Exceeded my expectations! I had two linen couches sealed with Microseal and Anthony gave me the options I had in order not to ruin the fabric. He was very professional and personable. His main priority was to clean the couches as best he could while maintaining the quality of the linen. He did a test run on one cushion and kept asking for my opinion on certain things before continuing. He wanted to make sure I was content with the quality and service which I was! He even took my Afghan rug which was very reasonably priced for a cleaning with a quick turn around time including delivery. I couldnt have asked for more!

Anthony was extremely professional and did a great job. We had pet odors from previous tenants that have struggled with since moving into our rental. My whole house smells amazing now! I also had my kitchen tile cleaned and the amount of gunk that came off the floor was appalling. The tile looks great now and the grout is like new in color again. Anthony did a great job and I can’t recommend Zerorez enough.

I called them for carpet cleaning needed within 48 hrs & although booked on Saturday Lee told me hed fit ours in. He gave a 4 hour window & stayed in touch with exact time. The tech was really nice and showed us the areas as he cleaned them to make sure we were happy. I was happy for the most part but there were areas of the carpet that didn’t appear as clean as others. At first I thought maybe it was just that certain areas were dirtier than others and more difficult to clean but the next day when al was dry it almost looked like it just wasn’t cleaned consistently; with the same effort. I’m not really complaining but thought that with this service it would be better than other carpet cleaning companies. My carpet in the bedrooms are cheap and old. They did the best they could to clean them. They came out as good as we could expect. The tile cleaning was great. Never seen my grout lines so clean. I’m a satisfied customer. Very professional and polite. I’ll use them again.

Tony was great! On time, professional and personable. We had 4 rooms done along with a sectional sofa. The cleaning didnt take too long and everything was dry within 4-6 hrs like Tony said. The carpets look great again and the sofa like brand new. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there was a few animal crimes committed over the past few years but theyre all gone!

Tech was nice and friendly, arrived on time. Carpets looked clean when he left, but over the course of hours and drying you can see stains that were not removed. It’s old carpet so maybe they will never come out. Also we think the exhaust from his vehicle killed a shrub in our front landscaping, no other explanation for a whole shrub being all brown and discolored the day after he left.

Connor came and sprayed my carpets with the pet enzymes and cleaned the carpets in the hallway and living areas.They look great and I am very happy with the experience. Connor was very thorough and explained the whole process to me.I will be using them again when the carpets need another touch up.

Good job. Tony, the technician that came out was fantastic. For them to charge a $19 service fee is ridiculous. That was more than a 10% fee that they just decide to charge their customers. Bad practice, and may not use them in the future because of it. Without the made up service fee, it wouldve been 5 stars.

Was supposed to be here at house between 3 and 6. No show, no call, nothing letting me know that they were running behind. Called customer service and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Why would I reschedule with a company who doesnt value my time?

I used ZeroRez for the first time for carpet and tile cleaning. Both floors came out great, will definitely use them again. Our technician Connor F was professional and friendly. The process for about 350 sq ft of tile and 200 of carpet was 90 minutes. I had already moved all the furniture off the areas being cleaned so that made it go faster.

Tony was great! I think this is the second or third year he’s been the service person to come to our house. He remembered my mother and is very personable.

Original complaint: Charged us for 2 rooms he didnt even touch. I might as well have mopped the floor and kept my $1200.**However**The owner/manager came out 2 hours after I made this comment and blew us away. He went back through the entire house and redid everything! He noticed the spaces that werent cleaned correctly and apologized profusely. I love the fact that hecared enough to come out and see what the issue was, little did I know he was ready to fix it right then!Thank you!

The reservation process and communications throughout the cleaning service were outstanding. I received 24 hour notice from Connor who provided the service. He also contacted me to see if I was flexible for an earlier appointment (which I welcomed) and then updated me with a 30 minute arrival notice this afternoon. Very professional and thorough and would definitely use zerorez of Tampa again!

I found these people through a FaceBook ad. I liked the fact that they said they used only water not chemicals to clean. The appointment was easy to set up and confirm. The tech showed up on time and was professional and personable. He went over agreed upon services. He worked efficiently. The carpet looks great. It was moderately soiled previously- nothing really bad. I would recommend this company and process.

Our ceramic tiles are beautiful but have been very challenging to clean since our recent move in. Anthony from zero Rez was awesome! He explained everything thoroughly, was on time, and super communicating and professional. He even took a before/after video for us that shows the awesome difference.

The service was good overall. He was very professional and even went over a few highly soiled areas as requested. It was louder than I expected but he was in and out within 90 mins after cleaning 3 rooms. I was not a fan of the door remaining open during that time...afraid something might crawl in. Would have appreciated a way to add a tip with the invoice since I had no cash. I would recommend the service to others.

Zero Rez has now saved our carpets twice after having a sick dog. In both instances they were able to remove stains that no over-the-counter cleaner could even touch. The technicians have always been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Tony did a beautiful job cleaning the rug. Our dog was using it to mark her territory… It was pretty bad. All of the urine spots came out and it looks brand new. Thank you for cleaning without using harmful chemicals and without leaving soap residue.

Cleaned 3 rooms, which one combo area was considered oversized, so the Tech (Anthony, who was wonderful) only charged an oversized fee, which was better than an extra room fee. He was thorough and explained in detail how their process works. Very impressed, did MUCH better than the last major carpet company (SS) did. Dried quickly and looks amazing!!! I highly recommend and will use again!!!

We have used this company multiple times in Indianapolis so they were our first go to when we heard they were operating in this area. I had wanted to get my mattress and chairs cleaned for the last 5 years and just havent done it. The mattress looks brand new and we could not have had a better experience overall. Highly recommend.

Staff was nice when I called to make the appointment and technician that performed the service for us was great but unfortunately our carpets are no cleaner then they were before Zerorez cleaned them. We had some fresh and old pet urine stains so we paid an extra $85 to have them spray for the smell but it did nothing. The urine smell is still there and the high traffic areas are still dirty. We usually clean the carpets ourselves with a carpet machine and ammonia but wanted to save ourselves time and hire a company before Christmas but now we have to redo it. People were great but I would not recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

We just had our carpets cleaned with Zerorez and were so impressed with their services. David was polite, arrived on time, and worked hard from start to finish. Our carpets were in pretty bad shape with stains and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out.With young kids, we try to avoid using chemicals whenever possible, which is what made me decide on using Zerorez. We got all the carpets cleaned, and he was done within an hour and a half. By the time he finished, the first room was almost dry.We had our carpets cleaned professionally before, but they didnt come anywhere near this clean. I was so excited with how these really old stains were coming out, and without chemicals! I will definitely be using Zerorez from now on.
