Would definitely recommend and use again when needed! Area rugs look brand new and smell amazing! The owner was quick, responsive, and on time. Called for an appointment and he was out within two days to do the service. Def recommend.

They came last Thursday (8/19) for a pet odor in my sectional. I let it dry in hopes their treatment would work. Now I understand they cant guarantee a clean, odorless couch, but I definitely didnt expect it to dry by the next day and smell worse than before. Almost like they pulled the odor to the top of the couch because even before the treatment it didnt smell this bad. I love that I got a 10% discount for scheduling online, but honestly this was a waste of $250.

This Proprietor states very clearly he does “follow-up” on his website, however, upon calling the following day to inform of some undesirable results, the response consisted of various inappropriate insults, demeaning and debating verbiage.The conversation quickly diminished due to the lack of professional communication skills.As a true professional and vastly successful previous Cleaning Business Owner, I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service.

They cleaned our carpet, I paid them via check. I got a call 2 weeks later from the owners wife accusing me of writing a bad check and telling me that it is a felony. I tried to resolve the issue by calling my bank, the bank assured me that I didnt wrote a bad check and all they needed to do was to rerun the check. I called them back, the owner said if they dont receive ir payment in 10 days they will send out for my arrest. The bank has every interaction with them recorded. They told them that all they need to do is run the check. They refused. The husband told me he didnt want to speak to me and only wanted to speak to my husband. We begged them to rerun the check.Update:They deposited their check and got their money.

I just had an awful and unnecessary experience with National Cleaning Company in Wesley Chapel. I was scheduled for service between 3pm and 5pm. They were a no call and no show during those hours. No one from the company bothered to communicate with me regarding their tardiness. When I called the company, I spoke with Gayle who informed me that Don would be at my home within a few minutes. Forty-five minutes later Don shows up. He never said hello and didnt bother to apologize. Not a very pleasant way to enter someones home. I am a repeat customer and decided to contact Gayle again for a concession. Gayle was unresponsive to my very reasonable request. When I attempted to explain my reasoning, she stated that she was not interested in hearing anything I had to say. At this point, I told Don that he could leave---we would not be using their services today, or any other day for that matter. Perhaps I am old-school and traditional, but I expected the company and its employees to assert more willingness to be conciliatory, accommodating and respectful. Needless to say, we will no longer patronize National Cleaning Company in Wesley Chapel.

The most professional and detail oriented carpet/floor cleaning company Ive ever done business with in 20+ years! Now I know why they have an excellent review rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. I had both the carpets and tile floors cleaned. I never had tile floors professionally cleaned before, when they were done, the tile looked wonderful, and the grout lines are clean too. They were flexible to find a time that worked, explained the process, were on-time, and most of all when the job was done, the carpets and tile floors looked so great! If you need your carpets cleaned, you will not find a better company!!!

I do not recommend this company. It is the worst company that I have ever work with. I have requested a deep cleaning for around 800 sq ft (which included stairs). The job only took 20 min. which I felt after reviewed it that it wasnt properly done. When I shared my concerns, the owner(same person that performed the job) treated me with disrespect and he was cursing. I really advice you not to hire them. REALLY BAD experience.

So many great things to say... My husband and I just bought a house where the previous owners neglected the grout terribly. Nothing we tried would get the grime up, plus I am 8 months pregnant and being on my hands and knees scrubbing just wasnt working. National Clean offered a really great price and was available to do it the same week I called. Gail was so sweet on the phone and Mark(? Think thats his name!) was very professional. Im a clean freak and I am just ecstatic at the finished product. I wish I could post my before/after pic on here! We will definitely be calling National Clean again. Our carpets were very dirty! the stairs were practically black (Supposed to be light cream color) and other areas had pet stains like crazy. Now they look NEW again! and smell so good!Don was on time, kind, informative, and thorough! We will be having them come back to do our tile now for sure!

National Cleaning Specialist did a great job in cleaning and repairing our carpet which was damage by a water leak. Mark came out after hours Sunday night and extracted the water and dried out the carpet. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend National Cleaning Specialists.

If i could not put a star at all i would they did a TERRIBLE job they didn’t send before or after invoices the wife is extremely rude they didn’t care at all that i was dis satisfied and they did not advise that there was a extra charge for second floor cleanings they took money and barely touched the carpets i hired them to clean 3 rooms i left my house for a little thinking they would still be there when i got back and they were done within 10minutes of me leaving the house i have never heard of a carpet cleaning for 3 rooms taking a total of 10/15minutes to clean multiple rooms. TERRIBLE DO NOT HIRE

The most unprofessional small business I have came across in a long time . Initially when carpet cleaning was booked, they did not educate that if you do not live on the ground floor that prices are subject to change . An invoice or confirmation email was never sent prior to cleaning. When carpet cleaning specialist got here they tried to charge a “deep cleaning” I advised him that the carpet cleaning should be able fine. Because of this he only took 10 maybe 15 minutes max cleaning the carpet . His wife & him grew very angry & condescending when I voiced my disappointment . Never did they work to try resolve or clean the carpet properly. I also advised them the pricing is incorrect . Not only did they not send an invoice prior to or after but also threaten to sue me if I disputed the charge. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE CROOKS ! They lack customer service skills & technique with cleaning carpets . I later cleanered my carpet and got everything out .

Gail and Mark make an awesome team together. Gail was very friendly and accommodating, I called with a last minute cleaning request they got me in over a very busy weekend, even one day in advanced. With the expedited timing we were able to move into our place a week earlier over the weekend.Mark came out with Lou (sorry Lou if I forgot your name) on time, and did an amazing job at cleaning a 2,500 sq ft house with a mix of tile and carpet. They went the extra mile to tie up some lose carpet, fix a dryer vent and touch up some grout that didnt match the rest of the house. Overall very professional, they used guards on the walls to protect the corners and left the house in pristine condition. I usually dont write such glowing reviews as good service is hard to come by these days, but this was exceptional and worth every penny.
