to setup a Windows Server and security endpoint among other upgrades earlier this year. We contracted with CMIT Tampa a local franchise owned by Fizentech. Initial meeting was late July at our facility. It is now almost New Years and they have barely addressed basic needs. They promise “Fastest Response Times in Tampa Bay” but have been taking weeks to address anything. They only respond to tasks. There has been no overall plan. There has been no testing of our equipment to look for risk factors. They ignore issues. They have insisted we pay in advance even though we have six figure credit with manufacturers we have worked with for almost 20 years. Now they want to keep our money and I have no choice but to look else ware for our IT support.Update 1-4-2020We have come to learn that CMIT never bothered to check the status of and update the firmware or BIOS of our server even though our request was to fully setup the server for our needs. The BIOS was five revisions old!The server was running on its internal clock instead of an external NTP server. Errors being reported by the server were not addressed until I alerted you to them.iDRAC was never setup which for you to provide remote support would be a basic thing to do.At our initial sit down meeting I said I was hiring you to be our IT department. I didnt have time to spend on doing this myself. We asked for guidance and recommendations both on configuration of current equipment and hardening of our security. You assured us that was the plan. In repeated written requests for this to be completed you chose to only act on a specific request for an urgent task to be completed. I had to track down these issues to make you aware of them. Time I did not have. You failed us as a trusted partner to provide the support you promised at our meeting.All we asked was for you to provide the services we were willing to pay for. You did not do that.I look forward to receiving that check. If it is faster, I can come by and pick it up.
