Contacted them about some rather specific requests for some personalized luggage tags, and they responded very quickly. She was very helpful in the email exchange, and each request I made was met. Items were shipped promptly, and look excellent.

I ordered a patch that ended up getting lost in the mail. When I reached out to the company, they sent out the patch again with free 2-day shipping with no issues. I highly recommend them and plan on being a return customer!

These folks are always spot on! I have visited twice in the past 18-months needing embroidered name patches or a plastic name batches ASAP. For a small additional fee ($3) they have produced my product while I waited in site. Max time soup to nuts... 20 - minutes. The ladies taking the orders out front are friendly and helpful. WOW! Excellent work. We needed nearly 40 uniform shirts and a dozen hats for our property management company embroidered with our logo. Got the shirts and hats today and they are perfect. The best part is that they gave us feedback during the process, giving us their opinions on material, colors and imagery.We have 5 companies that all have uniform branding needs at one time or another and Uniform NameTape is the 3rd company weve worked with. Nobody seemed to take ownership of our projects they did. Well be using them for all of our uniform needs from now on.

Sandy and her team got back to me within 24hrs with a proof, and made all 15 patches within 48 hrs. Better quality and price than previous vendor we used, and ahead of schedule. Ordered name tapes, a plastic name plate and USCG Auxiliary insignia. The name tapes were fine, but the plastic name plate and insignia were very low quality. The name plate was sloppily engraved, with the letters being inconsistent thickness. The insignia were the wrong colors and nothing more than a blob of thread. You could not identify it as the USCGAUX collar insignia. Waste of money.

This company does great work and they are relatively fast. The turnaround is only a few days and the pricing isnt bad either. I would recommend this place to a friend.

I purchased three Personalized Luggage Tags. They were made with one grommet and they didnt last more than 7 months; they disappeared during my travels. The one snap just didnt hold up. I have some that I had made in Korea over ten years ago that have two grommets and although a little worn, are still attached. I sent the company an e-mail about the problem and never heard back from them.

Minimal alterations can be done. Only do alterations if they feel like it. For example i jad pants altered there last year. Took a new pair in for the same alteration. This time they claim they cant do it and have never done it. Waste of time.

Place closed today for holiday. Been there before their prices are very reasonable.

They got what you need to make your uniform ready to wear. Alterations, some patches, etc. No real uniforms for sale. 3 day turnaround, 2 days for rush of 5 bucks.

Very unorganized, I have taken my uniforms here a few times so far. The first time, it took them an extra day than quoted just to sow on military rank to one uniform. The second time, my rank on my ABUs was slanted to the left and they questioned on where to fix the rank that they incorrectly sown. The third time I came to this establishment and I promise last time that I came here, they had my uniforms for over a week and quoted me a pickup on Thursday. I came on that Thursday afternoon and non of my uniforms were ready for pickup, this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and unprofessional. VERY last minute!! I DO NOT recommend coming here and trust me it takes a lot for me not to recommend a business of service. Unhappy customer and I will make sure to take my Uniforms to MacDill AFB from now on.

I wouldve given them 5 stars cause my name tape was perfectly done and it was shipped the day after. The only thing is it came in late. I thought it was 2-3 days of shipping but it came in 6 days, which is kinda disappointing

Best Luggage Tags ... Period. Just ordered my 2nd set after TEN YEARs! And only after just one of the original five tags had a snap break, the others are fine. They read my special request on colors, did it just the way I wanted, and still got order to me by mail in less than a week. V/r CDR Bill Clarke

Do not go to this place! I had to make minor alterations on a ASU pants and rank/stripes on the coat, got charge a ridiculous amount, almost as much as the coat it self!! I even got charged a differnt price from what I was originally told when I dropped off my uniform. I didnt even purchase the rank/stripes there .. I have never bothered to write a bad review but I had to this time because I will never recommend this place to any of my soldiers.

HUGEEEEE shout out to UNT. Called and placed an order for 2 name tapes, 2 army tapes and 2 ssg ranks all Velcro backed. Absolutely must have next day as I was leaving for 2 weeks....had them next day no teeth pulling no persuasion. Will absolutely do business with again.-SSG Caven
